I had an amazing experience at Best Buy earlier today! Their customer service at this location is top notch (on level with chick fil a!). The second I walked in, an employee greeted me and helped direct me to the aisle my product was at. Once I got there, Chaunce helped me get the product that best fit my needs and budget. He was so friendly and helpful. I was in and out of there in less than 5 minutes. I am so impressed.
Had troubles with Frigidaire and getting my refund from them. Went to this Best Buy and was helped by all the staff but in particular Miss Tip. After some laughs and tears I got my refund and Miss Tip received a hug. 100/10 would recommend this location to anyone.
Ive purchased TVs, home security systems and phones from this location. I am so pleased with the whole team. The manager Tip helped us today and was very thorough with her explanation and helped tremendously. I am very very pleased with this location and the team they have working their !!

We went in to get my sister a new phone, our dad is the main account holder through Verizon so I had to be added for her to get her new phone since he wasnt there. All in all, we thought this process would take a while but it actually was very fast and the employees there were very helpful.
Quick and helpful. Floor supervisor assigned a team member to answer my questions about monitors. He was very knowledgeable and didnt try to sell me more monitor than I needed.

I like the fact that they normally have what Im looking for but the employees are, in my opinion based on experiences, rude and act like they are more intelligent than they are. They dont want to help with what you want they want you to do what they want as far as purchasing items that you go there for. I stood there for 45 minutes after purchasing a phone to get it activated while the rude employee put 3 screen protectors on other phones bragging to other employees how good he was at doing so. I told them to refund my money and I would go across the street to Verizon and get the phone and he said he was waiting for the printer to print my paperwork. I explained that 45 minutes is a long time for printers to do the job and he said it jammed. As soon as he got the last screen protector on he reached down and got my paperwork that just happened to be finished printing the exact time he was finished with what he was doing. I will not be back to the store for anything else. I look around my house and see all the stuff that I have bought from this place and it makes me angry especially when I am treated and lied to this way
We went here to get mom a tv when she got out of hospital. The staff here was very friendly. We got a 32” smart and the came and installed it for us. Very good job.
I thought I knew what I was looking for when I went but wasnt quite sure. The guy that helped me took time to answer all my questions. He helped me pick out the accessories to go with my item. Great service.
I was really very impressed at this particular Best Buy. I walked in, and I was greeted by a manager who asked if I needed help. She immediately directed me to where I needed to go. When I left I watched her actively scanning the store for people who needed help and sending employees to help them. Everything was quick and simple here
Had an appointment for Geek Squad to do a site survey for wi-fi connection at various areas in our house and dock and to fix a problem with a tv & router they installed.Nobody ever showed up in an 8 hour window and I never got a phone call.Called customer service to find out why and to reschedule but was put on hold 3 times for a total of 2-1/2 hours and never got a call back when I went that route.Have purchased a lot of things from them over the years and am going to have to re-evaluate any future business. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with.
Came in was greeted by a gentleman who told me if I need help to let him know and hell get someone to assist. I did just that by going back to the man, as I didnt see many employees in sight, they had just opened. The man tells me youre going to have to wait. He wasnt helping anyone. Nor did he get on his mic and day a customer needs assistance, so I dont know why Im waiting or waiting for.ended up wandering around to find what I needed myself.
This store was awesome. From the moment I walked in I was greeted and asked if they could help. I was returning an item from the BB in Newnan, Ga that I had bought the day before and couldn’t get waited on it took 2 trips at the Newnan location and over an hour.At the Auburn location they had my ordered swapped out in 3 minutes. I was so impressed that I wondered to the back of the store to browse and ended up buying a set of Bose speakers also. I will definitely be shopping with these guys again. Their staff was super friendly.
Im a shipt driver and pick up packages all the time from different businesses including Best Buy. Brandon at the back door is extra rude.. left me standing at back door and I waited patiently and I could hear them inside so a few minutes later I rang the door bell again and he finally came to the back door and had the nerve to tell me to wait 10 mins before ringing the door bell a second time... never been treated like this at Best Buy before I was just there a hour ago n the other me was extra nice.
Horrible customer service. Went to purchase 2 tv’s tried to get help from 3 different associates with no luck. Low level employees obviously managed by low level managers.
This will be the 3rd time Ive been in this store. Ted- one of the managers has profiled me and been disrespectful and plain out rude on multiple occasions. Ive never met this man outside of best buy. I Called corporate and never heard anything back. Went in today same thing happened, he even basically threatened that if the associate didnt sale anything to me he would be in trouble. I spoke with manager on duty and put in a complaint. I think I may find somewhere else to spend my money.

