Entrance is on Champagne Ave. Drive to 2nd gate, push intercome button, gate will open, go to staging area. Have safety vest on & then go to shipping office. Remove load locks from trailer before docking. Overall great environment.

Rude people, not willing to help. No one attends entrance gate and you have to wait in the street.

As a truck driver you are very skeptical about how long its going to take to get you loaded! But not here,checked in got loaded and checked out with in less then an hour!

1st time picking up @ this location..... loaded in the afternoon..... cordial shipping clerk... in & out in less than 2 hours

Awesome experience here. Short wait time to get backed to a door and about 90 min to get loaded. Id be happy to pick up here again. They definitely know how to load your for California legally

Had an appointment at 1pm. Called in and they let me show up at 9AM. Was at a door and loaded fairly quick. Really nice guys.

Go here to perform repairs for my company. Staff here is always kind and respectful.

Driver went exactly to the shippers like it said on the bol. from 1st location our driver was told you dont load here and was redirected to second shipping address same building other side, in second place the guy there said you dont belong here go back to the first loading place. our driver goes back and again to the 1st place the loader said: you dont understand English! you not loading here! does not want to let the driver in pulls the door and our driver went and drove around 3 times lost good few 3 hours and at the end hey refused the driver to load at all. this company does not treat drivers with respect!!!!

I have no complaints, got there about 30 minutes before my appointment, was in and out in less than an hour.

I was 15 min late to pick up a load, so they made me wait, ~~~~ get this ~~~~ 2 min cause we were waiting for a empty door an I had to go to the restroom. 30 min later I was loaded an rollin out the gate. I was a bit disappointed about only being able to give 5 stars.

Everything is good But Uber BROKER’s need to Allow weight for Reffer only 44000 Shipper always loads you over weight 46000

I would give them five stars but they loaded me wrong they are really nice there and you can call before you go over to see if your load is ready that way you have to start your log book lol

This is a warehouse for Arrowhead mountain doing water. This place is not open to the public. This is a distribution center only.

Delivery here sucks. There key pad is broken and the whole building doesnt answer their phones. You cant get in to get your load. Talk about a waste of time. There phone number on here to call is a fax number. Just letting you know.

As a driver sitting in there driver room is awesome. Wish I could have taken pics.

Very quick i was 4 hours before my appointment they loaded me.very nice people working there....

12pm appointment, checked in 7am, got a door right away, out in 30 minutes.
