What an awesome place so big and so many materials to choose from. If you like the store Michaels the you will love his older more experienced sister Joanns. They have more than you need and also offer a seamstress on premises (about 5) I seen.which for me is just amazing I dont have a lot of extra time to sew or even learn how.

Hand made pink dress, going to be working on blue sparkling dress next! Will add ribbon same wayas my first dress.

This is one of those place I still remember visiting with my mom back in the days. The place was well kept the day I visited and the staff were nice. A good place to visit if you are in the area.

Hey I love this place Id like to think that Im a fairly good cosplayer and now that cons are a thing again this place is a god send for a nerd like me making all his own cosplays plus they have really great coupons which makes it a great value so I cant see the praises of this place enough I highly recommend.

Had an online order to pickup. A little unclear to the customer how to pickup online orders, but inquiring with an associate was met with nothing but great customer service. Also did a little more shopping and, again, when I needed an associate to get a locked item, they were very helpful.

I’d like to put information out there for the custom framing area. This is the sign posted on the counter, but this sign isn’t reflective of the framing area hours, the sig is the overall store hours. Confusing to put this sign out on the counter of the framing area in the back of the store. The staff even believed the sign was the framing area hours. I’ve gotten the run around with assistance and finally ask to speak to a manager. I was told she isn’t able to put a clear sign out letting everyone know the custom framing area is closed, so to get around the public relations tape I thought that I can help Jo Ann’s get this out & post this info for all.

This store is the worst! I thought the moreno valley location was bad, I drive out of town in hopes of finding a new store and these women were terrible. From the closing statements to the cutting counter refusing to cut after 5:50pm yes they say that over the intercom. My whole experience was bad, a handicap lady was having a cut done, the lady helping me stopped her lady from working to ask how to process a remnant that I had to ask to purchase because she didnt offer and then the 1st lady tells lady In the wheelchair she can only have 2 cuts!! I was jaw dropped and stated the time and that her time was wasted bc that lady stopped her from working. Mind u I found a cut fabric in the remnants asked to have it priced bc it didnt have one and she told me no, its too late I need the barcode and where did I get it, and it shouldnt have been there!! So rude

Was told on the phone they had what I needed asked them to dubble check and when I got there they dident have enuff to even be saying the even had some .

I shop quite often at JoAnn store. The employees are nice and knowledgeable.

I loved it...they had a lot of good sales ...this was my first time there.

Terrible store pick up experience. I ordered online. Went to the store to pick up my items. I stood in a line outside to pick up my online order because no one answered the phone for curbside pick up. They could not find my order. I asked if they cannot find my order if I can run in and retrieve my items myself from the shelves. The store associate said I would have stand in the long line to get in the store! There were over 15 people in line. Wow. I already waited in the store pick up line for over 20 MINUTES!FYI this store is not essential during a pandemic and you should display more customer appreciation. I did not like the way my situation was handled. I will not be shopping at this store ever again. Especially when I have had wonderful curbside pick up experience at Michaels!

This is a place for sewing, knitting, crochet and arts & crafts needs!! Really beyond that too.. . Whatever a person with a bit of art talent or even can dream up.. . Joanns Fabrics has it all. .! Nice, clean store, friendly staff.

They were only letting so many people at a time in and when it was finally our turn to enter there wasnt very many people in the store. So I dont understand why they made us wait so long before entering. The workers didnt seem very busy at all. There was one worker that might have been the manager on duty who was a little rude to my friend for no reason. She seemed upset about something even before she rang us up. It wasnt a very pleasant experience. I used to love going to the Ontario store before, I think Ill find another location to shop at from this point on.

Great place to find fabric/sewing, floral, papercrafting/scrapbooking supplies, and limited variety of other crafting supplies. They offer online shopping, but the prices for some items differ from the in-store price without explanation as to why and the staff doesnt know or cant explain why. They also offer in-store or curbside pick-up at most locations. Although, this method isnt always a reliable means of buying what you need as often their inventory system isnt accurate or the staff cant find it (often, when an item couldnt be found, I did on the day of pick-up and this was long before COVID-19). Since COVID, there is no consistency with their store hours, or the number of people allowed in (within the same county). The website and phone apps are not updated consistently or accurately to determine store hours. The stores (and sometimes staff in the store) also vary by policy on quantity limits of high demand items and where those items are kept. To me, they could be a 5-star, but really need to work on being consistent (not with things controlled by State/County) with the accuracy of their inventory system, the information on their website and phone apps and in-store policies and pricing.

