Please think twice before you purchase anything from this dealership. I have had a very bad experience with them.I purchased a vehicle and only after a week of owning it,and at my first outing within 5 minutes it caught fire as my nephew and i were riding it.It could have ended in tragedy or a major forest fire.Luckily other riders alerted us and we were able to get out on time.The rzr was burned completely. When I went to the dealership to work something out I was disregarded completely. Even though it had only been a week and it happened on our first run!!!!What type of company can be so careless about the products they sell to customers?That should not have to happen to anyone. It is traumatizing and unfair

5 Stars all the way!!! I had the pleasure of getting assisted by FABIAN. From start to finish this experience was phenomenal thanks to him. I cant say I left home disappointed. The best part that really topped it off with my purchase as a customer was that he made sure all my questions were answered and all my concerns were addressed in a very professional manner. Fabian was very educated in bikes and knew exactly what I was looking for based off what I felt comfortable on. Not only did I get a great deal on my bike but I also got a pretty sweet deal on my helmet. I ended up coming home with a brand new 2020 Suzuki GSX 750 last night and Im loving everything about it! Thank you FABIAN for your assistance and awesomeness! This is definitely the place to buy a bike, ill be coming back for more gear soon!

I rarely write reviews, but I feel I should do this.I recently purchased a Suzuki DR650 from them. The purchase process was very easy, fair and absolutely no games like many other dealers. Also I purchased all of my gears and accessories from them. Thanks to Christian at parts department, he guided me very well and beat amazon and any website price by 10-15%. Just today I took my bick to their service department, they accepted me almost as walk in installed all my accessories at less than the price and time we agreed on. Who reduces the price by 40% without even customer asking for it? They did. Craig at service department did a great job and the way I wanted it. All the crews at this places were very helpful, polite, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly.Overall this is a place that you can trust for every thing they do and sell.

Well their parts department is untrained and unaware of their policies, they need proper training.Manager didnt even want to discuss the issue over the phone.I placed an order for an electrical part, which the worker clearly stated it was 2 to 3 business days to deliver and would come straight to my home.8 days later no delivery yet, I call to cancel the order and they canceled it.I get a call later that same day saying they cant cancel the order and the order finally came in their shop?Their shop? I was told it would be delivered to my house.They couldnt refund me or anything and I havent even received or touched the items I ordered.Manager couldnt talk to me or nothing, after buying a few side by sides and other gear from them this is the help I get?Their so quick to make a quick buck but not actually help.I think most of the parts department including their manager need proper training in helping and customer service not just wanting to make a quick buck.

Used Bike Purchases: Ive bought 2 bikes from Mountain Motorsports (MTN) in the past 2 years. Who wants to buy used with problems? Not me, and both of my purchases from MTN have produced a bike with ZERO problems. I dont think I just got lucky. I think MTN makes sure their pre-owned inventory is top shelf.I am a royal pain as a customer - I know that. I know what to look for in bikes; I know BS when I hear it, and Ive financed enough bikes in my time to know what a PITA that can be - on both sides.I bought a used 14 V-Strom 1000 from MTN in late July 20. I walked in there and said, I dont wanna spend any money today, but I want that bike. MTN said, We can do that. And they did. The APR and term was what I expected, so the monthly was spot on. I opted for an extended warranty - not because I wanted or needed it, but because it was my way of saying thanks to this dealer. They had given me 2 awesome deals on 2 healthy used bikes within 2 consecutive years. They earned that extra money (cuz I do my own work) and Im happy with it that way.Maybe I got lucky in another way - lucky enough to find a reputable dealer with quality inventory; a dealer that understands a happy, satisfied customer is the absolute best way to drive more business to their location.I always encourage buyers to shop around. But in this instance, Im saying go directly to Mountain Motorsports first. Itll save you time, money and heartache.

Service Manager Dan and Technician Mark serviced my V-Strom 1050 and did a commendable job. This shop is very knowledgeable and shares their information with the customer which is much appreciated. Mark made an effort to explain some characteristics of the accessories he installed for me after the job was completed. I will continue to patronize this service shop with confidence and recommend it highly.

Hands down Mountain Motorsports is the best around!!! We have shopped at multiple motorsports dealers and we will never go anywhere else from now on! Luis in sales was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! Great customer service and went out of his way to make sure that we were taken care of! We also have had some issues with our razor and Dan in service is the man! We were so stressed about our vacation coming up and he did whatever he could to make sure we made our vacation! Worst customer service ever. Scammers all around e store. The manger David, is who u want to stay away from. If I can rate this shop a 0 I would. When u sell someone something make sure to advise on all the terms.Came in yesterday for a snell approved helmet that the staff said was approved. It was not approved as I found out later that day. Today not even 24 hour later I try to come to exchange or my refund and They said no.I’ll be taking this to cortarte all that staff needs to be replaced.

