Those were some hard working people with great customer service skills that brought out the order and helped me loaded up very quickly. I went to the customer pick up area about an hour before closing and I was in-and-out of there in about 10 minutes. There were probably at least a 1/2 a dozen other customers that were getting just as prompt services I was. Pretty impressive and they observe kovid safety guidelines the whole time and I really appreciate that.

Absolutely love watching the employees at Uline work. They are a well oiled, efficient group! I dont know how they do it! My orders are always correct and ready within 5 minutes of checking in for pickup.

Dont bother placing a Will Call order during the holidays. I was in a vehicle line 2.5 hours before I even got ON the property. Despite having 1+ security guard managing the line, multiple vehicles cut the line. There should be a sign at the Jurupa/Turner stating theres a long line for Will Call going down the street. Also, I dont get the logic behind having the employee parking entrance be the same driveway as Will Call. It just adds to the confusion & chaos.In the future, Ill just go busy twice as many used pallets at 1/3 the price & weed out the bad ones for firewood.

This was the first time I have ordered thru Uline. I have to say it was a pure pleasure. Our non profit organization has used them before and due to sudden changes, I am now making our orders. I called customer service and they were great. Courteous and helpful. They got me set up with the info I needed and offered to take my order over the phone. I declined because I wanted to try the online ordering. It was easy. Found the products I needed quickly. My order was delivered the next day just as it said. I signed in at 8am interview was at 830am as I waited more people started coming in. I counted them we were 50 of us interviewingWe took 2 assessments of 4 mins each the first one was about 200 questions. You had to match the numbers and the 2nd one was a sequence patterns little harder you had to try to get as much done so of course I skipped a few and did the easy ones first. Once done they called each one of us.I would have to say there was about 10 people interviewing us in the lunch room. The person that called me only asked about my last job. It was a good experienceInterviewing people were nice and friendly. I was told that I would know by Tuesday no later than Thursday. I hope they call me really good company to work for.

Holy cow that was the cleanest warehouse Ive ever been in! Place looked brand new (it wasnt). Impressive and well organized/ran. Staff was great, picking up order took mere minutes at best. Would def go back if needed.

Went in for interview there was about 40 of us in the lobby waiting. They had us take a test which was just like a number test to see how accurate you can retain information the interview was pretty quick they said the process was about seven weeks so you would have to do seven interviews over the course of seven weeks. They do drug test and its through the strand of the hair I didnt get called back for a second interview which is okay I just have to realize that God has a different plan for me and the starting pay is $21.50. Good folks, fast service. But they really need traffic control in and out of the loading docks. Place looks like In-N-Out on a Saturday night. You need more will call docks. Easier said than done, I know. Great company though!

Because its in a complex right next to Ontario International Airport, traffic can be difficult at times, especially with the amount of trucks on the roads. Will-call is down the street a ways but the signs are clearly displayed and visible from the street. The facility itself is clean, the faculty are courteous and work with you to the best of their ability.

I needed a few dozen boxes of a certain size, and was tired of buying through expensive retail. ULine has ridiculously good prices, and every kind of size imaginable. The warehouse is MASSIVE, and easy to get to; the customer pick up process is effortless. Just order online and show up and they have your order ready. The service representatives at the desk are super friendly and helpful, and the process to retrieve your order is incredibly fast with top quality products for really great prices. Would definitely order again.

Its usually pretty fast if you dont go on peak hours. Back up your truck car or van if you see an empty space they will give you faster service

Good prices, great selection. Will call is convenient, however, they charge $25 for you to pick up an order less than $300. Thats kinda bogus, but otherwise Im a fan

Using several black, wire-frame shelf units asheavy-duty bookcases. Good service, reasonably-pricedand sturdy product. IKEA large bookcases failed seriousloading. Practical competition in wooden bookcase $300more expensive per bookcase.Better quality than competition - Home Depot.

Was 5 star, but now have a $300 minimum or a $25 service charge for will call. I can see a charge for will call, but it doesnt cost $25 for them to hand me a couple of bundles of boxes. This really impacts the hobbyist business owners who make a bit of side money by selling crafts or ebay items. I sincerely hope this is reconsidered or lowered to a more reasonable $100 minimum.

What a pleasure to do business with, at U-line I spoke with Patty. So easy to order from and nice customer service.I was doing business with three other packaging companies. One is across the street from my business, but what a hassle to do biz with they act like i was a new customer every time, they dont know me or what i buy they dont care, even though I spent more with them then the neighboring shops around me. Second was a guy who comes to the shop and plays a shell game with prices and box quantities and quality and nails you with a high delivery charge which makes his service higher then most. One company moved so far away, cant will call supplies any more and wants to charge me freight on top of their low quality non square delaminated shipping boxes.The Uline benfit, great service versus a little extra for freight and not being bum out having to deal with somebodies personnel issues is simply worth it.

I love the service they provide and the quality.The bad part is that they are starting to charge for pick-up at their facility (under $300.00). Due to high congestion on their docks? every saturday when i pick up it never congested.makes me want to believe that they want to make money for shipping and for just picking up.

I purchase shipping supplies from Uline long time. However, I am so disappointed with their shipping price. When I checked their shipping price for goods, they always overcharge, even though they get a big discount from UPS. I said to Uline customer service several months ago, but they didnt fix it yet. I think Uline wants to make a profit from shipping charges to customers. If you add the shipping cost on your ordered product, please check your UPS price and their price!!

Just spoke with Pam from customer service about the issues we are having with ULINE tapes (adhesive coming off from ALL tapes..) I was advise that ULINE tapes have shelf life of only ONE year. The adhesive was coming off as we started using them right after we purchased them. I realy would not bother to buy from a company who can only say..Sorry.
