I Was sent home assured that the car was in good standing, but the noise was really bad, so I returned to ventura and did my own inspection and servicing. The brakes were wearing unevenly due to the calipers sticking and major rust buildup on the rotors. See picruresMy Overall experience at Les Schwab shops have been good, so I feel this experience was a fluke. I took my car in because of the grinding noise and asked for an Inspection since it had been a while. They were very busy this day, but I am still confused how the technician could shrug off the grinding noise as a stuck drum brake pad which sounds different. That, and technicians need to check both the inside and outside of brake pads for uneven wear. I just got unlucky this time with a rushed and overworked tech with less experience.

The employees at this shop HUSTLE. I have only had amazing experiences at this shop. Attentive, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, fast and extremely transparent. Theres literally a glass partition in the waiting room so you can watch your car being worked on. I wish they did more services because if they did Id go here for everything, not to mention the extremely reasonable prices.

Make sure to follow up on your car or else they might forget about you.Ive gotten tires for my Altima and my Camry here and was satisfied with the job and customer service but when I went today for a Vehicle inspection it was a bad experience. I Brought my car in at 10:44 and was told it Would be ready around 11. After waiting a while I went up to the desk to follow up on my inspection and they totally forgot about me. They wouldnt have started on my car if I hadnt gone up to check and Id probably still be waiting there if I hadnt said anything. The guy helping me rushed out to the parking lot to get my car. The car wasnt ready till 11:55, nearly an hour past the estimated expected time and they didnt offer anything to make it better.

Since I bought my tires Ive had more than 10 nails/screws stuck in my tire. Les Schwab has never let me down with a free and immediate fix. Great service. Thank you guys

When I first came to get my ailment done they were really nice and professional to let me know the detail after they were done. When I came again for a flat tire they fixed it. With free of charge. And when I put new tires on my wifes car and a new alignment they let me know the details and they will work even after they close. Hard working, professional crew, and the manager randy was really nice and very communicated.

Great service, knowledgeable staff. I made an appointment online, and purchased 4 new tires for my wife’s car. I knew my tires needed to be replaced, and I thought I had a bit more time to make a decision to purchase. The advisor who assisted us pointed out how bad one of my tires was that I didn’t even realize it was that bad. Didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t want. He just presented my options and allowed me to make a decision.

Excellent the best place Ive referred friends there and theyve gone there and gotten tires and all terrain tires and are very happy with them and happy with their service and one lives out of state and he said the service was excellent and he loves his tires I recommend it highly

First time customer,went in an purchased a set of 4 tires,and possibly wheel alignment,I was at the store across from Ontario Mills mall,the customer service was good they told me I had to cars ahead of me,so I went for breakfast,shortly after I received a call saying I had a bad wheel bearing,and they could fix it for $350.00 more I said no,he said it was so bad he dont recommend driving the car,I told him I just want the tires,I will have someone look at it tomorrowWhen I go to get brakes installed,so I went back to the shop and my car was in front of the store window all the way down,I go in and ask about my car, they have a wall with clip boards and keys mine was not there,i go look in the car my keys are in the ignition anybody could have took my car I will never return to Ontario store anymore, very upset I give that store one star if that there policy to leave keys in car with window down . I called corporate office they said they would get in touch with me so it crickets

Got a flat last night right after the store closed.Randy was closing up and I asked if he could help me out. Without hesitation Randy repaired my flat. He was a life saver as I was on my way to pick my son up from the airport who just returned from USAF boot camp. Customer service like this doesnt exist anymore! 🙏🏾

I purchased four tires, installed on my trailer, approximately one hour from start to finish. Randy, store representative, is very knowledgeable about tires and took time to explain the differences in tire loads etc. The location is very clean with lots of sitting area. There is also various areas in walking distance to get a cup of coffee of food.

We have always been an American Tire Depot family. Yet when I called them to get a quote and I didnt know the exact model (LE etc) they couldnt tell me what tire size I had. I was confused, do they not have a computer?I called Les Schwab and spoke to Randy who did not need all the specific info. He was very kind and friendly, gave me a quote and found the tire size for me. He also explained the specials they were offering and details of their warranty. Because he was so friendly and thorough, I made the decision to bring in my car.When I got there, Juan helped me and he was awesome. He walked me through the different tire options. I waited for my car in the air conditioned lobby with TV.A couple days later I came back because my tire sensor came on. When I drove up, Liam walked out to me in the parking lot and asked how he could help me. I told him the issue and on the spot he checked my tire pressure and told me this can happen if there is too much air in the tires. He let out all (4) tires and the sensor immediately went off. I didnt even have to go inside or show proof of purchase. He was helpful from the start.Les Schwab has a new fan and customer. Thank you guys!

Everyone here is welcoming and makes you feel comfortable. All the techs are also high motor and go about 100 mph to get you out as fast as possible. Theyve even stayed past their closing time to help me out on a previous visit.

Today was my 1st time here. Its literally across the street where I moved to. I got a nail in my tire and my boyfriend looked up tire shops near us and Les Schwab Tires popped up and he looked at the reviews and let me tell you a five star indeed! I totally recommend this tire place!! Eric is amazing!! He was the one who helped me out, he did such an incredible job and was quick and understanding! He went above and beyond to check the safety in my car for me and my little one, I had her with me. I will definitely come back in the future and ask for Eric again!

I visited them on 12/13/18 during my lunch period. I was met in the parking lot by a technician. He discussed the services and the price. A lady and another gentleman took all my information inside the office and a different gentleman explained different tires and the prices for my car for future purchase. Everybody was polite and professional and they were not pushy. The office and the restroom was very clean. The price quoted was honored without trying to sell me unnecessary services and products. My car alignment and tire balancing was done within the specific time I was told. Discovered a nail in my tire Monday morning before heading to work. Made a stop at this location. Was helped by a very professional young man. He took care or the nail. He noticed my car was in need of alignment and proceeded to get it done within a half hour.The location was clean, the staff were polite and professional, and the coffee was fresh. I took my 2004 Ford Expedition to rotate and balance tires and check breaks. They did for free. The most I like of this place is that people is very HONEST and professional. I recommend it 100%.

Scam!!! This place falsely advertise that they fix your flat tire for free!!!! When you get there they will find away to say it’s night fixable then advertise to buy tires from them.... They quote me almost 400 dollars for 4 sets of for weird brand tire, we’ll be smart about it, if you wanna get 4 brand new tires, you might want to spend another 100 bucks and get Good year or bridg stone or Michelin and they usually offer free alignment.