UPDATE 10/29/18:Finally got it back. 2 months later. In pieces. The new service manager (Dan) definitely helped get things moving along finally but overall the entire experience is thoroughly disappointing. This is a bike with a full extended warranty and gap insurance purchased through MMS. The mechanical failure was deemed covered under warranty however, the warranty company determined that it wasnt financially worth repairing. They cut a check that is a full $2000 under what I currently owe on it. And to top it off, MMS had completely dismantled the bike and told me to come pick it up. So, to recap, a motorcycle that I purchased a year ago from MMS, that has spent a total of 4 months in their shop since I purchased it, was fully covered by warranty, was handed back to me on Saturday, in pieces (literally just the rolling frame and three bins full of parts), with $2000 worth of debt. In other words, through no fault of my own, I just incurred $2000 in debt and have nothing I can ride. And to top it off, Ive been making payments on it for the last two months while it sat in MMSs shop. While their service department may be getting better than it was at the time of originally writing this, as someone who is a daily rider (and in need of a new bike), I will never step foot in Mountain Motorsports again.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------This is specifically for the service department as Ive purchased multiple bikes from MMS with no issues. Unfortunately this last one has been a bit of a lemon and has had several trips to the service department (charging system needed to be replaced within 2 months of purchase, chain and sprockets and tires needed to be replaced after three months of purchase, and now engine problems after a year). Even more unfortunate has been my choice to take the bike to MMS to repair. I have you next in line for my tech to look at should be their slogan as Ive heard this a dozen times. My bike has been there for a month today and was told yet again, youre next in line Ill have my tech look at it tomorrow. A month. And it has not even been looked at yet to assess the needed repairs. Their excuse, my tech was out for a couple days.I had initially given them a week and half after I dropped it off because they said they were busy and there was a holiday coming up. Understandable. After a week and a half I still had not received a call. Called and was told? You guessed it. So I gave them another 4 days and called back. I bet you can guess what I was told. I have called every 4 days since and am told the same thing every time. To date, in the last month, I have yet to receive a single phone call from them to update and while that would seem annoying enough, when you learn they havent even looked at it yet, it makes sense that they havent called. Once.Their service department has lost them a repeat customer.

I took my bike in for a couple of recall notices and routine service. During the course of working on my bike, the technician discovered a problem with the rear brake. Im skeptical by nature, so I picked the bike up as is to confirm the problem on my own. Sure enough, it was just as the technician had described it. I took the bike back in, and they quoted my $100 to diagnose the problem, after which the would call me to advise what was needed and the repair cost. I received a phone call to let me know that the bike was done and ready to be picked up - the technician had been able to fix the problem with the rear brake within the time allotted to diagnosis. Excellent outcome!

Very disappointed. Called in as a returning customer. Spoke to Cesar, told him I was a 3rd time returning customer, and that I had a price from a competing store. He said come on in and he could hook me up. Great. Went in today and spoke with him and another person and the best offer they could give was sticker price. I had a solid offer from another store and the best I got from them was I think I can get you a better deal than just sticker price typical salesman talk, I think, probably, maybe I can. No discount on the car, no discount on the assembly, no discounts anywhere. After all the negotiating, he still asked for a deposit, I had just told him I got a soild offer from another store that was 3k less then the offer they gave. Needless to say I wont be continuing business with these people. Shop with chaparral Motorsports. They will give you a decent price without having to jump through hoops and empty promises.

Bought a Can Am from these guys about 1.5 years ago. We take our clients and employees out on it and accidents happen and stuff breaks... a lot. Mountain is where i go for my replacement parts. They are 45 min away and I have to go pick them up in person vs buying online and having them shipped to me. I do that because of their service and pricing. I dont know why but their pricing on OEM parts is less than anywhere online. When i call it is mostly Cameron in parts who helps me. He knows a lot about these machines and has even caught mistakes ive made in ordering parts when i give him the part number. I also get texts as soon as the parts arrive which is cool because sometimes i need the parts to get it working again to go out on that weekend. There is a Can Am parts hub in Vegas and he always tells me 3-4 days and the last few times they have come in 1-2 days which is way faster than ordering online.Ultimately, i keep coming back because of the great service and systems they have set in place

Service Department: 5 STAR prices / 2 STAR Customer Service.In January 2021, I purchased a new 2021 Polaris RZR XP 4 from Mountain Motor Sports. On Friday March 5, 2021 I dropped it off to service for a 25-hour service, repair the CV boot that was dislodged and get a crash estimate after the car tipped onto the side. I informed Service Writer Miguel I needed the car back to me by Friday, March 19, 2021 for a planned vacation. The receipt printed Promise Date: 3/19/2021”. Miguel said the crash estimate could not be completed by 3/19/2021 so he removed it from the order. I received no call for two weeks. On March 18, 2021, at 1030 am, I called Dan in service. Based on our conversation, I concluded my RZR had not even been looked at since I dropped it off. At 4:30pm that afternoon, Dan called an informed me the CV boot could not be fixed, and they did not have a new CV axle in stock. With no communication initiated from Mountain Motor Sports, I had to call for updates. We missed our trip and completely dissatisfied with their level of service. Ultimately, my RZR was completed at 3/24/2021.

