Had a very old electric stove top that we wanted to have repaired. The gentleman at the counter took his time examining the parts. He said he could possibly repair part of it, but suggested to try EBay for another part.He did not try to sell us on a new unit. Very honest people. Very helpful and friendly

First time here. Went in for fridge icemaker. Rep first diagnosed it to see if fixable. It wasnt & they had new ice maker. Not many places carry these so it was nice to not have to wait for one being shipped. Id rather support local businesses also.

Outstanding in every way. We needed a new refridgerator. They made extra effort to provide the right one for us, and promptly. Purchasing, delivery, and follow-up were all perfect. We had purchased our earlier refridgerator from them almost 10 yers ago, and am very glad to have returned here for this one. Any other appliances that we may need will definitely be bought at Cagles.

My grandfather purchased a Speed Queen from Cagles on Monday We had our washer machine delivered by Sal and his partner on Wednesday afternoon. After the first wash we noticed water underneath the machine. Sal had given us his personal number to contact him if we needed anything done. So, we contacted him and he came back that same day. He told us the water was from the old machine. Which made sense since the old machine still had water in it when they removed it.However, we noticed more water the next day. We called Sal again. He couldnt come that day, but he came the next day to check on it.My husband was home when Sal arrived.Apparently the cables were overtighten on the machine which caused the leakage.When my grandfather called Cagles this morning to have a repair man come to look at the machine, they told him that Sal had told them that my husband was the one who overtighten the cables. My husband was not home when the machine was delivered. My husband was not home when Sal came back the same day we noticed the water. My husband was home the third time when Sal came over.I do not appreciate that the blame was put on my husband. That is very unprofessional and dishonest. Its okay to make mistakes. It is NOT okay to put the blame on others.Please do not lie.

Honest fair pricing on all parts.

My first visit compelled me to post a review, and six months later its the same. Again, they offered me guidance with my repairs (this time with my dryer). Tested my part I intended to replace as still good, and then told me what my problem probably was based on symptoms. Luis even pulled out a visual aid for what the part Im replacing would like like and where it would be located. I feel confident repairing any appliance in the house with the support of Cagles.

Called to check pricing and was given price and verification part was in stoke. Went to get part and I was treated like they didnt know what I was talking about. Parts guy didnt even try to find part. I had model numbers and part number and he never looked up microwave to find their own part number. Service was a joke. Dont waste yourtime here.

Excellent service!!! My 5 year old fridge broke down the day before thanksgiving. The part needed wouldnt get here until the following Monday or Tuesday I got a call from Cagles that said they had a loaner fridge if i wanted it. Within an hour i had a loaner fridge delivered. Thanksgiving miracle! Thank you so much Cagles! Wow!

Great customer service, honest & trustworthy! My wife went to pick up a thermal fuse & thermister for our dryer, they tested both and found the thermister was good. I tested it at the wrong ohms setting, they only sold her the fuse that was bad. The dryer is now working! Best place for parts & customer service!

I went in thinking I knew what I needed, but Luis helped me determine that the part I intended to replace was in working condition and then gave me pointers on other things to check, as well as offering phone support if I got stuck. In the end I went back and purchased the correct part at a price competitive with anything on the internet. My first experience with this business was perfect.

Cagles did right by me. Debbie Cagle spent time on the phone with me explaining the products, even sent me a follow up email. Mel and Jason, sales, found me the perfect washer for my price range and Rick and Randy delivered, installed and demonstrated the product flawlessly. I would definitely recommend this business.

My old Maytag Atlantis dryer recently took ill and wouldnt heat the clothes.I called my Son Nick, who is an expert in the appliance world and he suggested I just buy a new washer and dryer set since they were both old.A few years ago, I had the same problem and it turned out to be the igniter. A service call and $80 later, the problem was solved.I did some pricing and figured out I could get a new washer and dryer set for about $1,500. Hmmm!!!! that would mean about $83 bucks a month for 18 months. Do I pay that or do I call a repairmen?Those who know me know Im no wrencher. I called around and found a place who quoted me $60 plus parts.Next step, YouTube. I did a search on the problem and wouldnt you know, there it was, a video on trouble shooting the problem for this particular Maytag dryer.Following the YouTube instructions, I removed the front panel, located the igniter, removed it and took it to Cagles Appliances in Ontario, California.I spoke with a customer service rep named Ed. As soon as he saw my igniter, he told me he could already tell it was bad. He showed me how to use my digital multi meter to test continuity and he really knew what he was talking about.I commented on how surprised I was to see Cagles was still able to operate even with the local big box stores who pretty much corner the market in the appliance arena.Ed told me the reason they manage to stay in business is because it has been family owned and operated for 52 years, Cagles has the largest assortment of parts on the west coast.The Cagle family treats their employees as if they are part of the Cagle family, which results in employee loyalty. More importantly, they treat their customers like family.Ed said he has been with Cagles for 12 years and was hired on a hand shake by the owner after a brief interview. He loves his job and would never consider leaving because money isnt everything. I found this very inspiring and commendable.I told Ed my story about how I bank with my local credit union rather than a large banking institution. I do so because of the personal service I receive. Yeah, I could get better loan rates at a bank, but the extra money I pay in interest is money well spent because of the customer service experience.So if your looking for appliances or parts for your appliances, stop by Cagles and visit Ed. Take a step back in time and see what true customer service is about from the experts.
