Today we shopped at Harbor Freight. We were looking for a few items that my husband really. They hadnt been put on the shelf yet. Kayla asked if she could help. Twice Kayla went in the back and brought out everything my husband needed!! Most would have told us that they were out!!! Kayla is an employee to be proud of! Also Brandon was on the register and was really funny and appreciated us as customers. We really look forward to shopping again at Harbor Freight. Thank you for a great shopping experience.

This is a fun place to shop. Even though I am a woman and my husband probably enjoy it more than me I always find gadgets and things that I can use in my daily life and enjoy going with him. It is clean and organized.

Cant say enough good things about Harbor Freight stores even if you buy something less expensive its still works awesome store.

Made a purchase of a car canopy, was told by the supervisor that an exchange or refund was available with a call to the store, because of windage of my work area. 2 weeks go by and it breaks as expected. Go down to talk to the same supervisor when I could break away, got told I was lying and nothing was done after purchasing the 1 year extended protection. Awful way to communicate with customers that had me leaving the store angry and out almost $150

Lots of hardware for almost any type of situation. Whether its power tools, camping and hunting gear, small electrical, etc.Sure there are other hardware stores around, but if youre like me and dont need some speciality part, and dont feel like going through 15 endless isles, searching endlessly for what you need then this is definitely where you want to be and need to go.Customer service is quick and eager to help. Although finding what you need is as easy as I mentioned above.All in all I can whole heartedly recommend giving this store a chance.

Great place to go for inexpensive tools that have good enough quality for homeowners & backyard mechanics. They have a large quanity of gas powered & air powered or cordless tools besides all the hand tools. If youve never been, treat yourself!

The quality of the items sold here has improved so much in the last few years with only marginal cost increase i especially like the new ICON line of tools and boxes, but Im still a big fan of their USGeneral line of tool boxes, they are exactly what a home owner do it yourselfer needs...

A giant toys r us for adults. So many things in the store that you didnt think you needed, but then figure out a way that you would. Prices are reasonably priced, with decent quality, with great warranties.The store has tons of room to grow, and was surprised to see that they had a post hole digger on site. Every other harbor freight Ive been to has told me that you have to order them online.In my short visit, I accrued a long wish list, of things that are needed, would like, and would love.Friendly staff and super clean storeCant wait to visit again

I Bought a pair of Sheet metal Sheers from This Store. It was Friday so the 20 % Coupon was in effect like every weekend. I didnt see it in my Phone and The Thin Blonde Cashier was telling me to pay Full price and i had 90 days to get the 20 % coupon? She didnt know to tell me to go on Harbour Freight Database on Google and get the Coupon! None of these people will give you the flier with the coupon! I cant believe how clueless the staff was in The Oneonta Harbour Freight! I never had a bad experience at The Centereach or Bayshore store! In Oneonta they wont even tell you a 20% coupon even exists on The weekends!! I have been going to Harbour Freight for years on Long Island and im very disapointed in the Oneonta Store.
