Customer service? NoneHonesty? NoneIf I would have known how uneducated, unprofessional, and unpleasant my experience was going to be, I would have waited for any of the other guys in town. There is a reason why everyone else is months out, cause they are worth the wait.

Seems like they do good work BUT don’t bring any Onan generators to these guys. I brought my Onan 4000 in for repairs since it wasn’t starting. I pulled it out of my RV and had a friend take it there. They said they fixed it and it was ready for pickup. I walked in and paid them $300. Then I asked to show me it was running. They were very hesitant but I insisted since I didn’t want to spend 3-4 hrs reinstalling it in my RV without being sure it ran properly. Garrett hooked it up on the bench and it wouldn’t start at all. It was still doing the same thing as when I brought it in, so they didn’t fix it and said they did. And now I’m out $300. They should have at least refunded the labor or even part of it. Instead they charged me another $30 on top of it for the time to hook it up and show me that they hadn’t fixed it! I won’t take anything to them again.

These people are just the best. Quick at repair and are great at relating to customers!! I highly recommend them.

The young men Tim and Derek were very helpful in my issues with an Odes side by side. They provided phone assistance at absolutely no charge to mentor us in repairing our UTV. Thanks fellas....
