Customer service dude was good but ask questions on sell of phone before paying check receipt before leaving store

This store is clean with helpful and very knowledgeable people with wonderful suggestion.

Came in thinking it was a store selling boots that helped mobility, for example moon boots or Heelys, but apparently Im disslexik. Bought a phone, its neat. 5 stairs.

After new management staffs are great and very helpful.

I had such a horrible experience at the store. I am canceling with Boostmobile because of this store who instead of support the client she was treating me with disrespect. The store just have one person working there. It gets pretty busy and the person starts to attend everyone at the same time and of course she could not do a good job at it.I got pretty upset when I told her that I was there before the two other different clients that she was also attending, but she rudely answer I can multitask and I can take care of all at once Something that she clearly was not doing.

This is a horrible store it takes too long to activate the phone been in the store over an hour and some change and the phone is still not activated and I have just got off of work been working a long day and Im ready to go home but Im sitting up in the phone store
