These people are Awesome..!!!! Great Great friendly customer service. They went above and beyond the hourly duties to help me with my small problem (which was bigger to me). To say the least. My dewalt tool works again and I was able to save money. Still paid for parts..Sorry to all who had a bad experience. Please remember. They are people too. They have daily problems like the rest of us.Please give them another chance..

Customer service is awful. 3 months to get a replacement of a $300 battery is just unacceptable. I purchased their most powerful FlexVolt 60V 12Ah battery, $269+tax and we used it three times, and it died...The customer services confirmed that my battery is covered with a warranty and will be replaced. However, they are unable to send me a new one immediately, I need to wait approximately 3 MONTHS to get a new one...I discussed with a supervisor who absolutely did not care about clients. I have around 15 tools from Dewalt but I cannot longer trust a company which consider clients as a money holder only. I will resell all these tools and I will switch to another brand. I definitely feel to have been ripped off...

Place was clean and items in proper location. Covid compliance. Greeted in a nice way and got my drill fast. Told me what was wrong with my drill. Since it had to have many parts to order they replaced with new one. Told me not to purchase so called impact resistant accessories for my drill after showing which item was using. I thank Dewalt Service and staff for helping me.

Very confusing. Dropped off my impact and was told it wasnt covered. This was interesting because when I asked what was wrong with it, they said werent sure yet. I was told I receive a call the next day from someone who could unlock the Bluetooth connect. 6 days later l, i called and was told the Bluetooth connect locked the driver and it was unlocked already and covered. I dont know why I didnt receive a call but I left to pick it up 15 min later. When I arrived I was told it would be $97!? I said I just spoke to someone who said it was covered less than an hour ago. 20 min later I walked out with my driver fixed for free. Not sure where their communication breakdown is but I assume from here on, Ill receive worse service due to this review. Probably shouldnt have written this but Im close to becoming a level 7 reviewer and I need the points.

I have always held DeWalt as high quality product. I own multiple 12 amp Flexvolt batteries, last year I had a problem with one and service was great, Today I went in because two 12amp flex volt of my 5 batteries suddenly stop working (no more than two years ). The lady that assisted me refused to replace them and was extremely rude when answering my questions. She said because one battery had already been replace. I explained I own multiple batteries bough through the year and the replacement was non of the ones I went have checked out.She refused to help me- to my understand from. What she said is pretty much because I replaced one of my 5 batteries the other 4 loose warranty!?This is absurd!

I went here to turn in a new(used 3 times), Porter-Cable 6 Jointer, because it stopped working while I was jointing a 2X6 on edge.I was pleased with the service I received and giddy about all the cool tool stuff. Hopefully, I will get a working unit back soon.

I sent 3 dewalt 60 volt batteries to this location I. Was dealing with Manuel Llamas ...so they called me to ask for receipts he gave me an email to send them to, it was undeliverable so I called him to confirm email I told him I would try again, the next day I get a notification my email was undelivered so I called him and he said that they shipped them back and for me to send them again with my receipt in the box, after I ha Duyst paid for shipping, he already had the batteries there and he shipped them back so u can put the receipt in the box ...WHY 😡🤬

I’m glad I made the trek out to the Ontario Service center. The shop was well staffed with knowledgeable employees. I got all of my questions answered and I found all of my necessities right in one location. No special orders needed and no waiting in checkout lines.Rebecca assisted me and I was able to get my failed battery replaced on the spot .I’m so happy that I checked out the sales area, because it’s loaded with many items that I use on jobs and it’s at a great price. I’ll make it a point to return again soon .

Rebbeca, the lady that assisted me, went above and beyond in her effort to make sure that I was able to get the parts that I needed to repair my cordless electric lawnmower, even though the parts had been discontinued and were no longer available. She found one at another location and gave me the individuals name and phone number so that I was able to order the part I needed.

I had to go here for some power tools like a year ago.The employees were helpful and knowledgeable.The biggest credit Id love to offer was that they were really good about getting back to me and communicating what they needed to do and when theyd get back to me.

I went in today with a small issue with my chainsaw. The Latino women I spoke with was very helpful and I even was able to practice speaking Spanish with her. They solved my problem. This is one of the reasons I am moving to the Dewalt brand! Keep up the good work!

