This place was very on time and professional. I had made an appointment for 9:30 am and when I got there they were super friendly and helpful. They individually cared for my specific needs and gave me an upfront quote on the price I would be paying. They did excellent work, and were finished with the job before they said they would be. A great shop to go to. 10/10 would go here again.

I bought a new car that had zero tint. I called and was offered a quote and able to make an appointment over the phone. When I went in the staff was very professional and knowledgeable about there products. I ended up going with a 3M ceramic tint that offers great heat rejection. The staff was awesome and quick with my tint. I would definitely be back for my future needs a well as tell my family and friends.

I take all my vehicles here. They do good work and the staff is very nice. We have done 4 vehicles there and never had a problem. I always refer friends and coworkers there too.

I just got a new vehicle and I wanted my windows tinted. However, I didnt want to drive all the way back to where I normal get them down. I went online and I saw the reviews for this site and knew this would be the best place to get my windows tinted. I initially got a white on only my front two Windows on Yelp then ended up getting the entire car tinted. The scheduling process was easy and I was able to get an appointment fast. The staff were really friendly and ensured I was aware of the different packages and their differences. I chose the basic robot as that was in my budget at the time. I would definitely refer others to this location that live in the area. I am definitely happy with the outcome so far. I was told it would take 2-4 hours and I didn’t need the car till the afternoon and I dropped it off at 9am and they were done by 1130am. Which was great!!

Beyond helpful, extremely thorough at explaining the whole process, from ordering my new windshield to length of time on the tint, and the different types of tint and how they effect my car. Got me in first thing when they opened af finished 2 hours sooner then what was originally estimated. When you work graveyard, that kind of timing is everything. And when I was told the price, my jaw hit the floor. I was expecting 7 to 800 for a new windshield and limo all the way around...nope. 350. Right?! RIGHT?! Ive already refered my fiance to get his window fixed. Loyal customer from here on out.

Great service! Called around to get prices for my windshield, they had the greatest price and the best reviews. Very organized, fast, honest and reliable work. My windshield broke on tuesday last week and we were heading out of town Friday. I called Wednesday and they were able to fit me in on thursday. Would definitely come here again.

My overall experience at the shop was great. Very efficient and was in and out of the shop in a reasonable time. I had called literally 1 hour before I wanted to come in, the lady over the phone was able to make me an appointment ASAP to fix the chip on my windshield and I was in and out of the store very quickly also. No long wait time and was assisted immediately. Great service. Was pleased about this as I had thought it might have to take a few hours to fix the windshield. The front desk lady walked out and checked my car exactly and was able to match the quote she told me over the phone. Great prices and will definitely return if have any future windshield cracks or chips. I am very satisfied with the end product. The chip is pretty much impossible to see now and I don’t have to worry about the possibility of it growing any more. My overall experience was great. Everyone was so helpful, considerate and obviously trustable. We didnt have a phone experience because I couldnt find the number but were understanding that we just walked in. My overall in person experience was so easy. The explained and answered questions so easy to understand. Didnt leave us waiting, as well as others that arrived. We needed a few windshield strips replaced but decided it was better to replace the whole windshield. We are so satisfied with the full experience and work Superior did. We will definitely be back with my other cars and refer everyone. 100 % recommend them.

A couple of months ago I got a brand new car and I went to this place to get my windows tinted. When I picked up my car I saw I lot of bubbles on all the windows including the rear window but the employee told me that they would go way within 3 weeks, so I waited. After 3 weeks the bubbles were still there and I went back and they told me that they would take all the tint off and do it all over again. The manager even told me I would get my windshield tinted for free which was really nice of them and I appreciated it. After getting all of the tint removed, they tinted all of the windows again. When I went to pick up my car there was a lot of dirty paper towel in the back, a dirty microfiber towel and a sharp razor blade on the drivers seat. The car was super dirty and oily everywhere. All of the windows had a lot more bubbles than the first time and I’ve been waiting for over a month for them to go away, but of course they’re still there. It looks so much worse than the first time. I wouldn’t want it done here again because I know they wouldn’t do the job right. The manager was really nice and understanding and I know it’s not her fault but I wouldn’t trust them again because my windows look like they got some cheap tint done by someone who didn’t know what they were doing and my car was extremely dirty and oily when they got done. The razor blade that they left on my seat was extremely dangerous and I could’ve gotten cut badly. Very bad experience.

