Went to the Starbucks on Vineyard this afternoon and the young lady w/ the cute watch was very friendly, courteous and professional. She was nothing but an amazing young woman. In a nutshell, it really does not matter which Starbucks you go to, you run into nothing but very pleasant and fantastic young people(employees). KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK & STAY SAFE!!!❤ 😊

Ive been going here for about 4 years now. In the beginning the staff was excellent with their friendly customer service. Now that the staff has changed several times since then. The service is not the same, looks like they are short handed on employees hence the damper interaction with customers. Not sure if the store switched owners and cut staff. Come on you can do it, make a comeback!

I have never had any issues with this location. They work quickly considering they are located in a busy location.

Looked like a decently up-kept Starbucks. Customer service was great and nice at this location. Drinks were ordered and made quick.

Excellent quality all around and definitely my favorite location! Fabian Rodriguez is an excellent barista and always makes my day better!

Very grateful for them opening at 4 am and letting us warm up with coffee, breakfast and to use the restroom. They let us stay until 6 am so we could get a rental car. They were the bright light in our California experience of being left stranded on the streets with no where to go. Not even an all night Dennys. Unfortunately it we will never visit Ontario California again.

Starbucks is good. Thats it (try the croissant with chocolate its good)

I know Ive.been to Starbucks anywhere before, and when I used my offer, instead of one Frappuccino that I ordered, I got two lucky Frappuccinos that are large! Ouí, I felt lucky! It also happened with my scone thats as big as a slice of cake! This lucky moment happened on my birthday, and surely its great, especially with the friendly staff!😁👍☕☕

This is one of the worst starbucks Ive ever in to. Drive thru crew is friend, but, it takes forever to finish order. Stucked in the drive thru for 30 minutes.🤷‍♂️🤷‍♀️

I dont know what was going on there. Sitting area taped off to store product/supplies. This Starbucks is usually welcoming.

I am a frequent Starbucks customer. I travel throughout the whole country and this location is the worst one I’ve ever visited. I stay across the street on a layover. Sometimes the only available option to order is by using the mobile app and picking up at the drive through window. But since I am on a layover and do not have a car with me, they refuse to honor my order. This decision has nothing to do with the State Health orders. Other Starbucks in CA accommodate the customers that don’t have a car to use the drive through window. But this Starbucks location refuses to work with the customers. This location is terrible due to the decision made by its local manager or its regional manager. I have complained to the corporate office but nothing seems to work.And now they have decided to “temporarily close” the store. This is ridiculous.

I ordered three iced espresso shots in a tall cup with some soy milk and I received three shots in a grande iced cup filled to the top with soy milk. If I wanted a latte then I would have ordered one. Highly disappointed.

Yo, this location was PACKED. We decided to skip the drive thru line and order pick up via Starbucks app. It took 12 minutes for our order to be ready and the car we would have been behind in line was STILL approaching the window...side note, cars drive FAST through this lot. Someone almost hit my husband as he crossed the street (mind you, they didnt look or slow down). Moral of the story, be alert as Im sure we can appreciate no one can ensure our personal health or safety. ✌🏽💜

I go inside the coffee shop and I decided to clean my hands since I grabbed the door handle and remind you this is a Starbucks, they were having an issue with me having hand sanitizer or not. There was like about 7 employees and half of them reacted like I said a bad word. “Hand sanitizer”. They didn’t know if they should give me some or not! They were having an issue processing my request making such a big deal and not making their minds after half a minute, I said forget it and walked out. As Im walking out of the Starbucks one of them yells out “for me to have a good one” and really emphasizing his sarcasm instead of asking what was the issue or being at least concern!!! Obviously they do not follow public health guidelines during this world wide pandemic!!! In addition, they are rude and sarcastic just because I asked for hand sanitizer when I had touched the door handle in order for me to go inside. This is ridick!

