I had no idea how many different items they had. My wife loves this place.

I cannot even describe properly just how obsessed and happy I am with Nectar Bath Treats.Having been to Cesars Palace in Vegas I saw their shop and was drawn like a moth to the flame. I absolutely love bath bombs-- but they have made absolutely MAGIC here.Everything smells absolutely amazing. Some smells are not for me but they truly hold their fragrance!My first purchase was 3 milkshakes, a waffle bath bomb, and the watermelon scrub. The waffle bath bomb smell is so amazingly strong that I put it in my closet (since I was curious if my closet would smell like waffles) and no kidding IT DID.I took my friend to this store today and bought even more supplies. As you can see, my tub is like a shrine to Nectar Bath Treats and Halloween! And definitely not complaining--I couldnt be happier!The products are fun, diverse, fragrant, and pricey. However the price is worth it for such an amazing product. I honestly cant believe big brands like Disney arent reaching out to contract with them!!! A store in Downtown Disney with Mickey bath bombs? That just seems like a no brainer!!Though I am not intro flower or herb fragrances I hope they continue to make a diverse set of wonderful smelling items. I would love to see something grape soda themed!Customer service at this store was also wonderful and pleasant. Very kind and easy to talk to.This store is a bath time blessing and it will be a special treat for me to go but I am so happy I got lost in Cesars Palace, discovered this store, and discovered one was in Ontario!Much love to you all!

Very sweet and kind staff! great place to go if you love fun bath bombs and cute looking soaps.. the bars melt a bit fast, even when kept out of water when not in use, but thats okay! natural ingredients and it makes skin really soft plus smells amazingthe coffee and watermelon ones especially are really good!

Staff is very nice and the products smell really good! Ryan was very sweet when helping me and my friend a few days ago, she found multiple products she likes and got me to try something too! will be back soon!

I love this place. everything here looks like it can be eaten and the jbody scrubs and lotion leaves your skin so soft and fresh. My friends comment on how it smells on my skin. I am truly amazed with this product, a customer for life.:).

When I First walked in I thought is was some kind of candy/ Treat Bar . Turn to find out its a Soap bar that look like Treats .. it was very pretty .. I was soon Greeted by a Girl Name Felicia . Wow her service was Really Great and very Informative about the Products and how you can make them Custom Made .. She convinced me so much I bought a watermelon scrub

I went there and the soaps and bombs are absolutely beautiful. However, the incompetent customer service is why I gave this place a one star. I picked out three things and it was a mess as far as customer service. Not only did she forget to ring up just one thing, but two. After I paid for my things I noticed a third item not being put in the bag that was at the register. I asked if she was going to wrap it and was told she also forgot to ring the soap bar up and wanted to run my card again after she questioned whether or not I wanted the soap..I picked it out? Its at the register? I even asked twice for her to box it and to be questioned if I want it when I clearly did was irritating. I couldnt get her name, but she was a heavy set younger lady with glasses working on 1/29/2021 at 2:00 pm. Please train your staff better. I ended up cancelling my entire order because of the lack of competency.

Too expensive and they push you to get the “free” stuff and is not free never coming back

Very friendly staff. I was helped by Juan and he seemed to be very knowledgeable about every product which made me feel confident about my purchase. (Just went back the first week of July 2020 to buy the roll-on fragrances, thank you Alex for your patience and help. They smell WONDERFUL, please dont ever stop selling them.)

Just got done buying a few items at their store in Vegas (in The Mirage) and the lady that helped me was so Nice. She asked if I would like to try the scrub for your hands, and afterwards my hands felt so soft. Of course I had to buy some things not just for myself but also for my kids too. Can’t wait to come back and purchase some more. Lol

They gave me a nice demo of their products. But their salesmen are very pushy and bombarding. They will watch you like hawks and it makes shopping uncomfortable. I really wanted to buy products, I had the money, I wasn’t going to shoplift. All they had to do was trust their customers and then redeemed the commission, but it didn’t work out that way for me.

The representative that assisted me and my daughter was amazing. She went above and beyond and gave us the feeling like we were her number priority. Would definitely shop here again, no more will we purchase our bath bombs from BBW. They have a customer for life!

The sales person that attended me was very rude and when I asked to speak to the manager she said she was a manager I believe her name tag said Monica Word of advice if you don’t like your job don’t be there to throughout your distressed on Customers
