Great customer service had to order a part only a two day wait

I usually liked this place, but lately the waiting times are getting ridiculously long, even with an appointment.

Pensky Honda was the best place I have ever taken my Honda friendly fast and got it fixed the first time!!! 5 stars

I had a horrible horrible time here at Penske Honda (Auto Center Drive). If you are spending a lot of $$$ they run over them selves to help you. If you spend a little $$$ not so much. I wont recommend them to anyone. Sorry I had to give them 1 ⭐ 😩👎👎👎

Honda staff were very friendly and patience. They answered all of our questions and provided excellent service.

Car has a defective condenser which is on a recall by the company. Everything is back ordered. Penske honda would not give a loaner or pay for rental. It is not drivable in this extreme heat.Problem is due to company defect and they wont do anything to help.Honda customer service.sucks.

Its the first time to do recall service here. As a result, my car leaked gas, and I was lucky to be alive. Dont let them damage your car.
