Had an appt. on the 17th of Sept that sadly I had to postpone as I fell ill and was sick for a week (thought it was COVID so felt it best to postpone so as not to spread it) Rescheduled when well again on Sept 28, 2021 for Oct. 7th at noon. Found out on the 29th my granddaughter has a special thing at school that day at same time as hair appt so contacted salon and I asked to reschedule at which time hairdresser told me “I’m sorry, you need to find a different stylist” (her exact words). These are the only 2 times I asked to change my appts. And a request to reschedule with a 9 day in advance notice is def. not short notice. Also the previous cancelation was due to illness, unfortunately one cannot predict when they’ll be ill so the short notice on that was out of my control and the stylist thanked me for letting her know and told me to feel better quick but now is singing a different tune. I thought I was doing the right thing by notifying them ahead of time rather than just being a “no call, no show” but apparently I was wrong!

Great experience! Husband and wife run this place and its amazing! Super knowledgeable about plants and the area and offer all kinds of invaluable tips!

Friendly, knowledgeable and great variety with hard to find plants. Also fabulous place to get your hair cut!
