We’re new residents to the area and were on the lookout for a good coffee shop to replace our old town favorite.I had ordered the Caramel Brûlée iced coffee and the Go-To breakfast sandwich. The coffee was creamy and just the right amount of sweet. The breakfast sandwich was freshly made and hot to the touch. Both were enjoyable!After reading positive reviews online and I can happily say we were not disappointed. Klatch Coffee was a pleasant surprise!Pros: quality drink and food, friendly staffCons: seating outdoors is in the sun

Very nice spot 👍🏽. Patio area is really cozy and calming. The ambiance is beach-like though we are in the inland empire. Crazy. Pastries are great treat. Coffee is not superior but it has good taste. Its better have a few minutes to spare and enjoy it in a mug, so full taste is appreciated. I would experiment with the drinks till one gets the favorite. Btw, I would ask for it a little warmer/hotter. It was just warm for me. Breakfast sandwiches are gourmet sizes. Tasty, but not for a full trip.I would totally repeat the visit and enjoy a latte on a late afternoon (😜) at the patio. I know wifey will love it. Oh yeah, great service!

Very nice little coffee shop. I really liked there outdoor seating. Very spacious and the tables have shade. I didnt get to try the coffee but I ordered a breakfast sandwich and it was good. It is right off of Haven so there is a lot of traffic noise but still seemed like a pretty peaceful place to get some work done.Update 5/9/21The coffee is really good also! Got a flavored latte with coconut milk.

First time visit. The line was long but thats Okay. The Moca coffee and chocolate chip cookies were tasty. Will definitely come back. 👍👍

Coffee was great. Wait was a little long. I believe mostly with online orders. I got a dirty chai latte with oat milk was good well be back again.

Stopped by on a fairly busy morning, it took me a good 20 minutes to get my drink. The cashier was new, which explains the slow turnaround time, but nonetheless very nice and friendly. However the mocha I got felt way short of my expectations. It felt more like sugar with a little coffee and milk, very intense but not in a pleasant way.

Never again I believe they added something to my drink to cause me bodily injury after I told them my Creme Brûlée did not look like nothing like it, it looked like iced coffee claimed that it dissolved due to it sitting for a while she said. My order was due to be ready for pickup @11:05am got at curbside pickup @11:11am? offered to remake my drink now minutes later after drinking it I’m having chest pain & heart pain you’ll hear from me if it continues

Usually I order their whole bean online but dropping by for a drink is so special. Great people and great selection.

Love the killer concoctions! The staff is warm and friendly and work hard to make sure that you are satisfied with what they have created for you. From their freshly baked muffins to their breakfast sandwiches this place has it all. Definitely recommend trying their Mexican Mocha or their Honey Latte all the muffins are wonderful my favorite though would definitely be their banana nut muffin. Pop in and enjoy!!

Klatch Coffee is one of the most tastiest coffee. They have a very friendly and happy staff pretty much all the time we visit. This is usually our meeting place with our running buddies. This place have delicious breakfast and awesome drinks and sweets. Check them out, it’s an awesome place.

My gosh!! Sha-wing!! This place is so good.I was told one of the barista‘s won a national title and I can (taste) why. I ordered a Mexican mocha with half and half that was just amazing. It had an earthy flavor, slightly gritty, if you ever had a dark chocolate espresso coffee Bean, that’s the exact flavor.FOR YOU PEOPLE IN SAN FRANCISCO (they just opened one there) they also have one (of all places) in South Korea, no joke. The barista’s are super knowledgeable super nice and the coffee Beans are roasted fresh. This place is a 5 out of 5 all day longMan I wish we had one in the Campbell area!!!

Trying a new coffee place is always intimidating but I felt very welcome here! We ordered the “bee’s knees” ( espresso, choice of milk, honey and an orange peel...) and loved it! Nice employees too. Give it a try if you’re in the area!

Amazing delicious coffee in the IE! Ive been a huge fan of Klatch Coffee ever since I tried it at the San Dimas location. The cafe is very quaint and well kept. The workers there are extremely well informed and knowledgeable in their area of expertise. I always get the Iced Latte and it is to die for. Absolutely fresh! I would totally recommend this place

Ive been to this location before the pandemic and had the same experience so Im glad nothing really changed other than the obvious. Highly recommend.

A small place with large selection of coffee drinks and some yummy snacks. Courteous, efficient, and a bit of a specialty flair. Even their mobile app has plenty of selection options to order ahead. Check it out when in the neighborhood, you will thank yourself for trying out something new!

Delicious lattes with pretty latte art. :) I like sugar with my coffee, but these lattes are delicious in their own and I find myself only adding one or two sugars just because Im a sweet fiend where I usually add four or more.My husband also has good things to say about their cold brew; the vanilla bean sweetener is tasty and, although he uses a lot of cream, he also reports that the cold brew is not too bitter and describes it as very smooth and gentle as far as cold brews go.They also have awesome music and a really relaxing seating area outside!The baristas are also super kind and helpful. No guarantees on them remembering every single person, but they did remember us even though there was a full week between our visits. Oh! And they actively offered us a sample of the cold brew before we purchased and have not thus far shown any impatience with a bit of indecision. Weve felt welcome, enjoyed the environment and the people, and would recommend giving Klatch coffee a try on a relaxed kind of day. Very mellow place in our experiences so far.

Great specialty coffee but we are pretty sure we were given decaf without asking for it. The froth on the top of the lattes was a little thick for my preference as well.

