They are super slow they dont even try to hurry. The ac is never on and if you see a line just leave.

Hubby & I rented a box at this location Rosann, the owner, helped open our acct. She was super knowledgeable & friendly. Every time we’ve come in, Trinidad is always professional & courteous as well as the rest of the staff. Not sure why there is such bad reviews, but we’ve been using them for our mailing needs for the past 6 mos. We’ve moved to the SFV since, and wished they were on this side of town :)

I ship my iPhone back to Apple for return. Its been more than 30 days. The tracking number was not even updated. Apple says they havent received it and canceled the return. I went back to to the store ask them they say the dont know and make me call the support. nice. So I just lost an iPhone.
Definitely a great alternative to the USPS. Plus you can do fax / copies while you ship something off.
Try different location if u can.The custom sevice is bad.now i know why rate low at google.

Went in today to have something notarized. Even though the website says OK to stop in for a notary, when we got there we were told no one was available until Monday. We asked if she knew where another notary was, she replied no, you could try the UPS store in Upland. We asked if she could call to see if the notary was there today. She replied I dont have the number. The store was not busy, she was not very helpful. We called the UPS store ourselves in Upland, needless to say they were super friendly and helpful. Even though it is much farther we will giving them our business. Very disappointing customer service.
Worst UPS store ever. Extremely rude employees and manager. Should fire the whole staff and hire people that appreciate having a job.
Today this lady named Jessica really helped me out with my order .She was very professional not like the other ups that I go to . I appreciate her kind nice if when she seen I was getting frustrated she still kept a smile on her face and helped me out I really appreciate your work young lady I had stop and give you a review for anyone that goes here ask for Jessica she will have you on track .
My brother and I had an Affidavit notarized by the clerk in this UPS store but when we went to the County Recorder to have the document recorded it was rejected because the notary portion of the document was not filled out properly. We had to go to another notary and pay again to get our document accepted. UPS said they couldnt return our money because the owner was out of the country for a month. We wonder if the clerk was even authorized to notarize our document in the first place.
PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE, ESPECIALLY TRY AND CONDUCT ANY HONEST BUSINESS WITH THE OWNER ROSEANNE, WHO CLAIMS TO BE THE FRANCHISE OWNER. THIS WOMAN HAS ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, IS EVASIVE IN DOING ANY REFUNDS. IF YOU GO THROUGH CORPORATE ITS NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE TO GET THROUGH, IF YOU TRY AND GO THROUGH THE STORE THIS WOMAN BASICALLY ACTS AS IF YOU ARE AT HER MERCY AND UNTOUCHABLE. STAFF AT THIS STORE BLATANTLY LIES FOR THIS WOMAN AND COVERS UP FOR HER. NEXT DAY DELIVERY WAS NOT MET AND A COMPLETE FAILURE NOT ONLY DID I HAVE TO REFUND MY CUSTOMER, I HAD TO PAY A NEXT DAY OUTRAGEOUS FEE OF $130.00 WHICH THIS LADY HAS RUN CIRCLES AROUND AND REFUSES TO REFUND. IT HAS TAKEN THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE NEARLY A MONTH TO ISSUE A CHECK IN THE MAIL (I PAID VIA CREDIT CARD AND HAVE FILED A DISPUTE) MADE OUT TO THE WRONG NAME.... I WILL BE FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.

They were very helpful in answering my older mothers questions in Spanish and helped us out with shipping boxes because were moving. They even provided a doly. Was honestly blown away with how friendly and helpful they were.

Unfortunately I had to click one star. I went in to get my mail today and they told me that I didnt have any mail. I went all the way back to my office to confirm that they did receive my package, which they did. I called the location and spoke to the same young lady that helped me. The young lady said they had my package but the mail wasnt sorted at the time I came in. Obviously theyre not too bright down there. The owner jumped on the phone and was telling me that customers ordinarily need to renew their box before they can get their mail. This was an obvious attempt to obfuscate her companys incompetence. The owner was shouting at me and even hung up on me when I questioned her business ethics. I wouldnt advise anybody to do business with these people.
They were scheduled to pick up a package. They came to the door, didnt ring the doorbell, left a note requiring me to call them back, and left. When I called back, they wanted to charge me a ridiculous pickup charge for a return that was already paid for by Amazon. Theyve done this twice now.
They need to update hours . They close at 6:00 not 6:30.
The staff is so helpful and its so coveinint because they can print stuff from e-mail, mail stuff like the post office, and everyone is evenly experienced. These guys deserve more GRATEFUL costumers.

Even slower than ups. I dont know if its california or just this store. It is however a stain on ups. Usually ups service is great. This store however is very slow.

Dropped a package off at this location to be sent out at 1130am. The next day, nothing on UPS website.. they either lost the package or held it longer for no reason.They said it was showing as shipped, however nothing on the website.
Dropped off a package for 3 day shipping on Tuesday. By Sunday, 5 days later, they still had it at this location.
My package got stolen here!!! Do not use this location to pick up your package. The owner is very unhelpful!

I received a note that a parcel was kept here. But there was nothing. The deliveryman left a note at the wrong address and I wasted my time and gas today. They just said “We are sorry.”