Great experience.I was in the market looking for the top of the line Can-Am Maverick. It was my first time buying 100% new so I went to several different places to see what was out there, what each place had to offer, and most importantly, what the experience at each store was like.I was refered to Mountain by a friend who has bought numerous ATVs from them and spoke highly of them. I went there first and Brian helped me out. He showed my wife and I the different models, options, etc. We began texting over the next few days as I had questions which was very helpful. The whole time, he never dropped any salesman lines, no pressure, or I talked with my boss lines. (I got a lot of that everywhere else)If you are in the market for a new ATV I learned that most places have similar prices. There are some that have lower prices, but later they add service charges last minuite, which makes the price go up. I wont support a business like that.In the end, I chose Mountain because of how helpful Brian was. I know that if I have any issues or questions in the future that they will be here to help me and not push me off since the sale is done.Im looking forward to buying my next ATV here and will be recommending Mountain to anyone looking for a new ATV.

Mountain motorsports helped me with new tires for my dirt bike when other local motorsports companies were out of stock. I called ahead of time and spoke to Cam and he was very informative as to what they had in stock and the difference between the different brands and models based on the terrain I most often ride. I was too busy to run my wheels over to mountain motorsports so I had my pregnant wife drop them off while she was running errands. I called Cam ahead of time and he went out of his way to meet her at the car and carry the wheels in for her. I went to Mountain motorsports again last week just to grab some oil and Cam helped me out again. Cam and the rest of the mountain motorsports team provide the service that you hope to receive when shopping at a motorsports store. Big shout out to Cam for his exceptional service!

I went in to buy a paddle. Any new tire over $50 gets a free install as long as you bring in the tire off the bike. Great deal! Only reason I’m giving them 4 stars instead of 5 is they don’t answer the phone or return phone calls. I wanted to confirm they had the tire in stock. I ended up dropping in.

Had my rear tire changed here. Although they saved me money, they also sent me on the road with the tire iron somehow wedged between my frame and pipes. The service guy also failed to tighten the bolts down that secure the pipes to the frame. These people are in the business of killing riders. Do not recommend this place to anyone looking for quality work.Update on service: after going back to have this problem fixed, the bolts holding the pipes to the frame were not put in place with locktite and are all now coming lose and falling out . Im not close to a service tech but as far as I know, its basic knowledge to replace each bolt with locktite due to the fact that there is a ton of vabration on these bikes while in motion. Yes, I was refunded my $80 dollar service charge. Now I am going to have to drive down to HD for some new bolts and some locktite so this Amateur can do a better job than the pros over here at mountain motor sports.

I had a recall done and a headlight replaced on my Slingshot. It took awhile to get the part for the recall, but my service writer Dan kept me informed. The repairs were completed in less than an hour. The next time that I need to have my Slingshot serviced, I will gladly come back.

I have purchased many motorcycles but this was by far the best experience I have ever had. I worked with Brian the salesperson as well as Tony and Louis the sales managers. They we re all extremely helpful and really worked hard to earn my business and come up with an agreeable deal.There was no pressure and I felt they were on my side from the beginning till the end. I asked about extended warranties and they were very straight forward about pros and cons and ultimately left that call up to me with no pressure.I bought some accessories for the bike and was treated equally well by the parts department. The were extremely helpful and acted like they actually like working there which is refreshing these days!I normally never post reviews but wanted to let everyone I dealt with know how much I appreciated the great service. I have two (2) Kymco and one (1) Honda NS750. All are serviced by this Mountain Motorsports location for years. Since I don’t know how to work on bikes, this is my go to place as I do prefer to support local businesses. They tend to be on the expensive side when I shop around and Im ok with it, but I’ve never felt like I was being ripped-off as much as this last service visit. They kept my Kymco for long time stating a parts supply issue, which I understand due to the stated Covid supply related issues (change: Feb 3, 2012: after speaking with Dan, Dan clarified that it was much less than previously stated, so I changed my comment here) But the sticker shock of $300.00 labor charge for a carburetor clean up and float needle replacement, and simple battery swap was a bit difficult to swallow. I could have replace the battery on my own but since it’s been hard on everyone lately, I thought ok, just let the guys do it, they need the work. Shocked with a $450.00 service bill, I asked for the $100.00 diagnostic fee to perhaps be waived but was flatly turned down. Warrantee on the work is only 30 days or 1000 miles, which ever comes first. This is a bit painful to swallow and I feel extorted so I want to share with the readers as an FYI.UPDATE: Feb 3, 2021 - Received a call from service manager Dan. We spoke a bit about what happened. I do appreciate the call and will add 2 stars back as a sign of good faith. The topic of the diagnostic fee was left unclear with no commitment other than let’s talk about it next time. I’ve also agreed to bring my bikes back and will keep updating this review. I’m hoping to re-establish the trust. Over all, the service department (especially Miguel) is very knowledgeable and do perform good work in the past. This will not be my last interaction with Moutain Motorsports. Local business support in anyway I can is always the best preferred path for me.UPDATE: Feb 10, 2021 - My faith is restored again. The service team gave my Kymco another once over and its running like a champ. Miss understanding was cleared and all issues rectified. Im a happy customer again. Ive updated my review with a 5 star rating. Will continue to take my bikes back here for service. Another happy customer. Thank you very much service team for your work. Take care.

