I was referred to the Pro Shop by Alba Racing. I only spoke to John on the phone regarding problems with my 2019 YXZ 1000R SS with a GYTR Turbo kit. I have yet to have any work done on my YXZ by them...yet.I called a couple of shops around and most just dismissed me saying they were too busy and call back another time.None of that nonsense here. John took the the time to talk to me and ask me in detail what my goal was with my YXZ. He offered much insight and personal experience working on the YXZ.As a business owner myself, this is a perfect example of how you treat potential customers and build a loyal customer base.
