I want to give 5 stars but one rep on Sunday mornings, prefers to not help you she only wants you to use self check-out, which is only convenient if u have less than 10 items and then u have to stand and wait till she comes! Very poor customer service on Sunday mornings!

Money left on counter at number to check out in the open cashier walk outside as I was approaching counter. Standing at counter approximately 3 4 minutes employee comes back in still on phone those hand up says hi and brings me up while continuing to carry on conversation about personal issues while kicking me out. Still on phone as I pay Hanes me receipt while still carrying conversation on phone. No respect for customer

Very, very clean, well organized, no cluttered aisles. Customer service was good as well. Great shopping experience.

Bad management. This store on Marvyn Pkwy is always closed when theyre supposed to be open. They never put their inventory up, its always in boxes. The clerks are always rude and/or negligent. They never give cash back. Then other times they only deal in cash. They never know how to do a return on a product that doesnt work (like USB cables.) This store is more trouble than its worth.

Most of the ones who work there are nice but some act like u botheren them to get assitance

Really nice to see this store was clean, employees wearing a mask. Many customers not wearing a mask. No signs explaining in Spanish to wear aadk

Dollar General is getting to be like a mini Walmart, just around the corner, well organized, with prices that blow the competition away - thats my kind of store - quick in and even quicker out with a pocket that still has enough change for a lunch or even a dinner for two!

This place was just plain out nasty. hardly nothing on the shelves and could barely walk around

Clean and easy to find selection

Omg let me say today I visit this location and my socks was knocked off. It felt so good to not have to fight with stuff in the isles. The store was clean and everything was where it needed to be. I swear i told evetyone in the store how impressed I was. Please keep it that way!

Store have more dollys on the floor with priducts on it than they have stocked on the shelves. Not cleaned at all.

The employees at Dollar General are doing the best they can with what theyve got> you know it doesnt pay to spread negativity so we just try to encourage them! Theres always room for improvement its just not always the place and time to point it out

The employees dont wear any kind of face protection and the employee are always outside smoking and people have to wait for them to get done smoking to get checked out The dollar Genral in Crawford on hwy 80 is the worst dollar General in are area

Older lady with the short hair is terribly rude. I know it is rough working with the public but there is no need to be sarcastic and have a nasty attitude towards the customers.

Actually caught their sale traveling through and was met with great customer service. Made my trip very enjoyable and I was bragging about the items that were on sale.

I was unable to push a cart around the store for all isles being blocked with delivery carts. I had to move many carts to find items I was shopping for. I them had to wait in a line behind six people to check out

Its ok for quick trips. Its pretty unorganized and theres always boxes everywhere making it hard to use a shopping cart. I have gotten expired food here before, but I can tell it is under new management and changes are sure to follow.

This was a good store for clearance items.Enjoyed the three day 50% clearance.Some stores need to seperate christmas items.They are still floating around the store.Nice employees overall.They are willing to help clear items by price checking and help locate items you are looking for.Good shopping experience.

It is the worst unclean and un organized mess of a store iv ever walked into. They need help in that store.

Im a daily customer at this particular store. 90% of my visits turned out great, morning shift employees are my favorite there. They are always friendly and have wonderful customer service skills. The manager there has always spoken to me, whether its good morning or thank you for shopping. Most of my visits there, shes working or 2 other ladies are there. One lady has been there, shes tall with long hair and the 2nd lady just start a few weeks ago. Shes short with dark hair and loves to show interest in the customers she attends to. I always enjoy our conversations, she has to be my favorite employee there. However there are 2 young employees that might need to train a little more. They are not meant to be in customer service due to their attitude and the way the treat their customers. I should never feel like im interrupting an employees text time when its my turn to get checked out. I work in customer service and interaction with customers is your best advertisement and money maker. The way a customer feels while they shop and after is based on the way they were treated by employees. The only reason I keep coming back is because of the few great employees and awesome manager.

Helpful employees but the isles are blocked and there was a line to the back of the store before before they opened a second register.

The sales sign are alluring then you go to pay yeah not on sale!!! I have learned you better check and then double check, you are being ripped off at all Dollar Generals. I am going back to Walmart now, Dollar General was my go-to store, now not so much.

I went in to get 3 things for my car.. the other cashier was going thru something with the guy in line cause of 50 dollars Im trying to pay for my things and ask for a receipt I couldnt get one cause she says that register dont give out receipts. What you mean dont give out receipts? I will not be going back