Sat down with Fabian and Luis last night to pick up my new Canam x3 rs Smart Shocks car. These guys are great to work with. Took my deposit a couple of months ago and let me know it was ready to come check out and go over the numbers. Fair deal. Hard to negotiate on a brand new car when it first arrives. Inventories being down everywhere, no one will deal, but at least they didnt mark the car up and gouge me well over stickerike those other guys. No hassle. Heres the numbers. Done in a couple of hours. 5 other people were picking up their rides. Answered all the questions and told me about their personal dealer test rides they set them out on.

Buy from these guys. Anthony (Sales) was awesome and very responsive for my purchase of a 2021 CRF125. Tony in finance also did a great job. Paid a fair price and they didn’t price gouge me. Was going to buy one from Tri-County Powersports but they wanted to charge me almost $1000.00 more for the same bike. They said they can over charge because these bikes are hard to get. Sad!

Brought our Honda CRF230F to Mountain Motorsports for a preseason carb cleaning and bike ran rough when we got it back and our Rekluse auto clutch no longer worked. Called them back to ask if they could look at it and they said they were three months booked out and could only look at it then. Took it to a mechanic I have worked with in the past and he told me the reason it was running rough was the carburetor intake manifold was not attached. Unacceptable lack of service and potentially damaging to the bike on something basic. Will stick with Three Brothers in the future, longer drive from me but they have been perfect every time over many years I have used them.

I’ve had good experiences in parts and sales but steer clear of the service department. When I was dropping off the car and the service folks were arguing with customers and calling them liars behind their backs I should have loaded my car up and took it somewhere else. Your equipment is stored outside without cover. If you don’t have a cover, buy one or go somewhere else. Preferably the latter. Brought my car in for insurance work, was quoted a lead time which was far exceeded. Once the estimate was prepared I was forced to come in and review it myself as it was largely incomplete. The service manager and his tech came out neither could figure out what was or was not on the estimate. More time passed as another estimate was generated which may or may not be complete. I was notified Friday at 4:30pm that my car was done and expected to pick it up that night. The service manager was combative and forceful in his responses in defense of his incompetence. When I came to pick up the car the junior service rep Aly wouldn’t let me complete a sentence before cutting in with his attitude. Absolutely rude and disrespectful while I attempted to politely discuss with him the problem at hand. He refused any further interaction kicked my now thrashed car outside dropped my boxful of parts in the parking lot and refused any further communication. A real class act this guy. Last week I called the store to inquire about mounting a tire for my motorcycle. Travis answered my call and was very professional. When I arrived at the store, he greeted me at the door and helped me carry my wheel in. He mounted my tire soooo fast, I was really impressed. I needed a front tire for my only ride and money is only going in one direction > OUT ! These guys wanted to sell me a Goldwing tire for almost two bills +tax + mounting fee + disposal fee ++++they couldnt do it then ! Get real I took my Money, my Ride and Myself to Cycle Rider around the block. They had the Exact tire I needed mounted and balanced on the wheel never saw the old one again One hundred and four out the door in under twenty minutes. Decide for yourself

They recently remodeled and added sales and shop space. In 2016 they hosted a stunt rider exhibition that was cool to see. It drew a big crowd. The staff are always helpful. I came in for a fresh battery and the parts guy offered to test the old one to be sure it was actually dead. He could have lost a sale, but thats the service they offer. The shop manager is really helpful, too, answering all my questions patiently.

Great Experience! Tim& Mark were Great! Knowledgeable and The Pros @ what is recommended and needed.Went for a tire change and changed my front sprocket. In&Out within an hour and the price was right! The Local boys were there when the local Big Dogs couldnt. They are Definitely my Go2 Guys in the future!

Alpinr stars gauntlet gloves $30 less than non-dealer popular chain store. Boots $60 less.. I couldnt be happier driving from OC to go to this place.
