Went to Lowes to get mirrors for my table three different times and couldnt get it done. 1st time nobody to cut the mirror the 2nd time the machine was broke the 3rd time I spent an hour on the phone trying to get someone to help me😥 ...nothing. I call Villalobos Glass left a message. They called me right back and took my order. I drop off the table and a few hours later it was done. Thank you so much... my project came out beautiful😀😀

Came and ordered a piece of glass said it be ready next day it wasnt, said they open at 7 am, Im here its 8:35 nobody here no answers 3 day and still waiting says theyre open ...no on here, Im left having my customer waiting on me waiting on them...no bueno

Excellent turnaround time on window replacement! Much cheaper to drop your window off. I got mine back the same day! I will definitely pay homage to this window company versus the one I used previously in Chino!

This company is Great! We use them personally and professionally. As a general contractor it is important to have great vendors to work with. We will be using this company for future projects!

I have used this family owned glass shop for a variety of jobs in the past five years. I first used them to replace a double pane window that was broken by an errant teenager. Then for a glass tabletop, followed by a glass countertop, and finally for a door project my wife envisioned. Every single time I used them, the transaction was professional and courteous. The gentleman, that I talked with was upfront about what he could and could not do, honest with the prices, and punctual with all his scheduled times.I was never surprised with an increased price due some “unexpected issue” or anything of sorts. The door project my wife had in mind, turned out lovely....even though all I did was describe it! I will hire them again without hesitation, and absolutely recommend them.

I called everywhere looking for old style 2.2 mm sheets glass. No one carries it anymore. Almost no one... Villalobos had it in stock. They are a 2nd generation family run business with great prices. Because we didnt hire them on the spot the were extremely rude. We asked for a specific shape whole on the window and they confirmed it was okay. When they came in to install it was a completely different shape whole with out letting us know they had changed it. We asked them to please remove their work because it is not what we asked for and they were extremely rude, and IGNORANT. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

Clean installation, great service, and prompt on timing.

Very Very rude, did not hire them, replace glass in one of my windows frame, window do not close all the way, asked them to fix it they hung up .