Overall Good Location but I Noticed a Difference in Drinks being Made Between the Shifts I See there lol and Sometimes their Mobile Menu isnt Updated Correctly other than that, this is My Daily Coffee Pickup Location.

Lines are long service takes a bit longer do to long lines, coffee is good.

I’m staying on a layover across the street from this Starbucks; don’t live here and don’t have a car. The drive thru was open but the doors to get inside to order coffee were locked. I called to see if I could place a to go order and was told I could only get coffee if I had a car. It’s sad this business is losing money because of the inept leadership of this state. I hope I don’t have to come back to California for a long time.

This store does not know how to run. Time after time we have ordered from this location and upon arrival the product I ordered is not available. When asked why they say oh we didn’t know/ we forgot to update inventory. Unacceptable this has caused issues multiple times. Is it really that hard to update inventory. I mean isn’t that a key point of the mobile app. Very upsetting to the point I may just give up on Starbucks all together.

Went in for a cup of coffee, very good. A bit more expensive than your convenience store, but the taste says it all. Fresh not burnt, great aroma and flavor a d the staff is very attentive and accommodating. Great personalities. This is the location by Ontario international airport.

Wish I didn’t have to give any stars! This location is ALWAYS missing something!!! Ordered a large order for family this evening, come and two of our drinks have no flavor! It would have been better is they have told me they were out of something rather than get home and have our drinks taste like nothing but flavored ice! AND the guys at the drive Thur were too busy messing around rather than focusing on their job. Terrible service ALWAYS!!!

You can tell which staff members are on it and which ones arent. The ones who arent, they arent very attentive. Drinks also arent quite as good. Ah well, to be expected.

Worse Starbucks I ever been to I ordered a caramel frappe Grande and it tasted like it was water I went back to let them know and they said if I didnt have a receipt they couldnt change it I let them know that I go into work at 7 p.m. and my Starbucks said 6:51 p.m. so how can I go to a different Starbucks when this is the only one close by I let them know that it tastes just like if it was water whipped cream they still called the assistant manager or manager or whoevers in charge of the ship she still said well if you dont have your receipt we can change it really you guys are making a big deal over changing my drink not like I didnt pay for it

Charged $6.50 for a sausage bagel that literally tasted like cardboard. (yes Ive tasted cardboard). Next day went to the Jack in the box across the street and got the sausage breakfast jacks. Much better and A LOT CHEAPER!

I order using my app to avoid the line. When I came to pick up my order the door was locked and I had to wait in line to pick up my mobile order on the drive tru window.

They are busy in am (no big deal I plan ahead). My big problem is 8 out of 10 times I come here the coffee tastes burnt.

Drive thru was quick...I couldnt give them a tip because they only accept cash. They need to be able to add it to our credit cards ☺

This location seems to still be struggling at prime times. My sandwich was warm and my mocha was barely warm. 3 cars ahead of me. This was my 3rd and last time to spend that kind of money on mediocre product.

This was a disappointing visit to Starbucks. I always use the mobile app to order and pick up. Tonight my local store was not taking mobile orders so I used the app to locate a store that was taking mobile orders for pick up. After driving an extra 15 minutes down the freeway I arrive at the store to find a piece of paper in the door saying mobile orders must get into the drive thru line. Avoiding this line is the entire point of using the app. I was not going to get into a drive thru line that was over 20 cars long. I was just taken for the price of my order. Very very very poor customer service.

Ordered on app for pick up and was still made to go through a SUPER LONG LINE in drive thru. Im waiting at the door (which is locked) while 3 employees looked at me like I was crazy instead of helping me.

I was very pleased with this Starbucks...They were very busy, but service was quick, friendly, and efficient. We had quite a large order, we even bought a bag of coffee beans...had them ground, and it didnt hold up our order in the last. I was quite impressed overall with this visit. Ontario, California does not have enough Starbucks on this side of the city. It really needs to consider putting more establishments over on the west side of Ontario

Easy to get in and out of. Easy access to the freeway and to the airport. Early morning staff, friendly and courteous.
