So these guys sold me a 2014 Polaris Sportsman Ace without a title, which is illegal to start with. I was wondering why a month later I still haven’t got a title. I called their title department 4 times and was hung up on every single time I asked them if it was traded into them with a title. On my last phone call they told me that when they took it in on a trade in that they did it without a title and that when I bought it they applied for the title. This is very unprofessional and terrible customer service towards someone that paid cash for what they bought. I have contacted my attorney and they told me that this is illegal. We will be proceeding forward with legal action. I record all of my phone calls so this should be pretty easy. If you need proof contact me and I will forward and if this happens to you contact me also because my lawyer also does class action lawsuits.

Best customer experience I have seen from any business lately! Even though I didnt buy an ATV from them, Toby was beyond helpful. He followed up everyday and helped me find the exact ATV for the specific need that I had. Logistically it didnt make sense to travel across the state for this quad when I could find it closer to home. However, I would deal with Toby and Edge Performance Sports any day of the week. Does anyone know anything? The service guy couldn’t schedule an appointment. The parts guy didn’t know what the motorcycle I bought there was. Couldn’t even look up what the part was (a bolt that came out). He’s like, just go to the hardware store! Really? Then another guy comes out and is, no, we need to take care of this, he goes to the back room and grabs some bolts from a extra bolt bucket and finds one that fits. Ten stars for this guy ( I think his name was Nate or Nathan). 0 stars for everyone else!

Was only in there for a brief period but the place has just about anything you can think of when it comes to riding. All the staff seemed helpful and friendly!

I worked with Kyle at edge performance sports. They were able to get me approved with a low payment and interest rate. I was definitely surprised because I had bad credit at the time.. I mean really bad. I ended up walking out with 2021 razor. They made the whole process easy for me broke everything down and the walk threw was great. I drove 10 hrs to pick up my razor. Sooooo… everything was very smooth I will say. And I don’t know if this is normal, cause this is my first time financing a UVT. But, my $13099 UTV somehow ended up costing me $19612 without any upgrades… I’m interested to see if this is a normal thing when financing UTV’s or if I just got ripped off??

Got my first motorcycle from them, I ended up sending an email to see if they had it in stock (Kawasaki Ninja 400), since they were closed at the time. The next morning I got a phone call from them. The salesman (Randy) was super nice gave some advice as well, I felt kind of bad since I called him repeatedly that day getting it all sorted. Two days after, me and my dad drove up there to pick up/finalize the bike. The experience was pretty stream lined, and to top it off they helped us secure the bike onto our trailer.

Great place to buy! Ive been a Polaris customer for more than 25 years. During that time I have bought and owned a number of Polaris products including ATVs, UTVs, and a snowmobile. I knew what I wanted when I went to the dealership. Due to high product demand and covid issues, the RZR I wanted was not in stock. Marty worked with me and explained the order process. It took about 10 weeks to get the model I wanted but it was well worth the wait! I wanted some dealer installed add-ons to make the machine street legal. When Marty called to tell me it was ready I went to the dealership and everything I wanted was handled. Turn signals, horn, Etc. Marty did a thorough and professional job explaining the various aspects of the machine. He even helped me load it and tie it down on the trailer. I highly recommend this dealership and Marty Grindstaff!

This company gets 2 stars because their website is garbage. There are ONLY links for motorized vehicles, no search bar or riding gear tab. Guess I will NOT make the journey into a store that I have no idea about inventory. Sad too considering the location placement right off the interstate.

Toby went beyond my expectations on his service. I had a little problem and Toby took care of it right away. If you’re looking for a new toy I’d definitely get ahold of Toby at edge performance.

Had a loose chain while on a motorcycle trip, and didnt bring any tools along. I called these guys and asked if they could do a simple chain adjustment for me, and even though they were closing soon, they said come by and theyd get it done.Very friendly staff, and they got the chain adjustment done FAST and at a very reasonable price. From the time I got there they had me back out the door and on the road in 30 min, with a honest assessment of my situation but no pushing of parts. By the way, if the gentleman in the service department who helped me happens to read this, I just want you to know you were spot on with the assessment. You said the chain was probably good for another thousand miles or so, and about 1,200 miles later I just couldnt adjust it anymore. The tight spot was too tight and the loose spot was too loose. Put a new chain on, and was blown away how much smoother the bike was!Thanks again for getting me back on the road so fast!

Recently purchased a Polaris Ranger 570 from Edge Performance. I knew what I wanted so the actual buying experience went very smoothly. Due to the circumstances in the supply chain, it was about a month and half before the machine was available. But I understand the situation entirely and I think Edge Performance is doing the best it can. The only hiccup occurred at the pick-up time. I was told the machine was ready and I drove (an hour drive) to pick it up. It wasnt ready - the accessories (parts & labor were pre-paid) had not been installed.Hmmmm...were not off to a good start here, I think to myself. Fortunately this situation was remediated in a very satisfactory manner. The necessary work to add the accessories was done in a timely fashion. And the best part was that they delivered my machine to my house. Now that is SERVICE in my opinion.I tend to be a loyal customer when any business does their best to earn my loyalty. Ill be taking my machine to them for future service.

Toby got me the 10% off for first responders, discounted other costs saved me total about $1700 over what I was quoted at other dealer, well worth the 500 mile round-trip to Ontario.

My best friend has been shopping for a ZX14R for the last year. We have shopped the entire country and Canada looking for the best deal on a new or used bike. I ran across an ad by Edge Performance Sports for a 2018 ZX14R with 35 miles. We contacted Dusty in sales and had an unbelievable deal within minutes. The dealers in the Seattle/Tacoma area would not even talk about discounts to get our business. Dusty and the team at Edge Performance wanted our business and bent over backwards to make it happen.I flew from Seattle to Boise and rented a truck to pick up the ZX14R. There was plenty of room in the truck, so Dusty insisted I look at a 2008 ZX10R they had for sale. I was blown away. The bike looked brand new with 11k one owner miles. I was offered a deal I could not refuse. I drove back to Seattle with a 2018 ZX14R and a 2008 ZX10R.If you want a great deal from great people that treat you like a friend and not just a customer, go to Edge Performance Sports. Edge was great to work with on my recent purchase of a Seadoo Fish Pro. I actually arranged to purchase the Seadoo about 2 months prior to actually being able to bring it home, due to trailer shortages related to Covid. Edge Performance Sports was very accommodating with me, and actually moved the boat onto the showroom floor until I could make the trip over to Ontario.Once I made the trip to pick up my Seadoo, the folks at the shop were amazing to deal with! I received some valuable mechanical info from the shop techs, swapped stories with the sales staff, and a ton of assistance getting my new trailer set up for the boat. Beware of bait and switch! I recently called on a motorcycle that they had listed for $5000 and the sales person told me that the price with with assembly was about $6600. And when I told him that they had it listed on their website for &5000 he said he would talk to his sales manager and call me back. So about 20 minutes later he called back and said that that price must have been listed on some other site ( I chuckled I had just looked at their website the day before and noted the price and decided to call and purchase the bike) but he could let me have it out the door for $5999. I told him I would keep looking.I am sure they are nice people most sales persons are however be aware of deceptive practices used to draw you in and change the rules.After my conversation with the sales person. I went back to their website and found that they had changed the price to reflect the offer made by the sales person.It is possible that they accidentally put the wrong price on the internet in the first place but it had been there for several days. And I would have called and looked at the bike sooner but it is in a different state and about a 7 hour drive to get there so I had decided to look locally first.Anyway be aware.