I had to give them 1 star in order to give this review, or I would have given no stars. The cashier was so polite and friendly that it took him 15 minutes to take the order of the person in front of me. Then I ordered a regular cup of coffee. That must have been a big ordeal to pull off. I would rather have all of my fingers cut off then to ever return to this place. Ironically, the coffee klatch in rancho Cucamonga is way better. I guess the company forgot to check in and attend to this store in Ontario.

First time customer. Small, cute cafe. Ordered a soy latte, but unfortunately they do not have soy milk as an option. The regular latte was tasty. Not a lot of seating available. Overall good first experience.

Cute little coffee cafe, staff is friendly, comfortable setting, it always feels good when your coffee loves you back, jalapeño jack panini is soooo good, i would definitely recommend it.

Love the Klatch!! I would definitely choose this place over more mainstream places. Their coffee is excellent, very rich and flavorful beans with a subtle sweetness. I enjoy their creme brulee latte with oatmilk, I usually get half powder though!

Best coffee around. Great pastries, sandwiches, whole beans, home brewing equipment and GREAT customer service. Highly recommended if you actually enjoy coffee and not that sugary, syrupy, burnt tasting stuff the big guys sell.

Cold brew and blueberry muffin. it was good and staff were friendly. its a good place if youre in the area but I wouldnt go out of my way to come here again.

The Real Pumpkin Latte is delicious and their Cold Brew is smooth and strong. Love the service, atmosphere and outside seating. Alex and Jess are very helpful and kind as well. I highly recommend if you’re in the area.

I called to place an order, I had a pre-existing Uber eats order, which never got delivered. I called in to place an order over the phone. Joshua picked up and said he had to help his guests in line first, I briefly told him I have been waiting for over on hour, could he please take my order. He said he has to place me on a hold. I advised him I was disappointed with the customer service.

We have only tried the coffee shakes and those are bomb. The staff here is always friendly and I like the little area outside.

There is nothing bad i can say about Klatch Coffee. Their coffee is superb and their customer service is always on point. I use their app which makes it simple to order ahead. They offer curve side pick up ( during Covid-19 time)

Best Chai Tea Latte Ive ever had!

Coffee, mocha, was okay. Temp, warm. Could not taste the mocha. No cash payments, only debit or credit. Didnt like that I was forced to pay with a card.

I had a breakfast sandwich and it was very good. I love sourdough and that is all their using. The sweets looked very good, I did not have any there where lots of young leoe getting their coffee it looked better to me than Starbucks, which I am not a favor off. I had no coffee ☹️ Highly recommend to get your coffee and sandwiches there if your close by. Enjoy.

Good coffee and friendly staff. On one visit one of the baristas had my wife and I try a drink, they were experimenting with, and it was delicious. Then they offered to make up a drink with specific flavor(s) and beverage type we would be into. I got a cinnamon/vanilla iced latte and my wife got a white chocolate/hazelnut iced mocha. They were both delicious! I see ourselves coming here often.

Tried this place for he first time. Highly recommend.If youre visiting for he first time it was a little difficult to locate the building and entrance, so just a heads up on that. Otherwise its a nice alternative to some of the mainstream coffee places.

Not only was my Mocha shake the best Ive tasted but the service was welcoming. The cashier helped me out because it was my first time there. He was very polite, nice and outgoing. I would recommend to anyone that likes coffee and Ill definitely be coming back for more !

The panini turkey sandwich was excellent and the balsamic dressing on the salad was also delicious.The atmosphere and aroma of the fresh coffee made the shop a pleasant experience. However, I could not fully give Klatch a full 5 stars for 2 reasons:1) (Professionalism) It is not a good look when an employee (whether on a break or not) is sitting down on their phone while the coworkers are handling orders (Out of sight out of mind concept would be a feasible thought)2) Although the outside area offered a quaint area to enjoy a relaxing meal, the high decibels of the music made it difficult for the experience to be fully enjoyed.Outside of these 2 things, I would definitely return and try other menu items.

First time at Klatch Coffee. I really liked this place. Its very close to my house. My nieces and I walked my dog. The outdoor seating was nice. The reason for the three stars were the prices and wait time we got 2 small drinks, one of which was a black coffee. And we got avocado toast and Nutella toast. It was only once slice of toast each. Cost $24.00. I will keep going here, because of the convenience of walking my dog there.

Food is lacking greatly. Bread is hard.Teas..are meh...Way overpriced for quality.

Good solid coffee shop. I found the atmosphere laid back and surprisingly a good spot for inspiration (I was working on some music audio tracks). Their house mocha is well balanced. Had a chocolate chip cookie just to get my sugar up for my busy work day. I found the friendly staff very engaging. Its a cool place to sit, think, or just sit.

Klatch is probably my go to for the best espresso drinks around here; had an amazing rose latte. Also tried the show off breakfast sandwich and it was good too.

Get the bees knees made with honey vanilla and orange peel. its the best tasting coffee in the world but most likely will keep you up all night LOL. Unless youre an avid coffee drinker like me than can go right to sleep.

Needed a caffeine hit before knocking out our holiday shopping and Klatch Coffee came through. I ordered the nitro cold brew on tap (see pic) and my friend ordered the Christmas pour over coffee. I tried both of our drinks and they were both equally delicious. My nitro cold brew had a nutty flavor which is kind of hard to explain but it was so good. The shop is small but inviting and good for getting work and studying done.

My first time here. I have had their coffee at home before. I was disappointed that the coffee I ordered was weak, but my wifes latte was better.

This review is coming from a FORMER Starbucks addict lol . I tried this place a week ago and absolutely fell in love ! I tried the honeybee which was recommended by the worker who was super sweet and nice btw. It’s a secret menu item. It was so flavorful and creamy which I love. The espresso was strong how I like it . Can’t wait to go back and try everything on the menu
