I recently brought my Ford Mustang here for a bumper repair and was assisted by Derek who provided phenomenal customer service. He took my car in the day after I called him and had it done in two days. When I picked up my vehicle it looked brand new. They cleaned it soooooo good, I had never seen it look this good before. Excellent service from these guys. I recommend and would definitely come back if I had to.

I had an amazing experience from start to finish. I had my car fixed before the estimated time. I was rear ended and the estimated time of repair was 7 days due to COVID restrictions for parts delivery. They were able to get the parts much earlier and my car was fixed and running within 4 days. So they definitely exceeded my expectations and I am very impressed. Thank you Caliber Collision for being amazing.

Professional and nice. They gave me the estimate immediately and gave me solid estimates when I asked about other work that I was thinking about having done in addition to the insurance work. The front end of my car looks new. Everything was done right on time. I would highly recommend them.

My truck needed the front bumper replaced. It took me two weeks to get my truck in. Communication from service agent was there but usually the day after I expected. He was probably busy I guess. The truck took an extra day to be ready, but mainly due to communication issues. The bad part was it was returned to me with an engine light on indicator. At least the shop owned their mistake and the problem was resolved without any issues. The engine light on turned out to be just an electrical connector not connected. Overall, I would take my truck there again, but I would expect the service agent to provide me better communication. I have not seen any issues with the paint quality. Too early to tell.

Best place to take your car for repair

Once they had my vehicle they dropped the ball on communicating with me. And I had to keep reaching out to remind. There was still sticky tape residue on edges of windows, and when I picked up my car it was not at all clean or washed. I definitely do not reccomend anyone take their car to the Ontario branch. It was a total letdown.

First I want to say the service was very Poor by the Manager in Caliber. I had an appointment for my car to get an estimate. I was told by the manager (rudely) he was not going to do my estimate anytime soon and it would take a week or over a week just to be seen. He said he didn’t have time to see my car. My car was just going in for minor scratches. I wasted my time, and gas just to be rejected coldly. Would I recommend any service at Caliber? Hell No!! Take your Service and money somewhere else where they will actually care about customer service.

Repair to outside of car was okay- forgot one small scratch on passenger door oh well. How ever when they took the windshield off the car they left it outside and my car was dusty and dirt inside. The vents in the front were dusty and back windows as well. They did not clean up their mess inside my car. I bought putty to try and clean the vents. Did not help. Sorry to say my Lexi was not clean and as a nurse it is not how I live. I will not go back there ever again.

This place does exceptional work, your car looks like new. I only take my car here. They are great, only 1 downfall at this time, it took a little longer than usual. All because of the covid.If you ever need a great place to have repairs done, this is definitely the place! Mike the manager is very honest and helpful.

The folks at Caliber Collision were ABOVE & BEYOND expectations when it comes to professionalism, customer service, and quality of work. They contacted me when promised to keep me informed of the progress on my vehicle’s repairs, and had it completed before the completion date. I was able to express my concerns regarding the repairs and feel like they genuinely went out of their way to ensure that there would be no issues with any of the work they did and that my car would be returned to me as it had been before the accident. Special attention given to washing and detailing the vehicle after services performed. Couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience.

Been appx 3 months since I got my vehicle serviced here.I had my Windshield replaced as well as chips and the grill of my bumper replaced from rock damage on the freeway. Everything was covered since I had to go through my insurance and pay my deductible but the work done was subpar.I believe I wouldve been better off not having it done at all. I traded chips for an incorrectly installed bumper that was a different color as well as the hood.After receiving my vehicle the first time I noticed numerous things. For instance the windshield weather stripping was not installed correctly and the clips had been broken off, an area of overspray of clear coat, my headlights not aligned properly as before and the paint color differing from the original.I took it back to have the overspray and windshield weather stripping fixed which it was. I was told that they had a different company install the windshields and that is why it hadnt been done correctly.5 days after these corrections my brand new Windshield cracked from the corner starting where the weather stripping was across to the passenger side.I was driving home from the store in my other vehicle and noticed it when I went to get the mail. The car had been parked for 2 days and just moved to clean the yard.I had gotten a flat tire on the front drivers side from a nail on the road. After checking the rest of the tires I noticed inside the wheel well that my bumper had not been installed correctly on the passenger side. It was apparently forced into place and bent to put in the screws which might explain the increase in wind noise when driving with my windows down.After checking the bumper further I noticed that the signal light clips that connect to the bumper were also broken and just put in place. These clips hold the light to the bumper and prevent a gap from showing.All in all that is what I have discovered as of yet after about 3 months. I will update this post when/if I discover more.I strongly suggest going somewhere with a better service history and experienced employees that will service your vehicle with the professionalism that you deserve.Rather than receiving a repaired vehicle, I received a vehicle with different flaws and types of damage.I will not be taking my business here ever again and will refer anyone who I meet or know to go elsewhere.I paid my deductible for my vehicle to be fixed, not to purchase a different set of problems and damage.If you take your vehicle here you are taking a chance, hopefully for you they do a perfect job but as you have read, that was far from what I received.

