This store violated my rights and demanded that I wear a mask even tho I have a signed exemption card because of a medical disability They also broke civil and federal codes by impersonating a doctor and requesting I use a medical device. Either the store manager or the CEO of the company should be held accountable.. Being an E commerce commodity they must not discriminate by requiring selected groups not to shop freely but by the time of day they deem is convenient is for them.

Went here yesterday at 2:00pm went to deli and regretted goin to deli. Girl with black hair made me wait till she finished her duties to help me get some sliced meat. She said has to check temp of foods first B4 helpn me, even though I wasn’t getting food. No one in front of me or behind me why did it take 30 min. For her to get me sliced turkey only not food. Need to retrain deli staff been here more than a few times & issues. Wonderful cashier is great said she wud tell her.

(Party Services)I went in late in the evening (after 7pm) on a Saturday to get some balloons blown up for my birthday the following day.I went to the floral section, where I saw Ms. Ina packing up to leave. I asked her if she could fill my personal balloons with helium and although she was closing, she did so and gave me a discount because it was my birthday.Thank you Ms. Ina for staying later and ensuring I had a beautiful birthday balloon arrangement. Highly recommend their helium services!

I used to shop here all the time until I experienced an uneducated cashier that excersized as much common sense as a broken toaster. Apparently they hire people that seem to focus more on their appetite than putting efforts into displaying even a small amount of cognitive abilities. The nail on the coffin was an equally intellect deficient manager that loves to say no in mundane situations to feel some iota of authority in his equally mundane and unimportant existence. Thank God for the new stater bros. on ontario ranch. Cleaner, safer, and customer service like they actually know the concept of servicing customers. Honestly, its not that hard.

Love how this store always runs smoother. Ralphs knows how to train their employees - BEST! Clean produce section always, fresh breads, and the employees are HAPPY to work there..

Nice place to shop for groceries. Prices are somewhat higher than other comparable grocery stores. Overall very well organized and clean store.

The salad bar food taste nasty, 🤮everything is old, I dont recommend it is more than 3 times that I buy food from then and I have to throw it in the thrash can🤬

Great produce selection, bakery department, seafood and deli selection as well as a lot of fresh flowers including orchids year round. They offer organic produce. The beer, wine and liquor selection is decent but keep in mind it is a grocery store not a specialty shop.They have a lot of kiosks in the front of the store for your convenience also. They do sell firewood which is great at this time of year. They do have many cashier lanes available so you usually do not have much of a wait.

Stopped by to get some corn. They were out of the husked. Asked a guy filling the juices and he seemed bothered and rude that I interrupted him. Waited for it to be refilled, kid refilling it seemed upset that I took a few and he might have to come back and do his job. Im in a similar industry and I know its easier to keep a customer than to get a new one.

Awesome people. The people are always super helpful. Clean store. Tell them if theyre out of something and they may give you another brand for the same price, even if its double. My family is addicted to the fried chicken though the rotisserie is good too!

I have been shopping here before Ralphs was Hughes. What a great place to do your grocery shopping. The crew is friendly and really cares about customer service, which is rare nowadays. The prices are good too. I actually enjoy every time I walk in there. The people that work here really make this place great.

It was nice. The only thing I didnt like was the cashier packed all my items in one bag. I had some hot items from the food bar, I did not appreciate having my hot items on top of my cold food. Other than that it was a pleasant trip.

Go here on a weekly basis and its close to home. The quality of food makes up for the prices. Food usually lasts in my frig for about a week on average, which is pretty good for Organic. I make good use of the weekly specials and there are no coupons to cut out. Heres a secret: There are some clearance carts in the back near the shipping receiving door that usually have items on clearance for more than half off and they are items that they usually overstocked! Shhh...save me some.

Horrible experience. This is the 1st time I visit this Ralphs. I shopped in Kroger for over 10 years from Vriginia, and I assumed Ralphs have same good service. However, the manager Fawad is rude and wont help. Their cashier made a mistake, and Fawad does not want solve the issue, he just turn his back to us! I am not sure if in California, turn his back to a customer without solving the issue is the correct way a manager should do.

The staff here was sooo friendly and helpful...i really left there feeling like family! Over in the meats department the young man walked around the counter to give me my selection! That was the cherry on top!

Great service and a very helpful staff. However, today I went to do my usual shopping for the week and I noticed most of my usual items went up 20% or more. Not happy about Pandemic price gouging.

Loaded digital coupons to my Ralphs card, to get the advertised price. I bet myself when I got to the register, the price would be different. Lo and behold, the price was higher. I was then told you need a digital coupon, an analog coupon, a Ralphs card, and oh yes, you need to load their App onto your smartphone, to get the advertised price! What a crock! This false advertising Ralphs shell game should be against the law.

Its a n older store but upgraded. Checkers are friendly. Deli department is friendly. Produce department is friendly. Its close to the house and convenient.

If I need a few items I go here. And the reason I say this is because this Ralphs selection of goods isnt that great. Its a small older grocery store that they recently remodeled, but it still doesnt measure up to the grocery stores in Mira Loma or Eastvale.

Always frequent this market as it is close to home. The staff is friendly and helpful. Only issue is that they do not carry alot of items. The Albertsons down the street has that covered.

Seems dirty, not kept up. I bought gift cards for Krispy Kreme and Red Lobster that were empty. Probably due to staff error or scammers. Gift cards should be monitored for theft. I swear I will never buy another gift card. Third time I have been cheated.
