First time buying from the official converse store as I had a gift card! I was impressed with the selection, mostly. I unfortunately did not see the shoe I wanted there- purple chucks, I figured theyd have that. They also cant do online orders for you which bummed me out.They also didnt ask about any discounts at checkout so I asked the student discount, just show them a student ID. (15% off!)

Been to this location on multiple occasions. Staff is always helpful and in good vibes. Love my chucks! Always walk out with multiple shoes not just one or two. Shop is always well kept and able to find what you need. They always have great sales just have to take your time to really find them. Will be back next week for there next sale. 💗💗

Did not have the size and model that we were looking for 😭

When you enter into the converse store. You can already see items on display, and if you make your eyes towards the back. You can see the shelves of shoes, within boxes of course. As well as the store wasnt full, and there was space to move. Unless a customer for in you way. The hallways between some shelves were a bit tight. Meaning to say, I can walk smoothly along the passage ways. Unless there is also someone else, it may get crowded, but either be patient, or say excuse me. So not to big of a deal. The store was delightful, there was a sale, when I went. The sale was better than other brand I must say. As well as the wide selection of shoes was impecable. All is to say, converse is a good store, shoe, and overall company.

Asked a couple associates for info on current and future promos, said do not know yet, but later found out that promo info were on the website days ago. Either the staff are unknowledgeable or something worse... However, the shoes are nice, so I still give it a 3.

Workers just stand around and do not help at all. Walked in and one worker was very rude and not welcoming. I asked a question and had a lot of attitude. Very bad customer service.
