Good, but not amazing. A little too much cheese. The special sauce was almost non-existent. The fries tasted a little spongy like they were from the day before. All that said, it was still good.

A great tasting cheeseburger 🍔 at a great price. My go too is the off menu Animal cheeseburger 🍔 add whole grill onion. I get my burgers cut in half for me its a better eat, less mess. I can trust my order being right every time! Thanks Im a true So. Cal. guy

I almost gave them a 5 star review before I had received my food, just based on how the guy at the register treated me. He was enthusiastic about helping a new patron, which isnt very common. Got my burger, and for a fast food burger joint, WOW! Old time diner feel, great tasting food, good prices and portions. Anytime I am in the area, Ill be swinging by!

A good solid burger, kind of like a slightly better McDonalds, but I dont get the hype.

Tried multiple times. Last time the fries were like cardboard and the bottom bun was hard and stale. I dont get the hype.

Clean, fast service with the predictably tasty offerings. The polite staff and clean bathrooms (even at 12:30am) is really what puts this specific location over the top.

Good is fresh, ask for anything custom that you want. Theyre so busy but they come out to the parking lot to get your order so you dont have to wait too long. The line is always long but they come out to get your order so you dont have to wait too long

My first time here. They sure dont have much of a menu! Burger, fries, soda and shakes. That is it! Fresh cut potato fries and a pretty good burger. It was far from the best burger ever but it was pretty good. No complaints from me. The fries are pretty good, too! Id go back. The place was kept clean and really busy. Not a long wait for fresh-made to order-food. I give this place a thumbs up.

The environment and staff were both nice, and reminded me of classic burger places. However, I do not understand the cult following of the franchise. Their burger is a good basic burger with a toasted bun, no better or worse than found many other places. Their fries are good, as long as you dont get the animal fries. For those who may not have dined here, animal fries are covered in cheese and something similar to Big Mac sauce with mixed in peppers.A good basic burger in a classic atmosphere, nothing more or less.

Great tasting food, always satisfying. Good customer service, mostly friendly employees. I think $5 double double with out fries and drink is a bit much. I rather get a double from Habit. I will always choose In n out over mcdonalds, jack in the box and carls jr. My 3 stars is because the parking lot is too small; its shared with Chick fil A thats next door.

Food is good as usual. But the parking lot is a mess right now between the chicken burger joint next door, using half the in and out lot as their drive thru. And the mixed up crisscross lane switch. Crazy man.

Best Grilled Cheese sandwich Ive ever had in my life! They finally hired someone that knows how to make them correctly. I order mine with grilled onions, fresh onions, extra lettuce, and extra tomato . . . A-MAZ-ING!! 😋I would have given this location 5 stars, but the line situation with the Chick-fil-A line is a bit confusing and sometimes spills out into the street. 😬

Food and service, as with most In N Outs, is consistently great, no complaints there. Lines/waits can get long at times, but thats also nothing new for In N Outs. Not far from both AMC and Regal theaters, so a nice option to pick up a bite to eat after a movie.The main issue, more recently, isnt this restaurants or its employees faults, just a problem of geography - In N Out is tucked into a corner of the shopping center and has a Chick Fil A next to it. Within the past year or so, the Chick Fil A lines have grown in length and unwieldiness, complicating getting into and out of the In N Out area. Sometimes In N Out doesnt even have a long line, but youre still sitting there waiting forever to get through to it as you try to squeeze through the Chick Fil A traffic (the Chick Fil A employees, when out there, do their best to direct traffic, but can only do so much).Ideally these restaurants are on separate ends of the shopping center, with more parking and overall space, but no of course not why would that make any sense, lets just cram two popular drive thru chains into a cramped corner of a shopping center behind a mall right next to a major freeway offramp.

What can I say, long time favorite for californians. I myself can only visit 4 times a year. Limited menu, if you like burgers this is the place to go to.