Great selection of fabrics. If you buy whats on sale or use a coupon, good prices too. Good selection of sewing tools, like pins and scissors Etc. I would love to see a better selection of things like buttons and trims. When the store shrank a few years back of course they had to shrink inventory too. I feel like they have a very good selection of crafting items as well. Customer service at the fabric counter is usually quite good. The women who work there know what theyre doing; they know about fabrics and sewing.

I like this place but the only problem I have here is that theres one girl that works here shes really big I believe her name is Wendy and when she fines material she likes shell keep in the back with her on the other side of the cutting counter and when I asked her if I could get a yard of that material and I pointed it out she said no that shes going to be purchasing it and this is like the third or fourth time shes done this

None of the coupons worked because most of them are for online. Also call before you go because the fabric is slim pickins!

So I came in on 5/11/18 to purchase fabric, glue sticks, and tulle for a project. I go checkout where the lovely lady at the register is chewing out the girl who is cutting the fabric. (So I get it she was doing something wrong but there is no need to word it in a disrespectful way in front of customers, take her to the back or be nicer) I can just imagine if they were face to face. But anyways sorry off subject I pay for everything I needed with again the lady who is either hating life or hating her job she was also rude to the customers yay! When I finally get home to work on my project guess what a piece of my fabric isnt even in the bag, I live a hour away so I call to complain Harry the store manager answers and tells me to go ahead come in the next time you can which was 5/17/18, I came in too find out he was gone for the day. So if you have a schedule where youre not always there maybe you should say next time..... come in during my working hours or hmm call before you come to make sure Im here....NOT come when you can, so that I wont be here and you have to inconveniently come back again another day. So if it does matter he did say he would refund me my money but we shall see.... to be continued

This store has everything! Its like a craft bonanza! It is very well organized with friendly staff who know their stuff. I was impressed with their knowledge - in various areas, too. Lots of fabric options and any and every thing you would need to go along with it. They have art, art supplies, pictures, picture frames, yarn, fragrance sachets - it smells lovely and seasonal in there. Great seasonal options for decorating. Lots of convenient parking - huge store - well stocked - you cannot go wrong by shopping there. Its even perfect if you just want to walk around inside to get ideas. A creative persons paradise!

If you have some talent with making things with eye and hand coordinating, you can practice your skills with the artistic supplies at JOANN FABRICS.Sewing is not the only type of crafting supplies they carry. Many great holiday crafts projects can be made from the accents they carry.

Doesnt carry some things. Didnt have what I needed. Went to the larger store by Ontario Mills. They had it. The young girl, at the first store, didnt seem to know much about the stock in her store.

They didnt have anything I needed for my calligraphy as far as anything at all. No paper, no ink, and no accessories like nibs. And the customer service at this location was also very bad. Especially in the evening.

Waited 25 minutes to pay for merchandise, while over 10 to 12 waited in line. There was only one cashier and no one else available to help.

I understand that business try to entice you to buy,by offering discounts.What would be nice is if they considered that some people are in between paychecks and need maybe a few more days to come back.......Most people are on a budget and need to be creative and fenagle their Finances so that they can buy the fabric which they would not be able to purchase without that discount.

Joanns is more than just fabric they are a great craft store.They have a very large selection of so many craft items. They have florals for beautiful arrangements, they have paper and stamps and ink and foil for paper crafts, they have all types of fabrics including but not limited to upholstery fabric and cushions and notions. They have glitter and paint and baubles and beads as well as already made gidgets and gadgets. They always have coupons and sales.

Went for some items for a baby shower decoration and they had it. We had an issue pulling up coupons on our phone and after a 20 minute conversation with the manager they gave us the coupon price

Very kind and helpful. I had a huge work project that needed last minute, budget specific items. Both managers were amazing with ideas and options which made this work project a hit!

Friendly staff

A typical Jo Ann fabrics store. The staff is generally friendly and will go out of their way to help. Personally I like to go to Hobby Lobby for selection in other craft areas. I certainly come here when I need sewing and fabric items. The store is clean and organized. I would give it 4 stars if they offered a better selection of craft items, it would make it a one stop shop.

One of my favorite places to shop for project items. JoAnn has great sales, the app allows me to quickly find items that I need, either in store or online. Take advantage of those coupons!

Oh the dread! My wife has asked me to tag along while she does some shopping and JoAnns is on her list! Now dont get me wrong, its a nice place and all that but they seriously need a man cave so guys can sit in a nice comfy chair and watch some sports. Just a small section of the store where the other men can come and commensurate their shopping experience with the rest of us!

Manager was EXTREMELY rude! I questioned a price on an item, she went back Got sign tried to loudly prove me wrong. I asked to speak to manger she then told me she WAS so I asked her to reread her sign...another girl came over and in fact I was correct. Everyone makes mistakes I know that but a mature person ( manager) admits it and fixes without making a big deal about.
