We were in town it’s from seven hours away and my check engine light was on, I called and talked to Josh who was very kind and going to try and squeeze me in same day but I couldn’t till that afternoon, he was able to get me in and did everything he could to fix my car but it was unfortunately broken. He was so kind to me on the phone and in person and I am forever grateful for his kindness and patience in this rough situation! We wound up having to rent a U-Haul and trailer to tow it back home, if they were near me I would definitely go back anytime I needed to. Thanks again Josh and crew! All the Staff, welcomed us soon as we walked in. The wait time was short, and within 25 minutes the had our car inside the shop testing the system.. Then they called our warranty company and advised us the problem. We had to wait for the Parts store off-site to bring parts and the Mechanic repaired our car outside the shop.. Total wait time was about 2 hours which was fast given the repairs needing removed and replaced.. All around great Customer service and mechanical repairs.. Great place to have vehicle repairs done..Thank You Commercial Tire staff.. well be back..

I was recently headed to Boise with my 4 year old and 2 month old infant when I had a blow out on my horse trailer. I called the Ontario Commercial Tire and the manager came out to get us fixed. He was extremely kind and friendly and we were back on the road in no time! He truly lived up to Comercial Tires motto Let our family take care of your family.

These guys are professional and quick. Ive taken my pickup and my wifes car there for all tire, alignment, and brakes for years. Great experiences each time.

The staff at Commercial tire are a great group of people. On my road trip for business, I realized that I had a pop rivet sticking out of my tire. So stopped in at Commercial Tire 15 minutes before closing time, and David the mechanic was very friendly and helpful. He said that he could get it in, and repair for me. These guys are great. My favorite tire place changed owners and lost my service, and the crew here stepped up winning me over.

I took my truck in for a flat tire, they took my keys and my number down. I wasnt told how long theyd be so I sat and waited for 30 min which turned into an hour so I called a ride. I received a call later that day saying my tire was bad and they had to order a new one that theye hoped would be in by Friday which never happened. I get the holiday delays and such but I dislike the lack of communication and updates. My tire is still under warranty, however, I still have to pay $187 for 1 tire.

I teach at TVCC and live in Nampa, and on more than one occasion Commercial Tire has helped me out with things like low tires, bad tire pressure sensors, flats, and other such things that happen when you commute several hundred miles a week. Some of these services I wasnt even charged for including a flat repair! The service is always great, and I feel better knowing that if I have an issue they are there to help me out.

The customer service at this location was awesome! I would happily recommend anyone stop in and just check out the place. The employees are all good natured and were happy to help me. The best part was I was never pushed to purchase anything! Not having to deal with the, Big Sell made the visit so much more relaxing than I had expected.

I have to say thank you to my local commercial tire store here in Ontario. Over the last month I spent well over $1000 dollars on repairs all due to my drive. Les Schwab told me false repairs left and right. Repairs that were unnecessary and cost me money. One trip to commercial tires and they solved an issue that was les Schwab a to begin with. Tire pressure was off, they fixed it easily, had a nail in a tire, they fixed it free of charge, as well as checking my alignment. Anywhere else would have charged me. Also a big thank you to Richie who guided me through the whole process and made it as easy as possible. Will visit them again anytime I need my ride worked on. You guys are awesome. Thank you.

Yesterday Wayne got me out of a very serious jam. I rented out my 87 VW Vanagon with a Subaru engine in it and my renters experienced a problem with the starter. I called dozens of shops in Boise, all of them too busy or wouldnt touch a Subaru engine in a VW. Wayne was swamped too but he found a way to help me out and get my renters off and enjoying their trip again. He also had to use a creative solution to fix our problem Fantastic service on short notice when no one else was interested in helping. If you are local and do not use this business I hope you would write your shop a 5 star review. Anything less, you arent getting good service.

