Zero customer service skills, one of the associates told a guy he was too Mexican and she was of another nationality. Very rude talk for a busy Sunday.

I am a SoCal native and Im flying to Maryland to visit my daughter in a few days to be greeted by her AND 4 degree Fahrenheit temperatures! I needed to buy waterproof boots (its been snowing there and that turns to slush) and my daughter swears by her Timberlands, so I went.Dont ever think you cant learn from your kids! They are a fountain of information!! She was so right! I bought a pair of comfy, waterproof (not water resistant, but really waterproof), gorgeous black boots for $149, and got a pair for my husband 50% off! Theyre having a sale!! This was money well spent because they will last for years! You should go!! Colors and styles to choose from!!

This is the first Timberland store I have ever been too. About 5 years ago I purchased my first pair of yellow indestructible boots. Im a huge fan of their sweatshirts and shoes. Timberland has an outdoors and hiphop type feel to their clothing. Everything here will keep you warm at discounted prices. Both quality and quantity here. My second favorite Timberland was located in the Premium Outlets near Las Vegas, but unfortunately it closed.Recently, I have gone to Timberland and it had a limited selection. It has been like this for the last few years. Maybe it is the sign of todays economy. Usually I leave with 2 or 3 pairs of new shoes every time I visit, but not anymore. I no longer see my favorite classic white shoes.Still recommended! Just limited.
