One customer was at the counter when we walked in. The employee (Im not sure what the title would be, ie service tech, associate, etc...) did not speak to us. She looked up at us but never said anything. We say there for almost 30 minutes without being acknowledged. She asked the customer one question the whole time, and then kept her eyes on his phone. It just felt like we were not welcomed. After 30 minutes of silence we just left.

I dont know I was parked outside

We do business with them and if we have any questions we can drop by or call them and ask this or that and get a quick response. Great employees there

Excellent service. I was there on Saturday, June 20 at 9AM.The rep was very knowledgeable about devices and promos.

Bought a phone. Asked if it was 5g capable. Salesperson just told me what I wanted to hear. Phone is NOT 5g capable. 😠

I took my son there to purchase a phone, I must say I was impressed having great customer service with only one sales representative. I think his name was Anthony. Everyone that came through that door was satisfied and left with a phone or made a payment without a long wait!

The portarican employee withe the glasses is a big theif.!!!! She over charged me $43. I was only to pay $74 and some change she wouldnt give me a receipt or nothing and she threatened me with the police and I didnt get my money back... And she refused to give me corporates number!!

Worst customer service ever!! Who hired these people? I cannot believe how rude the manager is. I have never faced anyone like this in my entire life. I just dont get how you guys hire these people who dont know how to treat their customers. Watch your cctv footage and look for yourselves at how pathetic and rude your employees are to your customers. This store should go out of business. I am so so disappointed with your service. Please hire employees who know how to treat customers and are not so rude.

Horrible store to go to. Metro has awesome prices on phones amd plane. However the customer service i have recieved from this store is aweful. They were rude, insulting, and disrespectful. They have no management skills and are very unprofessional. And dont bother calling their store phone. They never answer it.

The clerk was very helpful. I was impressed as to the knowledge of the products carried.

There a good store but they dont offer refunds on accessories which they dont tell you before purchasing. I would stick to ordering accessories online.

I have always had kind treatment at my pcs. I happen to be one of those non tech people and need their help probably once once a month and they are always gentle with my tech problems.

Dont buy a phone at this store.The people that run this store are thieves.They sold my husband a phone that worked for 1 month.After he paid the second time it wont work.They ordered a phone and it has taken a week to get here.Now they say he owes them $15.00.Hes been out a phone over 2 weeks now after paying $63.00.CAUTION DO NOT BUY A PHONE HERE ITS A SCAM.PLEASE BE WARNED THEY JUST WANT MONEY AND YOU GET A NONWORKING PHONE.SCAM SCAM SCAM!$$$$$$$$

These are the WORST guys ever. They rushed me out of the store with a cheap small phone at close of business. My phone had died and they sold me a phone that crashes daily. I tried ro taks it back the very next morning but they refused.