Great place, good mechanics, best price on tires

We were traveling to Idaho from Dallas, Or. in our motorhome and I suspected I had a problem with my front end. This is the best tire place around they beat Les Schwabs by far. They put a backhoe tire on my backhoe and gave me time to pay it without complaining. They have the best service I have found. they are like $300 cheaper on sets of tires that at better then others and cheaper with better quality and better service. They are a good company. And they are not rude like the other place. They make you feel like a customer that is wanted and needed.

We live out in the sticks so we bought tires online and had them put them on. We were on our way home when a tire blew and left us just out of town, on the side of the freeway in 100 degree heat. We called the store and the manager came out (quickly i might add). He fixed the tire and gave us some ice cold gateraid while we waited. He was so kind and got us fixed up and on the road again! Thank you again!

A very good full service tire store. Initially I was there to have two tires repaired, when I was told that they were to badly damaged, I was able to find a reasonably priced set of 4 new tires. They also replaced a control arm and did an alignment on my 4 wheel drive Escape. They also were able to change the oil and replace a burnt out brake light. While I was there I was able to watch the US women world cup soccer match, suck down coffee and popcorn. The staff was helpful, pleasant, and explained the free road hazard that came with the new Firestone tires. They were not the cheapest but the were most thorough. I would use them again.

Extremely helpful after Les Schwab tried to scam us and made my mom cry. Replaced our spare and got us back on the road in no time.

I asked to get a spare tire and they didnt want to sell me 1 because it would break up a set of 4. They would sell me all 4 thought. They gave me the name of another tire place, so I took my business there.

This is by far the best tire shop around. They have the best costumer service the best workmanship and the best prices. I wish they would open a shop in Weiser idaho cause they are awesome.

Was road tripping from the East coast and needed tires...Les shwab didnt have prices online so I checked Commercial..they didnt have the tires in stock I wanted but had some comparable ones for less money! Was in and out within an hour...good job folks! I recommend Commercial..in Rhode Island a place called Town Fair Tire gives free alignment, lifetime rotation,free flat repair with new tires..nothing like that at commercial but satisfied with them.

Did an excellent job, checked over my entire vehicle trying to find a problem I was experiencing. After all the inspections they told me what the problem was and didnt even charge me. Great service. I made a reservation to get tires rotated. They took my truck in quickly and I was back on the road in no time. The best part it was a free service they offer to their customers.

I very much appreciate the fact they fixed my flat tire for free, I also purchased my tires from them. My only complaint, the employee who drove my car for fixing & returning to me was a smoker. When I got in my car it smelled like a smoker. Not happy about that!

Our budget truck blew a tire and we were referred to this company. They came out and we were back on the road within the hour. The guy was nice and extremely helpful. Highly recommend this company!

If I could them minus 5 I would they are theives and liars they totally did me wrong on fixing my air conditioner charged me 110 and said it was fixed it wasnt so I took it right back so they said oh we need to do another test and then said 300 for bad hoses they didnt catch they said we only charge for the 2 hoses hence the 300 so I took straight to another dealer and nothing was wrong just needed free on. Amazing....sp they tried to get a total 410 out of me just add free on like I said thrives and liars

I had a tire pressure light problem for months, annoyingly airing it up when it wanted. I walked into the store telling Eric the issue and he immediately said they would take care of it. About 30 min later the leaky valve had indeed been fixed and free of charge. They were professional, fast and handled exactly what I needed. I will definitely be recommending them and going back for any future issues. In the past Les Schwab was the only place I would go to but not anymore....Thank you Commercial Tires!

Would have been nice if they had even acted interested in why my tire light is on. Aired them up...said ok youre fine now..see ya ...Really...no tire leak check? Whatver....my light is still on.

