We purchase a fridge about a year ago and had some issues in regards to warranty replacement. Spoke to Sue who is amazing she’s helped us that the whole process it not to mention it was lengthy process. Today we went in she was able to talk to her upper management and get our fridge replaced with a brand new one with the delivery all set up. Sue is a diamond working for this company. Very professional easy to speak with and very patient with our situation. Thank you so much and highly recommended this place.

Wished me a very nice happy birrhday and even referred us to a really good Mexican restaurant since we are not from here and didnt know anywhere to eat. I purchased a microwave from here and was told it was new but they cant sell anything in the box.Got ready to install it and noticed a nice dent in the back, the part under the glass tray was missing and the packet was the install instruction and directions for an AMADA brand. Soooo frustrating.Went back up there and they are going to mail me out the correct part.

Our experience started over the phone. I called for directions and spoke with Sylvia. She took her time to make sure I didnt get lost. She was kind and specific without being condescending. Following her instructions, we were easily able to find the store and arrived on a Saturday afternoon.We went looking for a living room set. We had Sylvia help us in the store as well. We found a few items that we liked but they were not in stock so we left empty handed (the only reason this is not 5 tars!) after reassurances from Sylvia that she would contact us when they came in. Super comfortable furniture and fair prices with exceptional - though not pushy - service. We hope for a call soon!

Pretty impressed really. HUGE selection. Seriously. I had no idea. They have a very large inventory. The vast majority of items appear to have some cosmetic damage, missing pieces or trim, etc. perhaps a certain percentage are unused and essentially new, but most I saw appeared to have been bumped and hurt along the way. Expect to pay perhaps 25% less than what Home Depot is selling the exact NEW perfect item right now. They advertise 50% off list. But big box stores almost never sell big appliances like these for list. I found, for example, and LG stove for 1700 at this place. A good deal given that the same one is 3500 msrp. However, HD had the same one brand new with no defects for 2100 on sale. It’s still cheaper here, but you lose out on a lot for jot that much savings....just 20% in this case. Just an example.I’ll be back though.

I visited the Ontario store and they didnt have what I was looking for. However, Marlene took my details and what I was looking for and called me a week later with a new shipment and what was available. I was able to go back and purchase a washer and dryer. Marlene went above and beyond and provided real customer service, something that is not often seen. She is now looking for a counter depth fridge freezer for me.

American Frieght please teach your staff to be honest and not make things up, one I ordered a Gas dryer and the said when you shop online If gas is unavailable they upgrade to electric… one that makes no sense gas and electric two different things stop trying to upsell me on a item 2x the amount, Two when asked if the other item a dishwasher has everything included and is all set to go and you are told yes please make sure your company backs their word because once install started and all was missing(we were told it’s inside no worry’s)but upon calling they said I have to buy a package kit for install… why was I told it was included then?! Very disappointing service. Won’t be purchasing from you guys again if rather pay more for honesty! Wish Sears hand not sold out! The service and selection was 1000% better than it is with this new Company that wants to scam everyone

Same stuff in the real stores but scratched or dented at the Same Price. No Real Discount and the California Store in San Diego get all the trash. The only real deals are if you are out of state preferably East.

I visited American Freight Ontario location today. I was greeted by Kyle as soon as we walked in. He was outgoing, smiling, ( could see it in his eyes) & knowledgeable. He was helpful and patient and Ill be returning and requesting him. Excellent service all around.

Today I went in to get a washer and dryer for my new apartment. I was so excited that Shawnah was there to assist me with my needs. She made sure I got the best for what I needed and made sure I had all the hookup connections before leaving the store. I got the extended warranty so if any time in the future I have issues with my appliances, I will be taken care of. I am so happy to have shopped here today. On Saturday 11/2/19 we were on the hunt for a great deal on a stove. Marlene greeted us and asked what we were looking for. We quickly figured out our price range. We found a perfect stove in our price range. The sale price wasnt marked yet and she looked it up. SCORE!!! We were in and out of there in less than 30 minutes and that included having it put into our SUV.Marlene is awesome!!!

Last time I came here was when it was a Sear’s Outlet but that was years ago for a fridge. Never knew this little gem turned into what it is now! Hubby and I initially went for a couch. Even though they had tons of great couches, couldn’t find the right sectional for us. We then noticed the bedroom sets. Marlene and Kyle worked so hard so get us what we wanted within our budget! They work great together and Kyle’s charm sealed the deal! Definitely coming here for our washer and dryer next! Amazing team of associates, even stayed open a little late so we could finish our transaction! No need to go anywhere else, this place has it all!

