We purchased two P-C350 machines to compact empty beverage containers and was installed in October 2015. They worked for a few months but had to be replaced. The Greenmax Machinery company replaced the machines at no charge including freight to Maui, Hawaii. The new machines have been running 13 hrs per day 7 days a week 365 days a year since August of 2016.Their support is great even with the differences in the time zones.

I have already bought this machine,M-C200, and it is very convenient for me to handle various foam materials and melt them down to blocks. and the melted polyethylene foam is more clean and tidy and not easy to get scattered. I am very satisfied with the machine. And the after-service is also very good.

I bought an Mc 200 recycling machine mid 2018. Showed up in a month or so. Simple wiring for install. Michael Li asked all the correct questions for our type of power service. We use this machine weekly for 6 or so hours. Does what it is intended to do. No complaints. We are A1 Fitness Logistics located in Hesperia Ca and are doing our part In the recycling of trash that would normally just be tossed into the landfills

Greenmax machine is very good, I have bought an A-C300, the scattered and big size material can be compressed into tight block well. I am very satisfied, it saved me a lot of time and employees. and when I have any problems, the company will help me solve it immediately. Nice.

Greenmax has been the perfect business partner for Sohnen Enteprises. When we acquired the foam densifier machine from them, not only we were able to solve the space problem caused by the Styrofoam, but we found another way to produce additional income . They have been in constant communication with us, looking for ways to improve our processes .

We bought Densifier MARS C200 from Greenmax to melt EPE and EPS in 2018. Everything went quite fluently. The machine arrived intact and the installation was very easy. After 10 months of usage, we decided to install the conveyor belt which also arrived in agreed time. We are very satisfied with the machine and with Greenmax service quality. They keep in touch with us from time to time to see if theres any inconvenience.

Buyer Beware.... This Chinese based company sells the lowest quality recycling equipment. I ordered two shredders in 2018. Both pieces arrived with significant shipping damage. I worked with Sunny Zhu to have the machines repaired to like new condition. After nine months of lies and deception by Sunny, we still have two heavily damaged machines. One machine arrived with 50hz motors instead of the US standard 60hz as signed for in our purchase contract. Replacements were sent after 5 months of negotiating.Sunny and her manager Lucy Shen will no longer return phone calls or emails and consistently tell me that they are the only people who speak English in the company. SEVERAL REQUEST FOR THEIR LEGAL DEPARTMENT ARE IGNORED.DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A SCAM AND HAVE ZERO TECHNICIANS IN THE USA. THEY WILL ARGUE AND DENY FACTS AND HAVE ZERO MORAL RESPONSIBILITY. I HAVE BEEN DEFRAUDED OF $50K+. THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO DO BUSINESS IN THE USA. THEIR EQUIPMENT QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE NOT TO AMERICAN STANDARDS, PARTS BETWEEN SAME MODELS OF MACHINES ARE NOT INTERCHANGEABLE. ALL PARTS ARE CUSTOM CUT BY HAND TORCH. Greenmax is one of the largest EPS recycling Machine Manufacturers also consumers of EPS lumps, logs, blocks and compacted EPS . We use hot melt compactor Greenmax MC200 more than decade perfomance of the machine is satisfactory level and up to the standard.

After 8 years of using a cold compaction polystyrene machine, we upgraded to a hot melt machine from Green Max. It densifies very well and has only had a couple of minor mechanical issues, both of which were solved quickly.

We purchased a Model MC 200, back on 6/16,as today machine is not working properly GREEN MAX HAS NOT TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND RELIES ON FRIENDS, for technical support. very disappointed at this machine, is not worth to deal with this company.as soon as I complaint they reminded me they are in China.Basically they hold not responsibility.
