I ordered a grill 1.5 months ago and the will not provide a ship date. It takes several calls and emails to get ahold of someone. Steer clear of this company unless you want to be disappointed…

Placed an order back on 1/18/21 still have not received order as of 3/11/21. Tried contacting Ordering Customer support and never get a response back and when trying to call the number always says representatives are busy with other customers and then transfer you to a voicemail. Be up front if your product is out of stock instead of saying it will ship in 7 to 9 business days. Would have ordered from somewhere else.

I ordered a bumper on 02/25/21 and as of 03/26/21 it still has not shipped. Ive tried calling the number I was given 7 times and kept getting sent to a voice-mail. I have also emailed their customer service with no response. Absolute garbage of a company. I will never spend another dime on these pieces of trash.

Ordered from one of their dealers. Besides the slow time from actual order to shipping when I received the items the box was not secured (open), broken mirror, doors scraped, hinges scraped, one door missing a lot of powder coat on the inside, then a few days later I realize the rubber bumpers on the rear doors had fallen off. The dealer claims that the rear doors dont come with the bumpers, LIAR, LIAR. Paramount wants a PO from the dealer to send them out, the dealer is a liar so now we will ship the doors back to them, obviously they dont have any Quality control nor do they care about their reputation.

We installed a wrap around canopy rack #19601 on a 2016 ford Super duty f350, will not fit. needs longer front bar inside canopy. rear leg brackets bend with my weight (240 LBS) on 1 rear corner. 1 would rate this rack @ 500 LBS not 1000 LBS. looks like the flat plate is 3/16 mild steel. needs more support.

I ordered the Paramount evolution replacement grille with LED lights for my 2016 Ram 1500. It took 3.5 months to receive it. Once I got it, I took it to a dodge dealer to have it installed. The technician took off my original grille to swap out for the new Paramount replacement grille ONLY TO FIND OUT IT DOESNT FIT. The LED light bar hits the support post & is at least 2 inches off. The grille ALSO HAD RUNS IN THE PAINT. VERY POOR QUALITY & WORKMANSHIP!!!

Bad Customer Service and Bumper Life Safety Issue - Called them because bumper purchased thru Amazon is failing in two spots and was told sorry you need to go thru Amazon. This is your product and should be resolved with your company after 2.5 years the bumper which isnt used off road is failing...steel has cracks and is a safety issue. Why would I go thru the seller and not the company that produces these bumpers.

After taking 10 months to receive parts that I no longer needed. When I sent refused them from FedEx (I wouldnt even let them unload them off the truck), I was charged $225 restock fee! When I questioned why I was being charged, they told me they confirmed that the parts were still wanted before shipping them out. They NEVER confirmed with us, but shipped them.
