And when I called to check if what my better half was looking for was indeed there, the customer service rep was beyond kind and very helpful. Im sure she will be going back when she gets the chance.

Great deals, Anna Marie was extremely helpful in helping us find a bag for a family member based on a photo we provided. They also have new bags from the new collections. Why four stars: when we went to pay, I inserted my Wells Fargo debit card but it kept being denied. Cashier said that the machine was doing that this morning and yesterday. I then used an Amex and it read it quickly. The cashier then said it has trouble reading debit cards. If the store notices that the card reader doesn’t read debit cards, why not use another register?

Ordinary stuff.Some outlet stores tend to carry and sell very average and ordinary items. This store is certainly one of them. The handbags are not made of leather with common designs. The clothes are not standing out with material and designs. This is certainly an very average place for some people who may like it, but the prices are not the average.

2 shops 🏬 facing each other; one women and the other is men. They are totally separated. In short, they are Michael Kors with up to 60% discounts. Only problem is the very very very slow check out. More 20 minutes in a 3 customers raw

10 STARS!!! The management and sale department are the best!! I had purchased a beautiful purse just days before our state went into lock down due to the COVID 19 pandemic. It was stolen from a gas station with many personal belongings. My heart was broken thinking of everything I lost. I contacted this store On May 29th and they were reopening with modifications and happened to have the same purse I had stolen. They put it aside, offered to walk it to my car, and honored the price I paid before the pandemic. LIZA!!! I can’t say enough about how kind and helpful you were as I tried to replace my items stolen. It is little gestures of kindness that makes everyone feel a little better in these uncertain times. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

Great sales at Michael Kors Vaughan Mills my experience was amazing !!!

Sales Reps were rude

Came on may 30th at 5pm when they have advertised that close at 6 and the lady at the door says they are closed. We live peacefully no biggie.We come back the next day may 31th and their store hrs are 12pm-6pm. They never opened. They had a long line of ppl waiting and they left them hanging.Its annoying after reopening of stores and MK becomes faulty like this. Would not a expect this from a company like this and we came all the way from San Gabriel twice. Pathetic

My daughter and I walked in the store and was watched by workers and the female manager!! My daughter purchased two bags but because she felt highly uncomfortable we returned them and bought bags from COACH and SAKS instead, where we felt welcomed and unwatched! Pathetic!

The store has more sales than the online site does, I was able to get my mom a purse for her birthday that was originally 350 dollars but got it on sale for like 120.

I hate ontario mills in general. the atmosphere is horrible way too crowded, but I decided to give it a chance for an anniversary present. so after getting annoyed on many stores I stoped by Michael Kors and let me tell you, the help was amazing. there was this employee named Katy. She help me on finding the right gift for my wife and she loved it. I was really surprised with this store I will definitely come again .

I love these people. I got treated very well and I came in with some jeans, general tshirt and some low end kicks. Point was, I was not trying to impress anyone in civilization. Oh and I had a banana republic bag.A mistake was made with one of the things I bought.Honestly I was going to just return and get my money back (their site was having issues and Id been pulling some crazy shifts). This is what convinced me not to:I walked and the guy remembered me right away. I remember him over the weekend as offering to help but I was getting helped by a lady there. Considering how many people they had and how many people he has to deal with... THIS WAS IMPRESSIVE AF to me. Im really sorry I didnt get his name. He went even further. He remembered the day I came in. I didnt because I worked 57 hours during the week, and was getting 2hrs of sleep a night did taxes for my LLC friday night and on sat I was drunk, camping out with a bunch of people at another outlet trying to wait out some flower thing. Met and chatted with another vet. Good times were had. Point is Im glad this guy was on point lol. And he was genuinely more upset about the situation than I was.He got another person there and another came lol. Again I came in looking not impressive. Look, my job is remote... dont judge me. Its part of why I went shopping. The person he got I think was the manager. She was also cool. Side note... They all have very good style and taste here. And she was very tech savy and informative on the product. Definitely will be shopping here more.Thank you to the people here for being so amazing. I truly appreciate it.

Shopping here is always a good expierence, today on the other hand was a different experience. I know employees who work for big named brands, such as Michael kors, work for commission, but that does not mean that if someone needs to return something bc you changed your mind about it, you have to get mad at the person. I will never come back to this Michael kors for men, for the simple reason that I felt embarrassed returning something bc an employee gave me attitude, and you can feel her behavior and not just her but the team. I will be following up with coorperate, have manager and employee name. Such a disappointment. 2/4/2018!
