Ordered replacement new gas tank for my bike. Order arrived in about 7 days +/-, but upon receipt, found a huge dent in it. Outer box didnt appear beat up or damaged badly, but its thin metal I get that, and the tank had one layer of bubble wrapping around it inside the box when I opened it. Took pics and emailed PCC within minutes of having taken it off the FedEx guy. Called them 2 business days later as hadnt heard from them by email reply. Phone number says that its not in service / doesnt exist. Have emailed again with a request for some form of assistance / offer to resolve this as Id bought a new tank, not a new-damaged tank. (Ill live with a few pain flat spots / surface scratches, as I appreciate its not an OEM part etc that costs 3 times the price, but still, youre paying for a new item that shouldnt be beat-up on opening the box). Gets 1 star for shipping the item fairly quickly. Other than that, its of my opinion that youd be best off ordering elsewhere if the item youre going to have shipped could be delicate and/or youre looking for customer service support excellence on the back end. Thats certainly not what Ive found to-date.Updated = no response, ever. July 2020. A total failure of a place.

Very excited to get the engine today for my wifes pressent I built her. Opened the package to find a motor thats useless to me. I feel it was a bait and switch. I messaged pcc and I will leave my exsperience here when resolved.

I tried to pick up plastics for my quad, they said not at this time, shipping only. I ask if they could at least ship it by today and they said latest was tomorrow. I ask about how expensive the shipping was because I live 20 minis away and they said they can do anything. The customer service is horrible, they obviously do not care if you order from them or not and are not willing to help you get your order in a timely matter. I wouldnt want this headache.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF........The absolute worst customer service of any company. I’ve ever dealt with. Shipping date was changed on me several times after the order was placed. The item never showed up. Agent were rude and refused to talk about the shipping issues on numerous phone calls. Their answer was “we don’t own the shipping companies, once we ship your order we have done our job if you never get the product it’s not our fault”. Luckily this was an Amazon purchase and Amazon stepped up and corrected the issue. Amazon assured me that they had copies of all the email correspondence and that this seller would most likely not qualify to be an Amazon seller much longer.

I have had great luck with these folks so far. Have ordered an engine, exhaust, and one or two other parts through eBay. I am hoping that the other reviews were before a management change. The parts i buy are fairly hard to find and considerably more expensive (when I can find them) in other places. These folks seem to send correct items that work and ship right out.

Ordered from you for the last time. You recieved my order on Thursday, and it sat with a shipping label until the following Wednesday before it moved. When I called, and spoke with a manager, the manager insisted it was shipped as soon as possible, with no other remedy for my inconvenience aside from lip service. No coupon, no offer for free shipping on next order, etc. I have spent over $100 in the last month with PCC via their website, but they wont get another cent. Plenty of other retailers who can ship same day, and actually care about their customers. Keep looking, avoid these folks.

This is a great place if you looking forward to fixing you ATV, Quad, mini dirt bike, pocket bike, go karts, golf kart, anything with a small 2 or 4 cycle engine this is the place to go all new parts and the best prices around I personally go there myself. Dont trust those bad reviews, those people are so wrong. They were either making false statements or just have no knowledges of what they were buying. Ive purchased so many parts for my CRF50 and they are all working, as long as you know what you need and the sizes. My friends also come to this place and some of them are mechanics of bike shops. Service is also wonderful, not sure why people complained about that.

This place deserves negative stars. Hands down the most unprofessional business Ive dealt with. I called to inquire about a motor that they (supposedly) carry and was told they they had this motor in stock. After driving an hour to pick up the motor they had told me they had there (I called just prior to driving), I was told they didnt have it! Turns out the girl who answered the phone couldnt be bothered to walk 15 feet to see if it was on the shelf. She just made an assumption. The three girls in the office were not only rude but seemed to share an IQ of 2 between them. If this place goes out of business theyd be doing everyone a service.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I am appalled and disgusted at this companys unprofessional attitude! We went with this company through the reputable Amazon. They sent us a bike with broken, missing and defective parts. Then said they would send new parts based solely off pictures we sent. We purchased the parts ourselves and they still malfunctioned on the defective bike. Company is telling us they will not refund or replace bike and that we are out of luck and out the hundreds of dollars we spent. They said the warranty expires 30days after receipt (yet they sent us the return label past 30days of receipt) and eventhough we contacted them several times before then, they are refusing to help us. Do not waste your money on this fraudulent company!

Worst customer service ever. They gave me damaged parts (had scratches, which I didnt realize was going to be an issue) and said I could return if it didnt fit. They lied and tried to blame me for the damage and almost didnt give me a refund. They also round up to the nearest dollar or more so they will overcharge you for all parts (eg 10.05 will be charged as $11). Most people dont catch it unless they check the receipt. Dont come here and definitely dont buy from them online. Theyre more about making the few dollars than pleasing the customer. They still short changed me on my return amount by over $3. Buy off eBay, at least you are protected that way

PCC Motors is nothing but a scam company importing Chinese made poorly packaged junk. My kid payed $350 for a garbage GY6 engine from these scammers. The item arrived damaged and leaks oil like a sieve. Because he checked out as a guest on eBay, the eBay scammers don’t allow you to leave any feedback. Don’t buy on eBay and don’t buy from scammers at PCC Motors.

Horrible company. Purchased a hoverboard from them. Just over 30-days later, it completely stopped working. Company refuses to repair or replace it claiming there is no warranty. Wrong. By california law, any company selling new product has to provide warranty even if its not stated. I have filed complaint with California Attorney Generals office, and am filing a chargeback with my credit card. Avoid this company at all cost. They sell on eBay (seller ID motor99motor) and on Amazon. Pay a little extra and go with a more reputable brand.