I have never gotten better service. From friendliness, to response time, to quality of the job, they really out did themselves. I truly appreciate all the love Aaron and the team showed me. And most importantly THANKS FOR THE AMAZING REPAIR!! You guys are great.

I took my 2020 Honda Accord in to repair damage from a semi-truck. Initially, I was told it would take about a week to complete the repairs. My car was ready within 3 business days. I was so pleased! They did such an amazing job repairing the damage. My car literally looked brand new when It was returned to me. Not only was the repair perfectly done, but they washed and cleaned my car so well. I took my car here due to an accident. They helped me quickly and reviewed the damage with me. I took it on Monday and received it on Friday. The damage wasnt too big, but when I got my car back it was beautiful! They even vacuumed and washed my car. I recommend this location. They also speak spanish.

First time here, and definitely enjoyed the customer service, as well as the quality and speed of the job! Car looks great! It was my first time ever dealing with insurance and an auto body shop to fix damage from an accident. They were really nice and I formative, love the text updates they sent, and the communication overall. Also love the lifetime warranty on their repair work! I think its awesome when people and companies stand behind the quality they deliver. Very please with Caliber Collision, would definitely recommend checking them out. I would use them again in the future if needed. (Also included a pic of my ride, she dirrrty but she purrdy lol)

Derek is the man! He was so professional and fast! I made an appointment for same day at 1:30pm and got there at 1pm. As soon as I drove up someone came outside very welcoming to guide me on where to park as the parking spaces where full. I was in and out of there in 15 minutes. They didn’t have me wait even though they had another person who’s appointment was at 1pm. They also set me up with a rental and made a reservation for me at Enterprise and provided a ride to pick it up. Derek kept me informed of the whole process. Everyone there was so kind and friendly. I felt very pleased with the customer service and work done at this location. My car was ready in just 2 days! I couldn’t believe it. Not only did they fix what was wrong but also went beyond and corrected other spots. I received my car washed and disinfected. I am so happy with the service, I will recommend anyone I know that needs a professional and fast repair. I was able to drop off my rental car at caliber collision and that was a bonus! I worked with Mike and Derek and Ive been here a few times for repairs. They did an amazing job! Mike was detailed with the quote and transparent. It was clear they only wanted to charge for the necessary repairs. He made sure my car came back looking new.Derek made sure to follow up with the repair as it occurred and kept me updated. He was even kind enough to take me to my rental car when Enterprise could not pick me up. I dropped my car off for repairs. Daniel Mesa handled my paperwork set me up with a car rental he was very professional throughout the process he even introduced me to the repairman who would be working on my car. He kept in close contact with me the whole time. A rear bumper was shipped that didnt seem to fit my car correctly and Daniel contacted me immediately and asked if it was ok to keep my car an additional day to put the new bumper on. I was fine with the additional day for my car to be repaired properly. I picked my car up the next day and my car was clean and there were no indications that my car was in an accident.

This is an honest, helpful and generous place beyond my expectations! For less than five minutes, two guys solved the problem everybody else said it is unsolvable unless I spend hundreds $. I had worried about that over two years. And the center manager Michael didn’t even charge me a penny.They are also an authorized shop for many major insurance companies. God forbid, In case I had any collision issues in the future, this shop will be my #1 choice!

There are many locations with this name, but not all are equal. This particular location is a-maze-ing! Totally worth the drive. The friendly and knowledgeable staff go out of their way to work with customers here. Their prices are very very reasonable and they are consummate professionals. I highly recommend this location if you ever find yourself in need of vehicle body repairs.

I highly recommend Mike, Manny, and Daniel along with the rest of their team, as theyre excellent to do business with!My Subaru STI had driver side damage from the front bumper all the way to the back quarter panel/bumper that needed paint blending & repairing. When the car was completed I noticed the technicians had missed a small dent in the driver door panel and with no hesitation pulled it back into the shop repairing the Dent right away.Because of this type of Customer Service from a body shop I will be bringing in my Toyota Tundra and Subaru WRX in for repairs as well.Nice work all,John
