I will say I love their items and prices, however they will send you a tracking number and your items will NOT SHIP for 3-4 days after! I placed an order Wednesday, got a tracking number on Thursday and FedEx still shows pending not picked up. Bad customer service. You should never send a tracking number before the item is actually shipped.

They have very good price packaging material. We bought a lots of bubble mailers. They have all kind of special design pattern mailer. We used to bought online and with the added shipping cost we actually pay a lot. We usually go pickup the product at the back of their warehouse. We save some shipping cost this way.

This was my first time purchasing shipping supplies from here, and I drove to the location thinking I xan walk in and shop. However, this is not the case!I did not know it was not open to the public, this means you have to order online to pick up or through the phone. I was upset at first but I literally ordered online, called them right away and gave them my order #Within 5 min someone brought my supplies out to my doorI had a great experience despite not knowing this and the employees were friendly

Ordered and it has been now over a week. Called for an update on my order and was told I’d get a call back never did. Then called back and guy who answered did not give me any information on my order. Terrible customer service. There website is a lie says they’ll ship the same day or next day it has now been over 8 days since I placed my order and it has not been shipped out yet. They dont even bother to notify you. Never again will I order from here. Also you have to pay shipping $8 !!!!

Prices are great. I ordered from them once and everything was perfect. Unfortunately we are in a border town and I cannot order any longer from Tijuana Mexico (to be delivered to my home address in San Diego California). We reside in both cities and Tijuana is where I placed my first order from. I called about the issue and left a message but didnt get a response. Unfortunately I would not be able to recommend their business as most of the(1K+) members from my group are in similar situations to mine.
