Bought our manufactured home with Latham and everything was well taking care off. We are very happy with our new place. They are efficient in answering our queries, they guide us with everything.We are satisfied that we go to Latham. Definitely we recommend Latham Homes.

After giving the proper measurements to this company and paying over 3K in skirting for my home, I have 2 full sheets of skirting left over. I politely called to ask if they can be returned since I have no use for them and the owner was extremely rude and disrespectful. He told me I have $30 worth of panels left and told me to have a good day and hung up. If the panels are only worth $30 why did I pay 3K? Why was it necessary to be spoken to in the manner that I was after I was clearly ripped off?

Terrible service paid cash for a trailer 5 months ago still have not come to fix the inside damages so i can move in. Would not recomend this company to anyone buying a mobile home
