Ive been driving a 2008 Hyundai Sonata and have never had a single problem. I researched deeply all the cars on line that I might be interested in. Weve all had bad experiences with car salesmen. So I was expecting the worst. As I headed towards the inside of the dealership, by awesome fate, I met Nick M. He REALLY listened to my specific needs and even wants in my new vehicle. He led me to the (only) luxury Tucson on the lot - a bright RED one. Last week I asked myself if I could have any color new car what would I choose? RED. He answered all my questions and when I asked him to give me his personal opinion, he did! I was solo buying this car and needed to pick his brain so I could make the best decision for me. Brought my car in because my sunroof stopped working in my 2016 Hyundai Genesis. I had a 3rd party warranty and those folks make you jump through hoops to get the claim approved, but Spencer went out of his way to contact them and get my sunroof replaced. Overall Spencer made the experience great and I really appreciate the service and he was always in contact with me and kept me updated. 100% satisfied and Spencer is the man, thank you. Glad to have my car back.

I came in looking to get a 2022 Tuscon Hybrid Limited. Off the bat their asking price was much lower than any other dealership that I have went to. After a test drive I sat down with Reggie Smith and his manager, they were very kind and honest. After explaining how much I was willing to pay and what my expectations were, they gave me a number. At first I did not like the amount, but after talking a bit they were able to get the price to a very fair number and I came out with a great new car.

We went to 2 other local dealers before this - one was fine but didnt have the car we wanted on the lot, the other (Temecula) was a disappointment - there was a lot of laying it on thick, trying to bully us into agreeing to what they wanted while trying to trash other dealerships to make their deal seem like the desperate only chance we had. I was put off, but had been shopping around so decided to try one more dealership. My buddy bought a car recently from this location and said it might be worth a try so we drove an hour out to see.We all know going to the dealer isnt always the best expected time. Its especially not in our favor right now with the current chip shortage and market availability. We had a bit of sticker shock the second we saw the SUV in question and told her we just didnt think it was going to work. Not a tactic, an honest sorry didnt expect that mark up, were not going to waste your time. Tracy said it wouldnt hurt to ask, we told her preliminary goals (mileage, what $ down, credit score) and she went off. We expected to walk again and try sometime later when the market was less weird but we were able to get to a price that worked for us. Tracy was GREAT and made for a much better than expected leasing process and I am a first time leaser. She never pressured us, let us discuss numerous times, made jokes, and felt like she went to bat for us (as much as made sense). We felt comfortable working through it all with her, and it was much easier to give Ontario Hyundai our business over the other locations. She was hilarious and extremely thorough in the entire process. No lengthy good cop bad cop, no trashing others, just stuck to what we were talking about. The finance manager was also extremely professional and very quick - so appreciated when youre ready to head home on a Saturday night. We were in and out in 2.5 hours with a brand new lease and are extremely happy. The 2022 Tucson Plug-in Hybrid is everything!FYI, there are no perks or anything if you leave a review (I thought there might be when first reading reviews and kind of wrote them off), but my other poor experience really made me want to get on here and leave a positive review.

It was the best experience I have had at a car dealers. I am 73 and this is not my first car! The salesman was a gem, polite, considerate and helpful. The Credit Manager too was great, despite some frustrations with their computer. But they made me feel at home and gave me a nice cup of tea!

When I bought my car there in 2015 I was told that I had 10yrs or 100.000 warranty, I’ve never had any problems with my car until recently and to found that the extended warranty ended in December of 2020. I was very upset to hear that, Chelsea was able to get everything taken care of 😄she is a very hard worker and is a great assets to your company, she should get employee of the month or better yet for the year. I went in with having financing already. Anthony helped me and he was very nice and not the stereotypical pressuring car salesman. He allowed me to take my time in deciding what was best for me and Chris got me a better deal with the their financing company than the one that I had been set on going with. I am happy to review Ontario Hyundai based on their sales team. This is my third car with Ontario Hyundai and I honestly can’t see myself going anywhere else. On my first purchase I met Julian. He instantly became family. He made me feel comfortable from the moment I met him and ensured that I left with being sure of my purchase and happy. Unfortunately, I lost this car to a car accident and right away I knew I wanted to go back to Julian because I was confident he would be able to get me in another car ASAP. I leased for a little over a year but I was finally able to buy my dream SUV because of Julian yesterday! Each time he knew exactly what I wanted but did not push anything. I was always truly impressed that he remembers what means most to his customers. He is patient, kind, and makes you feel like a friend instead of a customer. Bryan also made the paperwork process smooth and enjoyable. He was there for the last step of each process and provided great deals for maintenance packages and warranties. Other than the quality of the cars, the staff is one of the main reasons that I continue to buy from this location.
