Robert was the best!I called auto zone for questions regarding my battery and Robert helped me with all my questions and concerns. He told me to bring my car down and he would test my battery and he would install a new one for me if needed. When I got there he was just as courteous as he was over the phone. He tested my battery and determined that I needed a new battery and installed it for me.Robert saved me so much time and money. I am extremely thankful that I didnt have to go to a mechanic.

Robert is the man! Best customer service I’ve ever had at an auto parts store. He literally put the oil into my car and helped me make sure we were adding the correct amount. Highly recommend.

Ordered this online and it was the wrong size. Went to the store and customer service was so amazing. Have to give it up to the Manager Danny O for being such a nice person hands down. He attended my needs with the return. Make sure you do have a receipt to make it easy. Will definitely return to AUTO ZONE everyone at this store is very helpful.

They could not find my part even though the computer showed it in stock. That were very nice and called another store for me.

My car had a warning light on. Autozone advertisement says they will help you to find the cause with a scanner. Well I went there, the guy just handed me the scanner, gave me a very vague explanation, I had to go in and out two times trying to figure it out.I love Autozone but this store customer service is rated 2 stars.

I was able to find the parts I needed. I used the Autozone app and was able to get a coupon which was nice. Apart from that great experience, the service I received inside the store was subpar. There was an older gentleman that I dealt with on consecutive days. He was very rude and to the point. I normally appreciate non small talk, however his approach was very rude and harsh. I would say he needed his coffee but it was well past the afternoon 🤷🏻‍♂️

Went to get a new battery they installed it but truck had a hard tine starting after new battery they told me it was the starter took to dealership they told me everything works good except the battery went to different autozone and installed a new one because they one that was installed in this autozone was no good after cobtacting autozone for the $140 diagnostic check i paid on the dealership they said it was not there problem which it was hoped to get a gift card from them atleast but no

Watch out for this guys! Took my battery in because it had been sitting for a while and needed a charge, they charged or tried or didnt event try probably, and they came back saying it was bad and it wouldnt even hold a charge and that i needed a brand new battery,i walked away took it to another place and guess what? my battery had nothing wrong with it they charged it and i was a happy customer.

I went in a handfull of times, taken care of by Ryan H. He helped me the most and always made sure i got what I needed. The other workers are okay, but Ryan has the best service in there.

The person in the counter saw me waiting in line. But he was too buzy talking to some body about his personal life that didnt even notice i was there. Until his coworker told him. Hey bro are you going to use this computer. Then i was attended.

I agree with what Dan said below. Ive never been to such a bad AutoZone, there are a few members of the staff that are actually knowledgeable, but there are at least three who are absolutely terrible. I literally drive to a different one because even simple transactions they seem to draw out into painstaking experiences. One guy wouldnt stop telling me that I didnt know the year of my own vehicle and told me it was a different year which would have made it a completely different generation. Unbelievable, you cant even make this stuff up.Edit: Bumping it up to 3 stars because I did end up going back and again had difficulties with the same employee which the manager and another employee recognized which didnt make me feel like they were being unfair again. Again the other attendants are great so my review is basically just an average.

The guy working there quickly found me the blinker bulbs I needed, and was able to answer various questions about them.

Such amazing service. This review is so overdue as my husband and I have never seen such a dedicated employee. Were new to the united states from toronto and when we first walked into the auto parts store we were greeted by this young man named Ryan. He went out of his way for us even after numerous attempts to call friends who work at competing auto stores to find us the right part. When he couldnt find the part we were describing he took it upon himself on his time off to go to a junkyard and pull the parts that nobody else had that were almost like new asking nothing in return but for my husband and I to come back and do business again. Honestly where can you find an employee like that? He insisted he didnt want any money for going out of his way to get us the part. The least we can do is write a review to let people know what a great knowledgeable employee autozone has and that he should definitely get a raise!He earned our business and employers should be on the lookout for people like him