Ok first off these guys are awesome. I brought my DeWalt drill in for service, my Chuck was making really loud noise. It was taken in under warranty and repaired a lot faster than the estimate, I brought it in on Friday was told one week. I was called on Monday to inform me the drill was done and ready for pick up. I called Tuesday about 230 pm and told them I work Monday- Friday and was having a issue picking it up. They told me it would be shipped, no charge, awesome, it arrived today Wednesday...what wow great job wow I am impressed. I believe it was Josh T. That made it happen thank you so much.

I was referred to my local DeWalt service center about a month ago. Also from what I gathered from online forums as it was also recommended. So I came here because it was the nearest to my home. I had a FlexVolt 60V 12Ah battery from DeWalt that no longer is charging properly. Only one indicator light lights up. And it will not work on my flexvolts tools. Upon entering, the staff here didnt give the usual welcome most other stores in general offer. Within a minute I was welcomed and I explained I would like for them to inspect my faulty battery. I dont have the receipt, nor do I remember where the battery was bought. I buy often and from basically anywhere its offered. This is my first time with such an issue. However, I guess me stating no reciept and no idea where I bought it from, that was enough for them to pretty much use it as a reason of why they couldnt help me out with the battery. No offer to repair or anything. Basically told me without a receipt to see where I bought it and its legitimacy would basically allow for them to tell me to take a hike. I mentioned home Depot but wasnt good enough, they insisted on a receipt because they claim many people come in and try to get a replacement because they bought a bad battery from OfferUp, swapmeet, third party or other. I dont like how it was assumed I did the same. And wether or not I did, shouldnt matter because DeWalt, the company itself offers a warranty on their products. Soon after, I took my battery back and now Im looking to deal with DeWalt directly. Not certain why a shop like this exists if they only perform minimal effort to help the customer. I have reached out to customer service and waiting on a callback. Please call ahead to this shop before arriving with your tools or batteries. Get names and times of who you spoke to. So when you get there you know what youll be getting into. I dont recommend showing up with a faulty tool. Just deal with DeWalt directly.

I never receive my skillsaw after I left my skill saw that I used on a daily with the customer service worker to be service around the month of January 2017 and was told that it would take about two weeks by a lady on the phone when I call few days after dropping off & exact work she said to me that they had to order special item to replace on my saw and they will call me once ready. That was the end of my skill saw I paid 125$ at Home Depot I never imagine I will get the Sh*Ted end of the stick cause Im still waiting???

Ive been a dewalt user for over twenty years. With the development of the new 20v flexv9lt system I decided to go all new toolage and update my dewalts. Radio, sawzall, circ saws drills, chargers, well over $2000 invested in new tools. Well guess what, two batteries go dead, I replace them with my own cash, at close to $200 a pop. Third one goes dead after a few months. Im so tired of it. So I call in to the dewalt number, they promptly send me a ups shipper, I send in the battery, and 4 MONTHS GOES BY, not a word, call, email, NOTHING. I call, email, do what I can to find out what is going on with my 6th flexvolt battery (three originals, two bad, third sent in). After over a week of trying to contact them, they FINALLY call back and tell me the batterys warranty is voided, and because they had no record of my info, they trashed my fng battery. Excellent service? ABSOLUTELY NOT. Im moving on from dewalt. No one who has spent thousands upon thousands of dollars should be treated this way. Im moving to Milwaukee.

Went there for a pressure washer repair or parts and they said that they couldnt help me. They told me to find a Honda repair shop. Dewalt is useless. I bought the product because my brother said they stand behind there name. What a bunch of BS.

The costumer service is horrible with almost everyone in this facility! They are arrogant and their ego way up high! I brought my coil nail gun for repair since is under warranty and the lady was prompt to tell me it wasn’t under warranty! Wait! What?! It’s less than 5 months old how can it not be under warranty!

Took a lot of factual debating with the customer service reps and managers to look out for your investment, these guys treat it like it’s coming out of their paycheck, stay away and buy the extended warranty from the store so you don’t have to deal with these guys.

Horrible customer service.I was told my laser is not covered even though its not even 2 years passed and the tool has 3 years warranty because i bought it through EbayMy initial cost was 250 then it came to 302 then they supposedly gave me discount and it came to 237 and now i have 3 months warranty and again its barley a 2 year old tool maybe used for 5-6 times.Horrible experience.Dewalt sucked and it changes my opinion as a handyman when it will comes to buying a tool.

I give it 5 stars because they have a lot of tools in stock and Dewalt is a very good quality tool, if you want to have a durable tool Dewalt is the best option, but I went to look for a tool box and they dont sell them, they sent me somewhere else that I never found
