Placed an order on Friday 1/29 and received it 2/3. Really glad I found this company. I placed an order through knifekits.com on Jan 19 and still haven’t received it yet after paying $23 on shipping. Index gave me free shipping with my order, even with pieces as big as 1’x 2’. I will only go through them from now on!Boxed perfectly! No issues at all! Be careful when placing internet orders. They dont get to their web orders for two to three and in some cases 4 days. If you need something overnighted to you and do a web order, you may end up paying a hundred bucks for overnight shipping and not see it for a week. If you call them up all you will get is Tough Luck, we dont refund shipping charges. Wont be buying here anymore. They rape you on shipping anyway. 13 bucks to ship 50 x 1/4 eyelets.

The procedures that have been implemented and perfect over Index’s many years of operation result in an effienct e-commerce platform which fulfills non-expedited orders the next business day. And expeditied orders same-day.
