We grabbed a cup of coffee and started. Ryan took his time with us. He was open and honest, very professional. Slowly but surely I felt that anxiety slip away. Greg and Rod were very helpful and patient They answered every question I had about the car and the contract. And when they went to see if one of the cars that was being serviced was available for use they took video of it so I can see it more accurately since the car was having parts changed and they couldn’t bring it over.

Horrible place to buy a car I bought a BMW June 16, exactly 1 month from today July 16 put $15,000 down & on July 11 my DriverTran Malfunction light came on I called the service department to set an appointment & have my car towed @ their expense the tow service they were going to provide said they’ll only cover $100 I would have to pay the rest so I called my own tow service to have it towed down STG did a diagnostic the next day there’s 3 different codes that popped up & now there telling me I’m out of my warranty which I don’t see how I haven’t even had the car for a month yet I haven’t even made my first payment yet I only drive to work & back which is 2.1 miles from my house & I’m already having major issues with this company I’ve been trying to get a hold of a manager & have not yet received a phone call or anything for 2 days they sell you a lemon car take your money & make their commission & “F” the customer DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!

This Is The Worst Dealership I have Ever Been To In My Life!!! The first guy who helped us was Kevin and he was just horrible and has such bad customer service! The sales manager named Ryan came in and helped us and we signed the contract with him. He said he would give us a call the next day to give us an update on it since the car was in the service department and never got that call. Ryan told us we needed to get insurance for the car in order to be able to drive it off the lot and we did. So I called the next day and they transferred me to Chris who is Ryan’s Supervisor and he said he would find out what is going on with the car and give me a call back and he never did. I went in the next day and provided the proof of insurance and emailed it to Chris. Ryan then took us into an office and said the service department said the car will be ready for pick up on Tuesday which was in 3 days. Tuesday came and the car was not ready. Then they called me from the finance department asking for the proof of insurance which was provided 3 days prior. I called Ryan and he said for us to go in the next day and they will make sure we have our car. They are so unprofessional here and there’s no communication at all. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE!!! THEY ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND ITS A DISASTER BETWEEN THE EMPLOYEES THERE!!!

I didnt see anything I liked at their inventory at the location I was at Kimber pulled up the entire stg inventory and I found the car I wanted but it was stored at another location 30 min away so while we did the paperwork it was delivered to me when. It got there paperwork was done I was handed the keys and was on my way good deal not to mention stg paid a chunk for an Uber just to get me there and came out of their pocket to help get my monthly payments as low as they could definitely recommend

I went there to buy a car. At first I couldnt find the title of my car for trade in, but luckily I found it later. I bought a 2008 Nissan Sentra for my daughter from this dealership on 5/27/21 had to come back for the tags and registration the sales man said I will call you in a week it’s 7/2/21 I been trying to get a hold of them and they don’t answer the phone. Okay here’s my thing, went in to buy a car for the agreed amount of 21k the dude said “okay I got you man no worries” brings out the papers and says sign here here and here. Now I’m financing through them at an 11% interest rate for $25,000! They were very shady about it and had absolutely no way to help. The sales manager is cool he tried his best, but RONNIE, do not let him sell you a car.

Dealership is shady, not only is the actual sales price of the car 3-5k more than advertised, but once you complete a deal, they will tell you that you have 3 days to provide your own financing but as soon as you leave they complete your finance with their high rate company and never work with your lender. They even confirmed they received my draft letter the next day but ignored it since they had already sent package to high rate company. They also never inform you that they did so you get stuck paying high rate then refinancing with your lender later at a higher rate. Save yourself the trouble and shop at an honest dealer.

Dont buy a car here. My husband purchased a car here ended up with a car he didnt want at first. But because we had a big down payment they didnt want us to leave. Dont get me wrong my car is beautiful but long story short we just got in a car accident and the guy said our car has been hit before. Theres bolts missing from the front and a bolt sitting in our oil pan. Nice luxury cars but they are liars

One of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had Kimber was superb!

This was the absolute worst car buying experience Ive ever had. The car the sold me broke down an hour after I bought it and had me stranded on the grapevine. I had to wait 2 hours for a 2 hour ride back to the car lot. They swapped the car for the same type which they assured me multiple times is is excellent which started making noise in the engine 6 hours later and had to go into the shop. The worse part of it all is that they are charging me for a car I dont even have and no one wants to return or even answer my calls.

If you are in the Market for a new or used car, give Ara a try first before you go anywhere else! He will let you know the deal from the very start! If he can he will! Bought a 2017 Ford fusion with a funky exhaust scratches and dents. Had me sign a contract that they would fix all of that. Its been 4 months now, ready to grab a lawyer and go after them to either get me a new car or money knocked off this one.

Came in. Knew what car I wanted. How much down payment and how much monthly I wanted to spend. Ronnie helped me said yes to everything. We signed all documents but they kept the car to clean it up and do the brakes and rotors before I could take it. I called for 2 days with no response and no update. I called again today and come to find out they ended up denying my loan but were not going to tell me. Why have me sign ALL of that paperwork for you to tell me no 3 days later after taking my money. Then they said they will do the deal but I need to put 2000 more down. The car was only $9000 They ran my credit through the ground. Thanks for nothing. I recommend going down the street to cartime. . I went there after this whole fiasco and they literally gave me such a beautiful deal. Better than what stg was trying to give me.

Have been looking for an F-150 Truck Used and found one at STG in Ontario. I believe that a self-respecting company has no right to treat its potential buyer so disrespectfully. They also said that they work with clients who are in the dealership. But I couldnt fly to California from another state just to get an answer to my question, so I wanted to find out over the phone.