Sue, the store manager was great. The Palmdale store canceled my order without notice. Sue made sure I was squeezed in for fast delivery.Update: Not taking anything away from Sue, she was great. Now the rest of this experience was HORRIBLE! The Palmdale store canceled my order and didnt bother to tell me. The customer service stated they were not obligated to do so. The day in moving in here I am waiting on a fridge that never arrived so I called in and found out that it was canceled. I go down to the Ontario store and get a new fridge that same day, mind you Im in the middle of moving. SUE fits me in for Tuesday delivery. Great. Tuesday comes, the drivers arrive and they are the rudest people Ive encountered in a while. Basically they tell me the Fridge will not fit into my home and I would need to remove the doors or remove my front door, but they arent gonna wait and they arent gonna do it themselves. I offered to pay extra and explained that nobody told me any of this at the store or on the phone. They did not care. The fridge itself was so damaged that I started to rethink my decision at that point. Then they say my options are they could leave it in my garage and I could (a) find someone to help me or (b) go to Home Depot and get 2 guys from the front of the store to help me bring it in and take off all the doors. I was appalled. So they say another option is to refuse the delivery and theyll take it back and Ill be responsible for delivery charges and have to pay again if they bring a smaller fridge. Bogus! Cal at the Ontario store took my complaint and apologized and I didnt end up being charged. Thank goodness. To add insult to injury however, the new fridge I ended up getting was even bigger than this raggedy fridge and two men brought it into the house with a sling and it only took about 20 minutes in total. I did not have to remove my front door. They removed the fridge doors and reattached them. And it was brand new and cheaper. So thank God for protecting me from that horrible mistake in the end. When this place was Sears I never had a problem. Bought 2 beautiful refrigerators and both times the experience was pleasant. American Freight... throw the whole operation away!

Very deceiving, Sears outlet no longer exists. The website still calls it Sears outlet lying to attract people who, like me, drove all the way from Orange county hooping to find a Kenmore product. Shame on them for their dishonesty. They should change the name on the website! 😡😳

From the beginning...the customer service was absolutely amazing...the associates/managers Marlene and Sue... were both very kind and answered all of my questions. So I felt confident in purchasing a washer and dryer from here. First, the delivery service while on time...did not want to put the washer and dryer inside my house...they literally were going to leave it in the garage...which after paying $70 for delivery... absolutely not!!!They were like you need to pay extra for installation. I never asked asked for installation...but per the contract...they are supposed to leave the washer and dryer in the laundry room. Next...the dryer NEVER worked properly. We had two people look at it that said there was some type of leak...and it was very dangerous to hook up...Then literally the next day... the washing machine started malfunctioning as well. It was displaying weird messages...then started washing all over again after the cycle ended. Im convinced that my set IS NOT NEW...and refurbished. And to make matters worse...this company hardly ever picks up their phone. At this point I DO NOT WANT ANYTHING EXCHANGED OR FIXED BY A TECH...I want my money back!!! This is so disappointing

Its a Sears outlet for appliances, furniture & mattresses. A lot of items especially GE & LG models. I did see a few Frigidaire & Kenmore products, but most had sold paperwork on them.

DO YOUR HOMEWORK and do not buy sight unseen. We bought a fridge online and came in person to pick it up. The unit was listed on their website with 1 minor dent on the front. ALL of the pictures looked good too. When we arrived it turned out there were about 8 dents on the front and one massive dent in the freezer door handle. While we were there we learned that all of the pictures and appliance intake is done in Reno, NV and then shipped to their locations. So more dents can happen in transit is what we were told. In California this is known as False Advertising. We canceled the order and got our money back, but Im very upset that they would not budge on the pricing even though their advertising was illegal. I would have been quite happy to replace the handle myself, if they lowered the cost of the fridge to cover it.

Not a great selection. They had an out of box, slightly worn washing machine that was the same price I could get at homedepot, new, in the box. The price was originally $100 more, but I asked them why it was $100 over retail, then they changed the price to the homedepot online price. If I cant get a discount for something out of the box why would I purchase anything from here?

SURESHINI CHANDRA IS TERRIBLE. She does not care if she sends you broken products, she will say oh they are covered by warranty and fight any attempt to return. I called at least 20 times to insist on returning these defective prodcuts. American Freight is definitely knowingly selling defective products because I bought a fridge and a new LG washer and both were not working properly- had to call the warranty folks to come in during covid times which was very scary. And parts were going to take 2-3 weeks to deliver and then even more time to schedule repair. Sureshini kept saying well you are covered, and I insisted on return.I would never buy from the Ontario store- they dont care whether they deliver you products that are broken and not working. We ordered a fridge and a washer- both were not working on arrival. Getting them to take it back required us sending them the report from the warranty people who had to come in our home during covid, and was a hassle- Sureshini did not care, she does not deserve to be a manager or work anywhere with customers- she is terrible terrible terrible. Thank god I dont have do deal with them anymore and got both returned.

We have been buying our appliances here for over 15 years. We have never had issues with our appliances and the truly have last us a long time. Just recently, when we purchased the warranty .. they are going through like a third party for repairs and the last time we called for service they took 5 months to come and repaired our washer. It was very disappointing because we kept calling to find out the status of the repairman to come fix it. I was really close to reposting it to the BBB but luckily they finally fixed it. The washer costed $600 and the 3 yr warranty costed $350.00 was worth it. I still recommended it thought!