I came to get my windows tinted about 3 years ago and my experience was so great that I referred my sister to get her windows tinted this past weekend. Im sad to say that her experience wasnt what I expected. Everything was great up until she saw her tinting. The process for making the appointment and getting information from the rep was great. We were running a little late to pick up the car and one of the employees stayed till after closing to wait for us. The issue my sister had was the moon-roof tint, there are gaps on each side of the window which she was not happy about. She called the next day (Saturday) to address the issue and they told her a manager would contact her on Tuesday. She called back today (Tuesday) since she didnt get a call back. Not to exaggerate but she called 9x before someone returned her phone call. When someone finally called back they werent very helpful. They insisted she speak with a manager his exact words were No one can help you, the only one who can is the manager. And she is off tomorrow. Call back Thursday-Saturday between 930-5 but sometimes she isnt here until 10. No one can help you tomorrow. I hope theyre able to help out when my sister attempts to call back on Thursday. I will definitely update my review if they can fix the issue.

We have used this place several times. They do good work and are super fast and friendly. We have had a couple of windows replaced and had my moms windows tinted. I recommend them anytime I know of someone who needs work on their car windows.

I do not recommend this shop. #1, took them 3+ hours to do my windshield replacement when I had an appointment right when they opened. #2 the price was not was I told over the phone #3 they have no respect for your cars. Brought in my mustang and one of their employees took the car to the back and started revving it like he owned it and had to tell them something. Another one of their employees took another customer’s new mustang and started giving it a lot of gas just moving it through a parking lot as if he was on the street. Unfortunately I did not tell the owner of that car what they were doing when I should have. I do not recommend this shop, no matter what car it is, they need to have respect for all their customer’s cars. Period.

Best place to come in the IE. Not only do they have a one stop shop they also do quality work. Had my windshield repaired after getting hit by a rock. They were abel to get me in the same day they got the work done quick. I was also able to get my oil changed while I was there. Reasonable prices with quality work. You cant beat that. Staff was friendly and informative on all there products and services.

My dad found this place on google, the first time we went they took really good care of my car, and when I came back the next time there was no question of where to go to it car fixed because of how great they were the last time we came. The customer service is spectacular whether you are talking to someone on the phone or coming in person. Everyone is personable. Jeff was very helpful and answered all my questions while my window was being replaced. They dont make you feel like you are getting played or running game on you.

First time here. I purchased a car recently and needed to fix my windshield. I got a windshield replacement and 6” visor tint. I was informed and shown that my windshield had previously been replaced so there was a small amount of rust. They removed the rust and applied primer. They were very informative, helpful, and service was quick and of high quality. Would definitely recommend coming here.

I came in at 10:45am to get my rear left window fixed on my Passat but have to give at work at 1 I was kinda worried it will take longer they finished exactly on time the time they said they would. Fixed my AC here a few months ago. They werent pushy and had affordable pricing. My door handle on the driver door broke and they fixed it for me today. We were in the area for business. Our truck was broken into and items were stolen. It was Saturday and and getting late. Most repair stores were closing. We got a hold of Christine and she was so helpful and understood our concerns about our vehicle not being secured thru the remainder of the weekend. We asked if they would house the truck till they were able to work on it and they said they could. Monday came and the communication was very good. We picked up the truck when promised. Beer bottles opened around with no management, but cashier girl has no idea when owner/manager will be back.. And they have no license that allows customers to drink on premesis and said I can contact the owner but wont provide me with his contact info nor call him herself on their work phone line...

Came here on short notice and they were able to squeeze me in. The tiny on my car looks very nice. They also did my husbands car last year and still looks great. All the employees here are very nice and knowledgable.

Had a nasty crack on my windshield and there were able to fix it for cheap. Another place wanted 80!!!! The ladies are very nice and they have a TV in the waiting area. Makes it easy to wait when you have kids with you.
