They are scammers. They just take your money. Work is never done. Poor customer service. They are not professionals at all. Those good reviews that they have must be definitely from friends or family 😁.

This place just takes your money and keeps telling you that he doesn’t have it but will get it next week and never comes thru and the prices weren’t all that good he never answers your calls and text never keeps he’s word avoid this place bought these new lights and they have water spots inside he said he would exchange and the led light he kept because it was damage been over a week and still don’t have both been calling and no answer

Very bad customer service and cheap products. If I could I would give them no stars. I came in for some led interior lights, they didnt finish the job after 2 hour wait. Made me come back a week after I called almost all week to see if they had the rest of the lights. When I came in they still didnt have them, waited another hour, ( saw many customers complain while waiting). Ended up asking for my money back, try to avoid this place, and if you really need to go dont pay anything up front.

This is nothing but a con,My son paid for a steering wheel for his Honda and everytime he went to have it installed there never an installer or they couldnt find it or it was the wrong one.After 3 months we asked for the money back and they would not refunded because we were upset the police had to get involved. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

They tell me they have my lights in stock an I drive all the way over to there shop, on my lunch time, an they dont have my lights. Then I leave a deposit for the right lights, they said they will be there in about 4 days, an its been 3 weeks, now they dont answer there phones. I didnt even wanna give them 1 star. They should have negative 8 stars

A close family friend found this place for me but I dont think he personally knew them (bad idea) I regret going here, my headlights up to date dont function how they should. One doesnt turn on most of the time and the other doesnt have the wires connected to the right ones (the highs and normal ones dont work) Not to mention the day I went to pick up they took three hours more than the time I was told it would be finished. When I drove out of that place in a rush to get to work my bumper starting flapping, they DIDNT put all screws back on. And last but not least they let my car battery die and it messed up all my electrical system. Im not sure if it was carelessness or they just arent familiar with certain cars (I have a 2006 BMW) not that complicated to NOT let the battery die.

Ive been a returning customer for about 4 years now. I would like to add everytime I visited there always an issue that arose. If its not that the products life cycles give out in a month, no sense of urgency, rude customer service, or you placed an order and the owner forgets to place it on there end. Save yourself some time and the drive. Unless you want to consistently keep coming back to fix the issues. My business with this establishment is over. Never returning!

I brought two brakes frontal rotors of my 4 runner for resurfacing and at the end the rotors were worse, I am thinking they changed my rotors cause mind were not worn.

Before you give them money check your merchandise. I bought some seats they showed me some that they had at the store and they had defects ripped from the sides, they told th at were going to get me some new ones so I paid them the went a grab new ones one in the box one with out. When I was going to install them the one in the box was ripped the box had tape like they intentionally put it in there so I wouldnt see. I took them back they refuse to give me my money back they say all the seats have defects and all th at can do is exchange it for another one with less defects. THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY CHECK YOUR PARTS BEFORE PAYING THEM.

Great prices found parts that other shops couldn’t get me I recommend it 💯 and to mention the great customer service the installation takes some time but after i got my car back I was super satisfied

Very unprofessional and they did not install my alarm correctly. I always had problems since day one and had to go get a new alarm elsewhere. Always refused to fix their own problem even though I had warranty on the alarm.

This place has no sence of what honestly is they will lie just to get you in there and then take forever due to their inexperience, they have no real techs and lie about their ability to do what you pay them to do

Really bad customer service, they are not consistent with customers. They let you know one thing and disappear for 45 minutes I was there for 4 hours and the whole time they were just standing around. And the owner Josue is the worst person to speak to.

Went to go buy some headlight we had just discussed the day before had to drive out 40 miles and when I get there they said they didnt know if they had them but wanted me to buy the ones I didnt want .... n still tried selling me other things I had no use for

They take too long on you orders I had put in an order and they told me it would be there the next day i went and they didnt have it and they told me to come back So I went the next day and they said my order wasnt coming in until the following week

Very bad service they do not comply with what they design !! They tell you that in 30 min and those 30 min turn into 3 or 4 hours so I did not like anything! I left my car on a Saturday morning I went for it in the afternoon and I cant fix it. The. Leave until Sunday and nothing reliable on Tuesday because Monday is serrated. And they did not know what they had to do. I told my car to leave it because the windows wont go down and he told me to go until Wednesday and today is Thursday and its not fixed !! They really pass !!
