Bought two bumpers from this company, both came damaged although not there fault they did received both bumpers back from me and only gave me money for 1. They told me theres nothing they could do I had to contact my bank, my bank says its up to the merchant so here I am $349.00 out of money this is a horrible company to do business with they get there merchandise back and dont give you your money back even though you have proof of return. Beware when buying from them.

I purchased two of their bumpers on 6/22/18. The paint has bubbled and rust spots are starting to show. Of course when I email Razer they say there is a year warranty. How convenient. Spend a little extra and get a quality bumpers with a company that has a good warranty with good customer service

The only way to buy these is through an authorized dealer (none in my area) or through Amazon. The bumper I wanted is not sold individually by razer on Amazon, but razer conveniently pairs front and rear bumpers together for you. So I ordered a pair that had the front bumper I liked with a rear bumper I could tolerate. Next day I got an email from Amazon stating that order cancelled by customer. No, I didnt. After digging through a bunch of links on Amazon I found that product is unavailable and seller cannot state when it will be available. Im done with Razer and Amazon. Pound sand Bi^%$es.

I purchased a rear bumper with tire carrier for my 2015 Jeep Wrangler JKU. 1st let me say that I use my Rubicon everyday as my daily and on weekends I crawl all over the mountains in New Mexico. I put this bumper through hell and it’s held up admirably. I only noticed a small rust spot but the integrity is awesome. 2nd I’m not the type to follow the crowd so being able to have stylish well built gear and not have to follow the same brand as everyone else is awesome. I only wish I was a wealthy guy so I could hook up my rig with all there parts. Lol. Honestly I like these parts and the company seems fair

Received bug shield for a 2015 Chevy Silverado today proceeded to install the plastic nut insert was to small called their phone number talked to someone his suggestion was to have someone hold the nut insert with a flat screw driver while tighten the screw ( what a Pain in the neck this was )finally went to my tool box and found some plastic nut inserts that would work a 30 min job turned into a 4 hr. deal would not give any recommendations for this product
