I will never buy hilti again because I love their products but I am very upset that the laser I have bought from them I cant cant get fixed or a new one from them which I was under the assumption that they had a lifetime warranty and would fix or replace but this is not the case was told to pretty much throw it away and buy another laser which is around 900 I think that was really messed up that you pay this much money for a good product and then are told to that you will be taken care of but in reality this is not the case so if youre not a big company that can afford to buy and replace these products do not buy them this is sad for me to say that because I really do like their products but and very upset theyre not going to resolve this other than me buying another $900 laser
