One star is to much for them. We went to see if we could find a dress for my daughter birthday, we were so excited and hopeful to find something. We seen a beautiful dress that was very similar to what my daughter wanted. When I ask one of the girls for help she was so rude and condescending. The store associate literally walked away when I was asking her questions, and then she did the same thing to another customer, never going there again, if youre looking for pin up dresses go to unique vintage at list there associate are nice and helpful 🤬

I was SO excited to shop here as I am brand new to trying on anything pin-up. The selections are gorgeous but a bummer is they have a rule of only trying on 4 dresses tops. I had only tried on 2 dresses & was going to try on two more but the girl stopped me & told me about the rule. It discouraged me from trying on the dresses I was hoping to try on.The girl did know my size right off the bat just by looking at me, & they do help zip you up which was nice. Im just surprised by how many rules there are. You cant take pictures of what you tried on, they have to help you the dresses (not your family, boyfriend, friend, etc.), & theres no refunds.Whats nice is I got to discover brands I like as well as my size.

I walked by this shop a few time loved the dress but never went in till today. My mom and I were looking for dresses to wear for a tea party. I thought one of there dresses would be perfect for the occasion. We went into the shop one of the lady behind the counter talking to someone else and there was another lady just walking around (dont know if it was a employee,customer or friend ) . While my mom was in the dressing room the lady from the counter came over. Was suprise she was trying on a dressing. Saying we werent post to try on dresses without her knowing. She had to know who was in there and what dresses they had on. (I get it,but the chain on the dressing room wasnt close and there was no sign we saw saying we couldnt.).. she also told us she didnt even see us walk in blah blah ( what do you want us to be like HELLO WE ARE IN YOUR STORE ) I ended finding a dress I wanted to try on so I went up to her to get help. At this time another employee showed up and she had the other employee help me. (Because it so hard to walk over to move the chain over,just kinda felt she was annoyed wit me). We just ened leaving. After the interactions with the lady over the counter the shop lost it spark. Just killed the mood and felt uncomfortable.Short version: your not welcome,you are interrupt the employee from chatting with each other. No customer service and over price.

Would give more stars if the customer service was better. The store overall is clean and well organized. But the Caucasian woman whom works there is by far the rudest ever. Went in looking for specific color dress. I asked for an xl to size up from a LG. She took one look at me and told me I needed a 3x or 4x in her store ummm no I dont she acted like if I didnt know how sizing on pinup clothing runs. I grabbed a 2x and it was indeed too big. Then every time I tried to get her attention she would ignore me. The only nice one there is the Hispanic girl with black hair she was sweet and polite. But the other lady needs to be gone she is horrible. Ive lost over 300lbs and for someone to tell me I need a 3x or 4x made me feel huge again. She is a monster.

Needed to find a dress for my teenage daughter. It was such a pleasant experience, the staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They had a great selection of styles to choose from. We liked it so much we will definitely go back.

The store is great for your shopping needs if you don’t want to order online however people are right about the customer service. I asked about a few items and their sizes and I got rude responses. I feel like if you’re not “dressed pinup” (even though you have the knowledge of the style) they’ll blow you off as someone to not give common courtesy to. I was never rude or dressed in a sort of way that would come off as offensive but oh well, there’s plenty of other stores.If you do plan to shop here, just don’t bother talking to anyone and just shop and say you’re ready

Coming here feels like the sales ladys look at you like with a judgemental face or not welcoming, looking at you with attitude, not asking how can I help you, just staring at you making you feel awkward not welcome so I left went to another place.

I loved the store and the clothing, but the woman working there was very cold and almost rude. Maybe because I looked young and poor? She barely even looked up to greet me, then it seemed she wasnt interested in selling any product. I understand the try-on limit, but there should be some way to gauge whether someone is a serious customer or not. In all, I spent around $200. If I didnt feel so unwelcome, I easily could have spent $200+ more. There were specific items that I wanted. I just didnt feel comfortable begging to try things on. The idea of having to ask permission to spend money made me very uncomfortable.

Great store but the broad that works here rolling her eyes and being so vague with every one an every question made me feel so unwelcome and uncomfortable. I remember the owners when the opened th eplave, this chicks gotta go she is so rude and unhelpful. My experience was horrible, Ill stick to the store in O.C.

Closed an hour before posted time.

I came here looking for beard oil, and they had a couple different brands in stock. I was helped promptly and helped me smell all the different beard oils. Joked and complement my beard and my girlfriend. So I checked out with a bottle of Grave before Shave, and my girlfriend fell in love with the store. After wandering around the mall, my girlfriend and I came to the conclusion that this store was the place for us. So we went back and let me tell you, the staff went above and beyond helping my girlfriend find the right dress. So to sum everything up, atmosphere is on point, staff is awesome, products they carry and prices are awesome. I would shop here again for sure.