In store is great, but for the love of god, do not call these people. Their phone system is horrid. You waste so much time with the automated system, a terrible experience. After you wait 10 minutes on hold, maybe someone will pick up, sometimes not. Do not call them expecting to talk to an actual human
Place was extremely busy but they made sure to offer any assistance I needed. Have always been extremely happy with this location and they never disappoint. They didnt have the iPhone I was looking for but recommended an alternative device.

I had to go in Best Buy today to order a laptop I want it the lady at customer service was very nice and professional and helpful computer expert was good and help me find a better one.
This rating is really just because of how they have their phone systems set up. It does everything possible to avoid you getting a person on the line and when you finally get it to try youre usually just left on hold for egregious amounts of time.Inside the store the people are pretty reasonable and helpful depending on who you get. But especially in time of pandemic I should be able to call ahead more easily...I wish I could review the workers individually because I got this black girl and she was so pleasant and helpful that I had to change my rating a bit.
I didnt appericate the customer support I received in the car stereo department. Everytime I said I was diy the employee said I couldnt and when I was going to purchase the speakers I was getting I seen 2 fellow customers get there products and walk it to the counter. When I had to get my products taken to the front while I continued to shop. I felt very embrassed and it seemed to me it was only done because of my demeanor. I felt this way only because the fellows before me got the same products I purchased. Kicker speakers 6 3/4. Fix this please your company shouldnt make people feel this way. Hope Im the last. Product work great though.
Love their customer service and that they seem to be the last “big box” store where you can actually see products before you buy.

This is the worse place to buy any products. I purchased a computer for my daughter for school. I purchased a 1 year warranty on the computer. The computer s hardware system crashed 2 weeks after I purchased it. The told me I could replace it or get a refund on their Best Buy Card. I decided to have it replaced they charged me another warranty fee of 50 dollars. I dont thinkthat was right.

I was asked if I need. Help by so many people it because annoying but on the flip side that is great customer service.
When walking in, you are stopped and questioned as to why you want to go into the store. Its really jarring when every other store I visited recently allow you to walk in freely. You state the thing you are looking for, then you are pointed to where you are supposed to go in the store. I just needed a basic headphone cable, but they only had a generic brand that was three times the price of the name brand version at Target, so I walked out.

Never had to use geek squad before, but 1st impression was better than expected. Easily got a timely appointment for 20 minutes before closing, which I truly thought was going to be mission impossible for a problem Id been struggling with for hours. However, the safe and socially distanced staff member was able to exorcise the laptops demons in about 5 minutes. BTW, the problem was not BBs fault, more an incompatibility of the HP hardware with a recent win10 update. Beware the possibility of corrupted update files if connected over wireless.
Customers are well protected by staff at the door, directing you to the right places for the items you need.

Great store for TVS Computers, electronics, etc. The management was extremely helpful and courteous. I was told to go there for my android phone to check for some issues by Samsungs help department. They gave me a ticket number and instructed me to take there, I went to the geek squad where I was told they only worked on Apple 🍎 products so I processed out but I stop by the polite manager who had greeted me when I came in and explained my situation. He directed me to another department where my issue was resolved. ☺

We just moved to Opelika & bought two TVs from this store. They were so helpful & friendly. We had to exchange, & they were amazing! They were just as nice when we took something back as they were when we bought. Thats hard to find these days. Special kudos to Nikki, Wayne, Roberto for their excellent customer service. My husband says well never buy a TV anywhere else but Best Buy.
Went to buy what I knew I wanted. Had to wait an hour and half to attempt to make a purchase. After checking my status, I was told they were out of stock. Then, the salesperson attempted to order one and said he couldnt. I was going to purchase a new tablet. I was also told I couldnt even buy the display. It should not be advertised and pulled from shelf. I was interrupted numerous times. Not good.
I hate the way they greet you at the door. Almost like they dont want you to come in the store unless you know exactly what you want.
Very helpful staff. Was in and out within 20 minutes with an item that wasnt on the shelf and was priced differently than Best Buy online. Manager quickly adjusted price and I was checked out in the isle where item was located.

I buy all of my electronics from Best Buy. The staff is extremely knowledgeable about their department. I had complete confidence in my purchase by the time I left the store. The employee listened to what I needed my computer for, asked my price range, and was able to point out 4 different options. He told me all the pros and cons of each! It was really nice not having someone try to force the most expensive option in my face. I was 100% happy by the time I left!

They are being very cautious as far as allowing people in and that’s as far as it goes. I had a salesperson speak to me as if I were a 2 year.My wife was with me and I was on one aisle and she was at the end Cap. The sales person was very rude about staying with him and he was only 4 feet away. I had no privacy to look at items. He was always over shoulder and closer than 6 feet. By no means are they practicing social distancing. Will never shop here again.