I brought my car here because of strange noises somewhere between the tires, wheel bearings, or drive train. No problem was found. Sometime later they had to RE-repair the leaking windshield washer reservoir they had repaired a couple of months previously. Then I was informed that the tread was separating from the tires, which was the cause of the noise I had originally brought my car there for some months before but they had failed to discover it. I had been driving for months at 65-80 mph on dangerous tires that their technician failed to discover. So I bought a complete set of what they told me was their best tires, and had them mounted. I soon was back complaining about the vibration in the steering wheel as well as in the seats. They then (said they) checked the balance on all four tires and said there was nothing wrong with the tires. They advised me to take the car to the Idaho Drive Train shop in Nampa. IDT shop said there was nothing in the drive train causing vibration at higher speeds, but there was a shudder upon acceleration at lower speeds, caused by a worn bearing in the drive shaft. That was fixed. But there is still vibration that feels exactly like poor quality, out-of-round or out-of-balance tires. I took the car back to Commercial Tires, who checked the tires again (they said) and found nothing wrong with the tires. The front end was rebuilt less than a year ago at Nampa Quality Alignment. The drive shaft and associated bearings were completely replaced. Commercial Tires said the wheels are okay, not bent. I still have the very annoying vibration. Im not at all happy with Commercial Tires.A few days later I was in Boise, ID, so I had a Commercial Tires shop check the tires again. After about 30 minutes the manager brought me my keys and said Youre all set. The other shop balanced your tires all wrong. We rebalanced all four tires and there shouldnt be any more vibration. I still feel a very slight vibration, but Im not sure it isnt just from the pavement, so for now Im satisfied... with the Boise Commercial Tires shops work, not the Ontario, OR, shops work.

First time going to Commercial Tires and it was a wonderful experience, employees were very polite and helpful and took time to make my beautiful 2 year old daughter feel comfortable and made her laugh as well. I highly recommend these guys.

I am pleased with the service that I get at Commercial Tire. When I ask them to check my vehicle to see if it needs brakes or alignment, they only recommend the service needed. They have never tried to sell me a service that is not needed. I will continue to take my vehicles in for tires, brakes, batteries, etc.

Brad went out of his way to get me taken care of! I had an issue with a new set of tires, could not get rid of a small shimmy in the pickup. I called and talked to Brad he had me drop it off so the could work on it. By the end of the day it drove perfect! I recomend Commercial because the dont just sell you tires, the make sure to take care of you after the sale.

Replaced back tire lug nut bolt broke off. Had them replace the lug nut. To my surprise said my back brakes was bad. I couldnt get car back from them. I had to have them replace it i couldnt do it myself or other shop for the repair. I was told pay the extra $500 bucks on top of the tire replacement and was forced to pay for something i could do myself on my rear brakes replacement. Same tire $40 bucks each at wallmart not there prices or lessswab rip off. And another time same company commercial tire cant repair tire over 6 years old over a flat repair expect to buy a new tire each time. I will buy my tires at wallmart out of nampa idaho.

Got a gnarly flat that wasnt repairable on the way home from work. These guys got a new tire on and I was out the door in about 15 minutes!

I did not have to wait very long to have all tires changed, it drove great afterwards.

The best, thank youwe have a third vechile older we use just around town,my grandson noticed a nail in the tire, and it was still goodso i brought it in, and the took out nail and repaired tireand guess what no bill at all and dont have to buy a new tirealso on on toyota four runner they never have tried to overcharge on repairsand do a good job quicklyhighly recommend

Commercial Tire was our first of many appointments today and when they guys werent able to get to us right away the receptionist told them we had an appointment and they needed go make it right. When I called at no time that they stayed there is no mechanic on duty and that it would take two to three days to get a simple brake job done

I repeatedly ask if another day would be better and was reassured no. However, it took over and hour and half to get done. I reallly reallly reallly like the service and trust the review of systems that get done for a very reasonable price. But please, give accurate time estimates and let the customer decide if it work at that time or not. I would have made an appointment for the next week.

I bought tires from this place and was impressed with how friendly the staff was, even though the misplaced my tire order two different times.

They got the best service on town, affordable prices, fast service, excelent staff. I will definetely keep doing business with them.
