Really enjoyed our shopping experience at Stater Bros. The meat department was very impressive looking. It had a great selection of produce, flowers, and the bakery items were fresh and delicious.

I dont really like going to this stater Brothers or any staters to be honest. I always make my husband go in and he hates it because its always packed takes forever to get in and out. The employees that are more dressed up really have no customer interaction dont say hi just ring you up if they have to and hand you the receipt without a word but employees in blue are awesome every single time they have great customer service theyre talkative they make you feel welcomed...parking lot sucks super small...

Always here to get some grocery for my boss in case if we run out of something since I work around that area, the male worker are always helpful when asking direction,5/5. I’d give 0 star to cashier if I could, she’s way to busy talking to coworkers for personal matters than taking care of customer at express checkout, not to mention she doesn’t give coin changes back.

Im always having problems with their deli. Menu is never served. Always low on sandwich bread and meats. This has been happening for the last 2 years. Staff unfriendly. Friendly only among themselves. Customers here are not always right!

Stater Brothers is a very good chain of markets. Everyone Ive ever been in has been clean, organized, and well thought out. Theres one in town that has especially good sushi, this one here has a very good butcher. Supermarkets may not be very exciting but you really notice when theyre bad and this one is never bad.

April 16th 2021 I brought a strawberry pie and the strawberries were all rotten you just couldnt see it because of the red sweet sauce it has.$10..for. a rotten strawberry pie. Becareful it didnt look rotten.Then I walked towards the sushi rolls there were none.I mean come on we are starting the weekend WTH?Also awhile back I bought a pumpkin pie and it was rotten it tasted like lime.I also bought a banana cream pie at this same store and the banans were rotten no way of knowing with all that whip cream on top.

Im so sorry I dont know how it ended up coming out to be only 2 stars that was my mistake I feel real badThat as we are frequent shoppers here we know most all the employees like family I love this store I apologize again but you all rock.cant wait to help or accommodate we always will continue to shop here hope you will accept my apology...

A couple weeks ago when I was in the store and employee told another employee they just got positive covid results. And was still working. A bit scary.Other than that I love stater bros.

Great place to shop has everything you need in one spot

I went in to do my shopping at this stater bros and I saw a young man scrubbing the aisles one by one. I felt horrible because he looked extremely tired, it’s good to know the store is clean but it was a job I would’ve expected to see a janitor doing and that young man was definitely not a janitor. Never in the 30 years that i’ve been shopping here have I seen such unfairness to their own workers, it’s a shame.

Their fried Chicken is good when the new batch is served. After 4:30pm,,,

I liked that I was able to find certain brands, that I like, in one stop.

Its just not what it used to be. Service is just okay. Uniforms are too relaxed. Employees are too young and relaxed, their job isnt taken seriously nor does it mean anything to them. You can tell. Staters held a high standard for me before, now its just like walmart.

I love my local Staters Bros. Market; they are a clean store, friendly staff and the best meat you can get get your hands on in the Inland Empire. Shout out to the deli staff too- best friend chicken, delicious. All managed and controlled by the friendliest Manager youd want to meet. Good job everyone, keep it up!

The store was clean but pretty much empty of all frozen goods! Overnight stock crew, better planning/ordering...? Come on Stater Bros step up.

This is a very nice,clean and organized store. Despite of whats going on at the moment, other costumers were pretty relaxed. I notice staff working hard stocking shelves with a smile and always very helpful. Cashiers are fast and friendly. There are never long lines here.

I used enjoy shopping at my local store but now the customer service has changed no more friendly cashiers and such bad, bad item bagging. Im tired of smashed bread placed under a milk gallon and bruised bananas under can goods.

The strip mall where the store is located is being renovated, making parking lot an awful mess. The store is a godsend to the neighborhood it serves and has one of the best store managers in the markets chain. Once the renovations are completed, stop by !

Looking at the reviews I leave, anyone can see Im easy to please. WORST. CUSTOMER. SERVICE. EVER. Kyle M. It was my turn, he did not even glance in my direction. Then, when bagging my groceries, he sullenly turned his head my way and asked if I wanted my cereal in a bag (no big deal) as though he was asking if I wanted him to eat something awful. It was so bad it was funny. The girl who walked up to finish putting my groceries in a bag was not any better, but I didnt see a name tag. Certainly will never go here again.

I have been a Stater Bros customer for decades. Great store but enough with the 15 item or less check outs. They always have at least 2 open at the expense of full cart customers. Why are we punished for buying a full cart?

Theyre struggling to keep things right, despite the pandemic scare. Theyve hired alot of extra help, so things dont always run as smoothly as they have.

I wantedto order a cake and the person who does those does not work on saturdays and nobody else knows how to do the cake smh

It was alright, I dont understand WHY if you have all kinds of Arizona drinks on sale you dont put some in all the coolers you have and you have enough coolers to keep several thousand dollars worth of beer in yet you cant find some room for some of us people who dont drink alcohol to have something COLD AND REFRESHING TO DRINK ???????????????

Needs improvement. My Family members have been going to Staters on Holt Blvd for decades. It has always been the best in meats, produce, just quality all the way around. What is sad is that cashiers demeanor can hurt a business. Not a hello, dont tell you total and doesnt say Thank you . Now, thats bad. Yet, has the time to chitchat with the bagger. No acknowledgement to the customer.Where is the direct email to the manager?? He needs to train Natasha to be cordial and act like a Stater Bros employee who is supposed to at least thank the customer.

There always so nice and funny

HQ was nice enough to get 2 brand new electric carts for their disabled customers. Too bad the employees dont take the 15 seconds out of their day to plug them in and make sure theyre charged so that we can use them. I understand that people use them all day long but theres no reason for a customer to come in at 8:00 a.m. and have both electric carts be dead. That means the night shift isnt plugging them in before they leave. And, throughout the day, it literally takes 15 seconds for a bagger to walk over to where the electric carts are and plug them in. This may seem like a small deal to most of you. I, however, have MS and I dont have the luxury of having a travel buggy in my vehicle. I have to rely on stores like this to have devices to help me shop there. Its NOT entitlement... Its common sense. If youre going to offer the electric carts, please make sure they are charged.And, while Im here, the baggers do not know how to bag the groceries. It is terrible.

What is it about Stater Bros. restrooms? 7 out of 10 are absolutely filthy. No attention given to them.Also the way they bag your groceries....I have regular bags and cold storage bags and they always put foods that do not require cold storage in them then cold foods are put into regular bags.With Vons & Sprouts, they may be a little more expensive but their restrooms are clean and they know how to bag groceries.
