Latte lounge stays messing up my orders I’ll ask for a sausage egg and cheese with salt pepper ketchup and I received a disgusting cold egg with just a sausage patty missing the rest. Then I also got a cinnamon raisin bagel (lightly toasted) was completely charred black. I may as well have asked for a burnt bagel with cream cheese. And also the service is absolutely horrendous I’ll order two things and they’ll take 30 minutes just to come out and they’ll end up coming out freezing cold

I really want to like this place but the food quality is wildly inconsistent. Depending on the day you may get very good food or barely edible food. There are no recipes and no quality control. It just runs however it wants to on any given day. When its great its great when its not its not. I will amend this review after a few more visits.

Lovely little place in a lovely little town. Everybody that works here is friendly the bathrooms are super clean. Im enjoying a tall cup of dark roast that is quite good and my breakfast meal was fantastic. I highly recommend this location for a sandwich breakfast brunch lunch and of course really good coffee

Cozy place with wide variety of choices of coffee and flavors along with pastries, breakfasts and sandwiches.

Loved the breakfast here! I ordered the hot chocolate and finally it wasnt some boiling lava hot watered down nonsense. Delicious. Also the avocado toast was amazing. Will come back

First time coming here, and definitely will make a trip the next time Im in town! My friends and I all wanted to find a cute place for everyone to eat breakfast and this place fit the bill!We had 5 in our party, and only got 4 meals and drinks. I asked the cashier when the 5th meal would be out, they said they didnt hear a 5th order. Instead of making me wait at the end of the long line, they quickly accommodated and put a rush on it so we could all eat together. The cashier apologized and so did I. An honest mistake, but they made it right, quickly.With the lack of staff worldwide, I was pleasantly surprised that this small business was thriving, and staff was friendly. A bonus, there is an attached book store with SO MANY cute items along with a large variety of books. In my group, we all shop small, and enjoyed every bit of our visit to both small businesses.THANK YOU!

Had wait for an extra 20 minutes, because the girls that work there were tooooooooooooo busy talking and forgot about the coffee I ordered.What really sucked, we watched everyone else get there food and drinks, (people behind us) and we had to wait, and wait, and wait.....Is my time worthless to Latte Lounge? Yeah, Id say so.Didnt even offer a cookie or something, Thanks!!!(I wouldnt have taken anything)

For the last couple of times we have called to pick up breakfast they do not answer the phone.... called back and they left the phone off the hook so it was busy after trying again.. this is very unfortunate ntm our last 3 orders have been incorrect but charged right? Things were left out and got plain bagels instead of the lox with the works... not sure what going on but this used to be one of our favorite spots....

Food was great! One of the workers was not overly helpful but enjoyed the atmosphere and maybe she had a tough day :)

Got huevos rancheros with a good friend of mine. It was absolutely stunning. So good. I almost cried it was so good. The employee who handed me the plate confessed that it was the first time shed made it and asked me to let her know how it was, but by the time I finished and went back in a couldnt find her. I hope she reads this. Its been 5 hours since I finished and I still cant get over how good it was.

Don’t get a matcha latte. It is just milk and sugar ... not even a little green? And it was sooo sweet that I just threw it out immediately :-( the food is ok here. It is cute inside, though!

I go out of my way to stop here every time I drive through on 88. Best hazelnut coffee around. Food and service are great and a wonderful bookstore right next door.

Absolutely disgusted! I watched the girl making my food yesterday shoving her face with the same gloves hands used to prepare my dish after already waiting for my food while she gabbed on her phone. This is how this virus will be spread. Completely unsanitary.

I absolutely LOVE this place. Their food and coffee is so delicious. Plus, the aesthetics in the cafe are so nice. It had an old revitalized industrial style which gives it a nice rustic vibe. I would had this turkey cheddar sandwich which I would definitely recommend. This is a really great place for breakfast and lunch. It’s also relatively cheap compared to other similar cafes. I would totally recommend this place!

The good & the bad:The good; the best coffee in town and the food is also very good especially their breakfasts.The bad; they really need to concentrate on cleaning their tables throughout the day. The tops are habitually covered with remnants of prior customers ( who apparently can’t get food in their mouth and don’t understand about cleaning up their mess) food. Really, a quick wipe down with a damp cloth and towel would go a long way.Overall, the place is good.

Decent coffee selection but they dont seem to think a bagel ought to be toasted unless you specifically request it! The last time I checked we are in New York? Prices are high and it is often crowded. Owner tends to be quite rude and self-important.

I went to this place, not realizing it was pretty much a health food store, and definitely not what I was used to. However, willing to try new things, I ordered a garden burger. It was actually very good. The wait for the food was not very long at all, and the staff was pleasant, and willing to wait for me to decide what I want. Ive been to other cafés where they were very rude because I waited an extra 2 minutes to decide what I wanted. I definitely recommend this place to people wanting to expand their food pallet, they have very many vegan options, and I was pleasantly surprised. Most vegan options Ive had dont actually taste very good (especially to a non-vegan) but it was very delicious.

Wouldn’t serve us when we came in. Let us know they were closed but it was only 4:45pm and they actually closed at 5pm..all we wanted was an iced tea :( ..when I was in college and worked at a cafe, we couldn’t “close” until it was 5 on the dot, it was annoying but it is what it is. It’s called customer service. ;/

We love Latte Lounge. Its our home away from home. My favorite is the Tarragon chicken salad sandwich on Heidelberg cracked wheat Lightly toasted. It Comes with Lettuce and tomatoes and I have them add swiss cheese, onions and balsamic vinegar to it. All I can say is.. Wow! You should try it!

I love this place! Get points for each coffee purchased to get free coffee. Ask for the large it is humongous! Many flavors daily of hot and cold brewed drinks including different cold coffee flavors. I also loved iced green tea with mango shot.

Stopped into Latte Lounge while driving through Oneonta. Perfect place for a good coffee (whoa big cups), and a bite to eat. The Lox Bagel with capers, onions and tomato was divine, and the pancake and eggs plate was just what we expected - solid breakfast food. Highly recommend this place for a stop through town.

Great lattes and smoothies. Pretty good food too. The staff is friendly, and this is a good place to be if you like fudge. Full of hipsters on a semi regular basis, so be advised. The best feature of the Latté Lounge is being attached to a book store!

Perfect breakfast spot with Mary Elizabeth after a nite of celebrating at Hartwick. Had a good breakfast wrap full of turkey, egg white and avocado. Very hot, very fresh decaf coffee, really appreciated

A fun, cozy environment with great coffee and food. A great place to stop to get a cup of coffee. The staff are always friendly and although it can be busy at times the wait is never to long. Many delicious chocolates to look at, and there is seating to accommodate all size parties if you get there early enough to secure a table.

The bathroom was beautifully decorated. The breakfast wrap is incredible. It should be their flagship dish and they should serve it all hours of the day. Heck they should build a food truck in its honor and take it on tour.

Service and food are always excellent. Staff will remember remember you as well as the owner. With as busy as this spot gets it’s always a pleasure to dine here and get to know the regulars!

I have always loved this place, but this is at least the fourth time I have ordered a hummus sandwich and gotten a hummus schmear. This is a $4 difference in cost, and since I usually get it to go it’s very frustrating since I don’t notice until I’m already gone. I won’t be going back - I shouldn’t have to remind the workers every time what I ordered!

We already enjoyed the coffee (good latte) two years ago, when we were on our way to Elmira, visiting from Germany. This year we are back to the US and had to stop again at this great place for breakfast.
