The older barista here needs to freaking leave! Very bad service and rude as hell. All the other younger guys and girls here are sweet: we ain’t hard-to-please customer—less ice charges you $0.50, a little room for foam charges you $1. Wow! Let the younger baristas do the order and make the drink. This old blonde lady needs to be schooled to learn how to respect young people order their drinks. We want the way we want it. Be nice and kind or just leave! Simple. Periodt. I am not paying $9 for a drink and get rude service.

MOST of the employees here are super sweet. One of the older guys, Steve?, who I believe is a manager is super aggressive. NOT okay, especially for an adult working in a college atmosphere. Otherwise, good service.

This is a great Starbucks inside Sunny Oneonta.They have a big variety of food and lots of souvenirs.My daughter recently graduated from Sunny Oneonta and we were there. She took me to Starbucks I was happy to see the place is nice and with lots of tables.The service was excellent. The worsts service I ever had was on 10/6/19 never been treated this bad in my life, it was by the gentleman that works at the Lake Placid store, he was rude and I was only asking if my Starbucks GC will ever expire because I thought I had money on it, I paid the rest with cash and he basically through my change back at me, the lady that made my coffee did a really good job, but I feel this made my decision to not go to Starbucks again.

I just love Starbucks! This store is located on the local campus, so it costs more then other Starbucks, but The service is good and the product is awesome!

Green tea frappuccinos are amazing! I cant get them very often because theyre expensive, but theyre a great rare treat.

If youre a Starbucks fiend, go here. If not, probably just go to Dunkin. The drinks are pretty good but they mess them up and get names wrong fairly often. The prices at this Starbucks are very high and they charge for everything including the cup youre supposed to get free water in, whipped cream, etc. They know they can get away with it because their customers are in college using ID card swipes as payment and generally too brain dead to know their balance

Great place! Only wish they could stay open regular store hours (9 - 9) Sunday through Saturday when college is on vacations and through the summer.

Really nice Starbucks store in the student union at SUNY Oneonta. The staff there are very friendly and engaging. They were somewhat busy at the time I went during the day. However I recieved my drink in a very reasonable amount of time.I was unaware that there was a Starbucks in Oneonta. I casually looked it up on Google maps to see where the nearest one was located. I was thrilled that I didnt have to go over an hour away to get my favorite coffee drink.It is open to the public which is nice. I look forward to going to this Starbucks.