This was a really good place. It was nice to go through the line and get a double cheeseburger with all the veggies. The lady there was really nice and the staff was friendly. Id love to go back there again. Had so much fun there and the food was delicious. If you go just be courteous, wear your mask and order some good food. You have to use a debit or credit card. Not sure if you could use cash. Anyway safe travels and enjoy the food. I gave it 5 stars because it was gone in 3 min. It was really delicious. Have a great day and God bless 🙌.

In-N-Out Burger is simply awesome as always. I think they make the best burger in CA. Their burger is so good!!! Loaded with juicy patty, cheddar cheese, onions, tomatoes and thousand island dressing, which is simply mouthwatering. Great burgers all the time. Staff is very helpful and polite. We come here at least once a month to eat burger. This location always stays busy but the food is always amazing. No complaints on the food or service. Keep up the great job In-N-Out!

Its IN-n-Out, its great!Food at this location is always tasty. My most recent visit was amazing. Yes, there was a wait but theres always a wait for in n out. Just be prepared for that when you plan to come.I always order it the same 3x3 with Whole Grilled and Whole Raw Onions ads chopped chilis. And a Lemon-up!If your ordering it to go... get it in a box with a lid to keep it warm.

Best fast fresh tasty food with no competition. Friendliest service no matter what time of day you visit. Open air kitchen - you can see how your food is getting prepared. I am always amazed to see how employees perform - they are quick hardworking friendly and help each other.

Very convenient location close to Ontario Airport and right off the highway. First time to try the animal style burger and was very good. The burgers are always fresh and made to order.

Went because they also serve alcohol in their cantina. Drinks were made well, food was better than expected.

The food is good, but a girl lied that she had black shirts and brought me a white and refused to give my money back. She said bc of Covid and that still before it was handed to me. Its in n out of course its great, a staple of california fast food cuisine, always worth the wait but just remember chances are your going to have to wait, its next to a Chick-fil-A so that corner can be a mess of packed cars, they will do their best to make sure you get in n out as fast as possible but be prepared to have to wait. The employees are always hard working and theres a 99.5% chance they wont mess up your order. Its a 5 star spot but only gets 4 because of the location and wait times but worth the wait. Its in n out its what a hamburger is all about. Get the double double chopped chilies and chopped pickles extra spread 🤫.

Amazing customer service while waiting in line to order one of your employees handed out some stickers to my niece, which made my niece very happy. Food was ready super fast. Your employe walked around asking customers if everything was good.I usually get good customer service at any In n out. Honestly, my husband and I really love in-n-out, but this is probably the worst one we have been to. Maybe they were having a bad night, but this was the saltiest burger Ive tasted in my life. My husbands fries were practically icicles. To top it all off we asked for napkins and then worker only gave us one. Hopefully, just a bad night but for now not content.

I ordered a 3x2, Animal Style, with Grilled and Raw onions, Light Fries, and a Coke. The burger was meticulously constructed and tasted fantastic! The fries were cooked to perfection. The Coke was a Coke. The perfect meal. I mean In-N-Out, theres nothing much to say about it at all and nothing to expect less from. Like they said, quality you can taste!

The ONLY restaurant i never care bout how long Im waiting, knowing Im never inn&out😅except for just a milkshake, Im inn&out no doubt, Im more amazed at the heavy crowds of people and the order/procedures they take in quickly servicing the customers was thought of perfectly. And how thoughtful they are of their customers, the other day I came in to get a extra large milkshake and a double double. Asked if I wanted a fry, because I didnt plan on getting fries because I didnt think ill eat it, after seconds of contemplating, I decided ill get the fry, and glad I did, before I knew it everything was gone. And I was full. I love Inn-&-Out, I highly recommend, and everything is delicious. Price is affordable, 10⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ stars.

I drove down on Xmas eve at 7pm from the high desert about 35 to 40 minutes and found a long line of vehicles ordering in the drive thru since everywhere else was closed. I was completely satisfied with the speed of service and the quality of food. I will definitely drive down the hill again next time I crave me some in and out.

Of course there will be one, but the few times I went, less than 10m. .the location is good buuut the chick fil a addicts make maneuvering an inconvenience for burger eaters..otherwise, fresh and delicious as expected!
