I have been to many automotive shops and as a woman many shops tend to take advantage of the fact that I may not know much about cars. Let me say that I have found my forever mechanic shop. The service is very professional and the employees were very attentive to exactly what my car needs. Not once did I feel like I was taken advantage of and I will definitely be going back for all my vehicular needs. My son loved all the pictures on the wall in the waiting room. Great experience every time my family and I go. We service all of our family’s car here ( 8 cars). Carlos is one of the best mechanics we have ever dealt with, from his knowledge of cars to his service. Claudio is very knowledgeable young man as well with great service. Went here for an overheating problem and was charged 700 plus dollars to fix a leak my van was still overheating and they never did a pressure check before it left there shop. I went back and they said my water pump was leaking so they replaced it and said they did a pressure check. Well after 800 dollars worth of repairs my van is still overheating in no way would I ever recommend this company. I could of bought a new radiator for that kind of money and my van would be fixed now I have to take it somewhere else to see if they even did what they say they did. Its sad when you cant trust people to do a good job and they still take your money :( you would also think that after spending 800 dollar that they would do the simply stuff like change a bad radiator cap and bleed the system of air smh I had to look online and I figured that out.
