Top Notch place. Needed to get wheel lock so they put air in my tires and checked it out all without an appt and in under 30 min. Great staff. Clean and hygenically safe.

Pamela went above and beyond by providing professional customer service, excellent and consistent communication throughout the entire service appointment, and always had a smile on her face- even with a CoVid-19 mask on. First time getting my service done here and Anthony made it so easy for me. He was extremely helpful and very responsive and always kept me up to date. He walked me through the process and everything went smoothly. Got my car back looking better than it did going in. Really happy with my experience here and will definitely be reaching out to Anthony again.

I have had mixed experiences bring my cars here. Sometimes they are awesome and on top of things. Other times they are awful and the level of service they give tends to require me to go back more than once. I am currently in that predicament right now.

Below average service from the moment I got there. First contact by an employee was when I arrived at 7:58 for my 8:00 appointment and was asked to wait in my car. There were 4 cars in front of me. Second contact was not until 8:26.Ontario BMW should close for a day and take all their employees over to Irvine BMW and watch how they do it.
