The reason for this EXCELLENT review is that this particular Shell Station accepts gift cards and then charges the CASH price if a customer pays with a Shell gift card as I did. The owner/attendant at another Shell station in Chino on 12510 Central Ave wanted to charge me the CREDIT price for gas which is .10 more than cash...and his prices for 87 octane gas were already inflated as-is! Also what was excellent about this Shell was the prices per gallon were .20 lower than the station in Chino on Central. It pays to be aware if a an attendant insists on charging the extra .10 credit price if someone uses a gift card because if they do, they are wrong and argue it. Then, show him/her after you Google -are gift cards equivalent to cash?- (Google will answer that as a YES) and then, you can see their mouth drop as they adjust the bill to the CASH price. If they dont adjust the price- LEAVE!! Gas stations already gouge enough from customers as-is.

This place is something else if you go into the store to buy a drink and want to use your card they tell you it has to be $5 dollars or more to use a card here and on top of that they need to get their pumps check my car only has a 15 gallon gas tank and I was just above the empty it topped off at 16.556 gallons my car wasnt even completely empty every other gas station I go to the pump stops under 13 gallons keep doing customers wrong and your business wont last

Pumps are a scam. How can i fill up with 25.519 gal fill up when my tank is 24 gal capacity?

The customer service at this gas station is horrible. The blond Hispanic lady with permed hair is very very rude as well as the afternoon Hispanic lady with the brown hair and pony tail she who cannot communicate she does not know any English. The gas station is dirty pumps are sticky and and full of germs . Nobody is disinfecting the pumps especially (now due to coronavirus) all the floors are always sticky with spilled gunk. Smells like urine trash everywhere The pumps are always broke. I am also going straight to shell corporate as well as health dept. I am neighbor and will no longer give this station my business. Gives shell a bad name. Owner needs to revamp station and hire all new staff that are professional and can communicate.

I got my smog check done here. Found a coupon for the smog which they honored. 15 minutes and I was on my way home. Friendly and good work. Highly recommend them for smog check.

Went for an only smog check and had a great outcome..customer service was great and fast.

I called the Shell gas station to see the hours are to verify the hours and Elsa answer the phone and told me they were 24 hours so I thought great because Google has there from 9 to 9 but know that 24 hours and if you get Elsa shes great
